I am a Creative Cloud member. I use a Mac.For some time the apps for Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro have put duplicates, one older, one newer, in both the Creative Cloud desktop app and on my hard drive. All of them update regularly and seem to work normally Is there a reason for this? Can they just be deleted with no issues?Cheers, Jim

This is not my problem. I use the latest version of cloud but had an old licence that was 8 years old. In the old licence there were old programs like MUSE included. The licence had been changed from Adobe. I did not want this and now in the new licence there is MUSE not more included. When I start Muse I get the information that I have no licence. How can I get my old licence back where MUSE was included.
Every time I update one of my Creative Cloud apps I have to sit around for an almost unbearable amount of time waiting for the "Creative Cloud Insaller" popup. Then, as if that isn't bad enough, I have to sit around again waiting for the "Creative Cloud Core Service" popup before my updates will start downloading. Why is this necessary? Surely there are more efficient and effective ways to provide updates to your customers. This is ridiculous.
Dear Adobe Software Engineers,I am typing this out of reverend respect to your full list of products, but in a creative sense you must change the Creative Cloud Icon. It doesn't match at all and it kinda makes me feel unsettled and not focused. The tri-color icon is absolutlely obselete. You're making the world look at your company in a different perspective and thats including the colors of the icon which give-off a female consistency. I bet a lot of consumers would turn back to Adobe Suite if those colors were RGB and not some light pastel colors. Speaking for all creators out there the icon is sickening and it makes you guys look like sissys. I know because I am diversed into thinking the true power of a color palette. Please change it, and I expect an answer on why its that color in the first place. ICONS MATTER and thank you for your time and restarints on time I suppose. Love your products except the icon that everyone is sick of.
Has anyone ever seen this error? I don't know what it means (beyond the obvious) or how to resolve it. Currently trying to figure it out with support but thought I would ask the community as well. Thanks in advance for any insights!
I have many duplicates of older Adobe programs installed on my computer, and every time I try and uninstall I get a notification stating, "Specified product is not installed on this machine. Please quit the installer and start over." I can't uninstall any of them at all. Any advice?
We use Creative Cloud to transfer Lightroom Classic projects between offices. As of yesterday, all of our previous Folders and Files are missing (we had a number of .zip files stored, waiting to be worked on). We use bookmarks to access the transfer folders, and we get a "Error 404: Asset not found" message when we try to access those. I tried creating a new folder, which does work, but I can't upload a .lrcat file. I'm given "1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Some filetype not supported" error message. My cloud storage is currently showing "56.3 GB of 100 used," but there are no files anywhere that I can find them. Not even in the Deleted files. I can't find the 56.3 GB of files to delete them. This is a HUGE problem for us. It's how we run our whole business.

When installing the Creative Cloud desktop application, your computer generates a folder called "Creative Cloud Files." The sync service previously created a backup of the contents of the folder online, but this service is discontinued (see this for more info:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/eol-creative-cloud-synced-files.html). Furthermore, a shortcut to this folder was automatically pinned to the Mac sidebar and the Windows Navigation panel. Sometimes, you may want to remove this shortcut from the Navigation panel or the sidebar. Despite its removal, it reappears after upgrading or reinstalling the Creative Cloud desktop application. For individual users for whom 'Creative Cloud Synced files' had been discontinued, CCF folders would be renamed to "Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <profile_name> + <email> + <profile_id/guid>", and a shortcut would be created in the navigation panel. The working file shows as disconnected from the cloud. Tried most of the relevant methods from the learn more link that adobe has provided. The changes made in the file are saved in the cloud but not sure why they still show that prompt. Tried reaching out with the customer support their solution didnt work. Saving this file in another name works well thou.Anyone who can assist me on this please.
So I don't have premiere pro installed but still it shows up as installed on my apps. I tried to uninstall but it didn't work, so I downloaded the 2025 version from creative cloud and removed it to see if this would remove the older version. This did not work, I still have the 2024 version installed and I don't know what to do, can anyone help?

Adobe, seriously—what [cursing removed] is wrong with your software? I just went through [cursing removed] trying to fix Creative Cloud because your updates and apps are completely broken. After wiping it entirely, I download a fresh install. And what’s the first thing it does? It forces an update. Why? The installer is downloading the latest version from your servers as it installs—so why does it immediately need to update again? And of course, that update gets stuck at 96%, doing absolutely nothing. No CPU load, no disk activity, no network usage—just sitting there, wasting my time. This is a product that costs a premium, yet it behaves like an unstable, half-baked mess. Your development team is either incompetent or actively trying to make using Adobe software as painful as possible. Fix it. [link removed] What should I possibly do next? Completely reinstall every machine on my network? As if repairing, uninstalling AND using the cleaner tool isn't enoug
When attempting to Certify (with visible signature) it will not allow the sign button to click at the end. The rectangle is drawn, the Sign with a Digital ID dialogue box pops up, the signature is selected, continue pressed, Sign As dialogue box appears, then permiteed actaions are selected, Review the Document, Appearance Integrity Report pops up, Warning comment selected, hit ok, box dissapears. Then the 'SIGN' button color is not longer faded. Yet, I am unable to to click the button. Nothing happens. I can click on all of the other buttons, but sign does no do anything.
Turning off all advertisement and popups in adobe creative cloud and its apps. I NEVER want popups and advertisement.I want a global turn off setting for all pop ups and advertisement. Please add a setting in my adobe account that will follow me to any computer I login to; that turn off all your annoying popups advertisements forever!Same to the Contextual Task Bar. Never had a more dificult time trying to save and open files accross devices. I might as well email myself zip files. Working with AI/PS on the computer and Fresco on the iPad is the most frustrating experience I ever had and the creative cloud is the biggest part of the problem. Stuck converting a PS file now...
Hi,I'm trying to start Muse CC (2018.1.1) from Creative Cloud Desktop but it doesn't start . I get the message "Application Manager is missing or damaged", and suggested to get a new version of Application Manager.I have tryed the Creative Cloud Uninstaller and then reinstalled Creative Cloud but the problem is still the same.How do I solve this?/Lennart
Hello Adobe Team,In the Creative Cloud app, in the "Apps" page, I noticed that every version of premiere pro I have installed (23 & 24) now have a badge saying "Update available", but it's clearly not a version update, it's a new version (25.1). You're confusing point updates with full new releases. Stop it.
I have been using my own personal CC account on my mac for some years. My boss has now agreed to pay for an account, as it is a work expense. So, I have been trying to log out of my account, and then log in with the new details and continue to use the software, open files, etc. However I seem to be having trouble doing this, and despite using live chat with Adobe, they can't seem to resolve the issue or seem to understand it. So I have logged out of my account, and entered the new details (email and password). This seems to work, but when I open - for example - an InDesign file or just open the downloaded software, it is bring up a window with my old details a the top right, and then asks me to 'chose a package', obviously recognising that my account is no longer active. Why is it not using the details, that I am logged in with, to open my apps and files? The work/business subcription is the same as my private one - all apps, etc. Surely I don't have to delete everything and
