I installed the Adobe Creative cloud App on my Adobe M1 Max Studio, its currently running the latest OS - macOS Sequoia 15.5. I am stuck on this screen and it keeps spinning, i cannot perform any actions from here on. I cannot install any updates. I tried all the possible ways - uninstalling and reinstalling, Removing all the Adobe Apps via the Creative cloud cleaner app, Repairing the creative cloud all. I am so frustrated that i cannot get any phone support. I am paying money for the software but such a trashy support from Adobe ....
Hi, I noticed that after the last update of Creative Cloud (CC), it is not possible to know the remaining generative credits from the application itself. After the last updates of Photoshop and Illustrator, it is possible to know from the applications themselves, which is appreciated. The problem, at least for me, is the fact that the CC application, sends you to open the browser, through a link, to know the remaining credits. I liked it better as it was before and, in my opinion, it is a small step backwards. Greetings!
Hey everyone!I’m having an issue with Adobe apps – I keep getting an error (screenshot attached), and while the apps themselves open and work, the AI features aren’t available and nothing seems to be connected to Adobe properly.It says it can’t reach Adobe servers, and I’m guessing that’s why AI tools aren’t working.Tried some basic fixes but still stuck.If anyone’s experienced this before or found a solution, I’d be super grateful for any help 🙏
Hallo!Ich habe mir vor 3 Tagen das Adobe-Abo für Schüler und Studenten bei https://2gosoftware.eu/de gekauft. So habe ich das die letzten Jahre auch immer gemacht und ich konnte auch sofort mit den Programmen arbeiten. Nun ist es so dass ich mich in keinem Programm einloggen kann und im Creative Cloud Manager steht "Die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein".Weiß jemand woran das liegt und was ich tun kann?

Hello! I'm working on building out a video asset library in CC and I noticed I cannot import '.prtextstyle' file types. Is that something that will be added in the future? It'd be awesome to be able to save those in CC so they are easily accessible from project to project or for when we work with contractors. Thanks so much!

The Adobe website https://www.adobe.com/home cannot be accessed with the current Mozilla Firefox browser in version 128.9.0 (ESR (Extended Support Release)) (Your browser is not supported.) Version 128.7.0 ESR is still supported. However, it is from the beginning of February 2025 and a downgrade company-wide does not make sense. We have already reported the problem to Adobe Support but should report it here again via the Wishform in the hope that it will be processed faster.

Hey, yesterday I built a new PC with a 5070. Then I installed the Game Ready driver and the Creative Cloud with all the apps. Now this morning, the Creative Cloud UI started glitching. Everything is red and yellow, and it gets worse the more I move my mouse inside the app.I then installed the Studio driver, but that didn’t help either. After that, I tried an older driver, but that didn’t work as well. Hi everyone, I am trying to store files like CR3s, Jpgs, and Word Docx in my Adobe Creative Cloud storage, but it keeps saying that the file is not supported. I have a 2016 apple laptop, is that maybe the issue? I just downloaded the Creative Cloud computer application, so I don't understand what is going on. Thank you for your help!
"You dont have access to manage apps"At my job I receive this message when trying to update my apps or download apps. My IT dept. says he cant do anything other than uninstall and reinstall the CC from my mac. That this must be pushed through on Adobe end and that I just have to wait until that happens. Im currently running most of my apps on 2024 but would like toupdate to the 2025. Any help is appreciated.
Hi Team,I have been having issues with Raleway Italit Font. It keeps crashing InDesign, saying its rendering in the background. Even though the file I am working in doesnt not contain this font. I have tried to unistall the font more than 15 times from everywhere, but it keeps creeping in back. I have cleared all my Cache, uninstalled All Adobe Apps, including Creative Cloud App. I have re-started my laptop 10 times. Re-downloaded the app, and its back again! What can I do to fix this issue?Thank you!
Any Ideas why my CC Desktop App is completely blurred suddenly?It sharpens suddenly in some areas when i move my mouse over buttons etc..i tried like all the available graphic settings there are - it does not change anything.Windows11 latest version, nvidia card, drivers up to date
Creative Cloud icon in windows system tray has no tooltip label, lowering discoverability. That's it.All other system tray icons have one - the image atttached shows Teams' tooltip. I cannot show you yours as it doesn't have one.
