Como mudar a linguagem da interface dos app do CC para outra lingua que nao a do windows?Ja tentei tudo menos mudar a linguagem do Windows e nao mudarei a linguagem do sitema apenas pelo adobe... nao faz sentido. o Link abaixo nao funciona no Illustrator que continua em portugues (pessimo por sinal). tambem a interface de minha conta nao adianta colocar em ingles pq ele sempre aparece em portugues.... realmente pessimo por um servico tao caro!!!https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/change-install-language.html?linkId=100000358352691
I have Creative Cloud provided by my employer, I do not have 2 creative cloud subscriptions. I do not understand the logic behind forcing every creative cloud user to choose "personal" or "company" login each time they login. I have to login at least 3-5 times to finally access my creative cloud subscription. Even simple things like browsing behance turns into a 15 minute process just to login. I understand SOME people have 2 subscriptions and want to keep work and business separate, but I doubt that is the majority of us and it is a huge time waster for me.

I needed to make a GIF from a portion of a video I made and wanted to use the "Convert to GIF" feature of Adobe Express (since, let's be honest, making GIFs is terrible in Premiere or Photoshop). When I dragged my video to the UI, I got an error message, "Video is longer than 1 minute. Please try a shorter video." This makes the function, that I was really excited to use, far less appealing. This would be a much more useful tool if, after uploading the video, you were presented with an option to pick which range os frames you'd like to use for the GIF. It's fine if that range needs to be under a minute, but you really should be able to pick what will be in the final GIF. It seems crazy to not let you use the tool at all if your video is over a minute.

After Effects 2025.2.2MacOS 15.4.1Apple M1 Ultra64 GBAfter Effects is not recognizing log files. I shot with Panasonic Vlog and when I import the video it appears to have a lut applied before I apply the VLog_to_V709_forV35_ver100.cube Lut. When I apply the lut the video displays over-exposed video. I created a new Premiere Pro project, imported the same file, and applied the LUT, which worked as expected. I then sent the sequence to After Effects via dynamic link and the result was over-exposed video as before. Is there any solution to my problem? I like this feature that when After Effects renders, it sends a notification to my phone. I would like to know when Creative Cloud will be back because I really like this feature. It saves me from having to sit in front of my computer. I can do something to make it render and it will send a notification to my phone. Please bring it back to my phone.
I was briefly excited when a scroll bar actually appeared in the list of activated fonts in Creative Cloud. Then it disappeared again. It's done this repeatedly, but never long enough to actually use it. After the outcry I was pleased to see that the new 'improved" Acrobat has its scroll bar. Should we start shouting again to get Adobe to add one to the fonts list? Not as exciting to program as AI perhaps, but certainly considerably more useful.
Hallo,Seit einiger Zeit wird mein CC Desktop fehlerhaft angezeigt. Das Bild ist irgendwie verschoben. Links und oberhalb der eigentlichen Anwendung wird ein schwarzer Balken angezeigt. Die Anwendung selbst ist scheinbar nach rechts unten gerutscht. Dadurch lassen sich auch die Icons oder Links nicht korrekt anklicken, sondern müssen mühselig etwas weiter links und weiter oben "gesucht" werden.Ich habe einen Screenshot angehängt.Hatte das schon jemand anderes oder ist der Fehler bekannt?MfGK. I work as freelancer with agencies and solo. I have my own account, but also use agency CC with my agency email login. Please make it so switched between accounts is easy like we can with Microsoft accounts. Unless there is already a way to manage this, instead if logging out of one and logging back in with the other - wasting precious time.

Desde hace un tiempo estoy teniendo inconvenientes con la sincronización de archivos en la nube de Adobe Creative Cloud. La aplicación parece quedarse "pensando" sin iniciar el proceso de descarga. Intenté pausar y reanudar la sincronización, pero el problema persiste y no se produce ningún cambio.Además, si bien puedo descargar fuentes desde Adobe Fonts, no puedo utilizarlas en las aplicaciones. Hello,I am facing an issue with the Plugins tab in my Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App. The tab is not loading, and I keep getting an error message.Here are the steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:I reinstalled the Creative Cloud app.Cleared all the cache.Deleted the OOBE folder.Added a ServiceConfig.xml file with en_US settings (this was done because the Plugins tab sometimes does not work correctly in the German language setting of Adobe Creative Cloud).Despite these actions, the problem persists. Работаю в mac Os 15,4 в процессе работы в программе становится неактивным главное меню (вчера заметила что это произошло после использования Файл - открыть , открыла файл и все - больше в меню не смогла зайти , еще после Фильтр - пластика , то есть получается глюк в любое время может случится и тогла тебе не доступан автоматизация и фильтры и работа увеличивается в разы
Hello, I have a Creative Cloud app on my MacBook, but I can’t click it. Nothing happens, and I can’t uninstall it either because I can’t even click it. I’ve restarted my laptop and reinstalled the same app for desktop, but that one won’t open either. Now I have a bunch of downloads for Adobe Creative Cloud, and I can’t access the programs to delete and reinstall. I don’t want to download another version and then have another download that I can’t access. If anyone can help me, that would be great. I need to access my files within Creative Cloud. If someone can help me ASAP, that would be great. Thank you very much.

I've been paying for this subscription since 2016 and have been using the apps just fine until today. The subscription re-upped yestarday but I'm not able to access any of my apps in either browser or my desktop. I navigated to "Adobe Account" from the Creative Cloud Desktop and it took me to my account home page showing my plan "Creative Cloud all Apps 100GB", has the correct payment info, shows it was just paid, shows all the apps I SHOULD have access to. I then navigate to "Access your apps and services" from that page and it shows the apps I should have access to as "free trial" or "buy". I've logged in using the same email on both browser and the app for Windows 10. I have no other accounts using any plans or free trials. I tried contacting customer service and didn't get anywhere. Has anyone else been able to resolve this?
