Currently IDP initiated SSO workflow to Adobe is not supported in creative cloud or any adobe products. Having one place to access all your apps under your IDP makes accessing applications easier for end users. Currently Adobe only supports SP initiated SSO, so you have to go to the site in order to then sign in and access your needed resources. Whats strange, is we actually have to pay extra for SSO functionality, but, this doesnt encompass full functionality cause it can't be accessed fromour IDP. I would like to put in a feature request for IDP initiated SSO workflow for creative cloud and adobe SaaS products.
Hi,I have ligtroom installed on my PC and it works, but when I enter the creative cloud it looks like there is no lightroom installed. So I have no AI tools etc. On the version that is installed I have an allert that it needs to be updated, but when I click an update button in lightroom it puts me on creative cloud and nothing else happen. Creative cloud shows that no lightroom is installed. I can of course try to instal a fresh version, but I'm afraid that will erase my previous work. Secondly - creative cloud shows that there are other updates available, but it always crashes and show a message about the failure of actualization. What should I do?
Hello,I recently formatted my PC, and before that, Adobe Creative Cloud was working perfectly. However, after reinstalling Windows 11 and trying to set up Creative Cloud again, I consistently encounter the error:"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem...missing or damaged."Here’s what I’ve tried so far based on recommended solutions, but the issue persists:Repairing CC Visuals.Using the official Adobe Uninstaller and Cleaner tools.Downloading and installing older versions of Creative Cloud.Following all troubleshooting steps provided in Adobe’s help documentation.No matter what I do, the same error keeps appearing.I would really appreciate any guidance and help cause i need after effects and its becomming very frustrating?Thank you!
I want to enable 2-factor authentication on my Adobe account but using TOTP that is supported by many 3rd party apps (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, password managers, etc.). I use my password manager to manage all of my TOTP 2-factor authentication. I do not want to have to use and manage the Adobe Account Access app for just this one single account. I only have the options for the Adobe Account Access app, email, and SMS/phone text. How do I enable 2-factor authentication for use with 3rd party TOTP apps?
Fotoimport war nicht möglich, weil "schreibgeschützt. Adobe support hat den Fehler behoben, aber der Import zu den Ordnern ( links im Bibliothekbereich) funktioniert jetzt nicht mehr. Adobe konnte das Problem auch nicht lösen. Wer kann das, wenn nicht einmal Adobe es kann?
Wie o wie kan mij helpen?Ik heb nu 3/4 jaar een nieuwe pc speciaal voor photoshop. Mijn vorige pc heb ik 4 jaar gehad en had voortdurend problemen met Ph. Ik dacht, nu is het voorbij! Als ik bezig ben, krijg ik elke keer een blauw scherm en de pc sluit af en ik ben alles kwijt! Het gaat heel snel dus kan geen schermafb maken van het blauwe scherm! Ik heb versie 26.10. so every time im trying to install animate from CC it keep stop at 89% and then fail, thats said i get error 146 evey time please help.
Adobe has two folders within the "Library/Application Support/Adobe" file hierarchy. One in the user-specific library, and one in the Macintosh root library. Is this normal? The attached screenshots show both folders listed in my file management software.
In Creative Cloud, if an app is Up to date or has an Update available, you have the followiung options: Manage Plugins, Learn More, Other Versions, Uninstall, or Add-ons. However if the status is Update failed, which usually happens due to having insufficient space, the options are reduced to Retry, Manage Plugins, or Other versions. I keep filling up my system drive because I have multiple beta versions of the software, plus the current version, and in some cases old versions of the software, like Premiere 6.0 to allow me to still work on old Muse websites I have floating around. So it doesn't take much to fill up my 500GB Nvme system drive.So sometimes I want to uninstall different versions, but if the app had already tried to install but failed because of space, it won't let me uninstall. In fact at that point, if I want to uninstall, I have to first update the app, which I obviouly don't want to do if I am trying to uninstall, plus I'd have to clear up space to do
Hi!I am currently experiencing an issue with my Creative Cloud applications: I cannot open them, as an error message appears each time. This happens with other applications too but as an example, I am using InDesign.The following message is displayed:Since I am connected to the internet (mobile works just fine), I clicked on "Try Again" and then received this error message: I've looked online but I've found nothing to the reference code 109. I've already uninstalled all of my Creative Cloud Apps and reinstalled the Creative Cloud Client, but the error message remains the same. Funny enough I can open the Photoshop app on my iPad and it works without a problem or any error messages. I am on Mac and my current system is Sequoia 15.1.1InDesign is version 20.0.1 Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem or know what I can do? Kind regards
So I like to organise, and whilst I think it's great that Lightroom has its own cloud that I can store files in a jpg format, it seems like this could also be done for the creative cloud app too and yet it isn't. Talking to an agent and according to this old post (https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/creative-cloud/help/cloud-document-faqs.html#uploading-and-managing-files?product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=6.4.0.361&mv=product&mv2=accc) I found that you used to be able to upload jpg and others but can't now. I feel like this makes me less flexible. Now I can't use the creative cloud storage as a place to organise all my cloud files, I can see that they are accounted for by showing me how much storage I've used, but I can't see my jpgs from lightroom cloud in my creative cloud and this is frustrating. J'ai installé Creative cloud Desktop mais la roue de progression charge indéfiniment. J'ai essayer de redémarrer mon PC, réinstaller l'application et mettre a jour mon PC mais rien ne marche. J'ai utilisé le Log Collector Tool et ca m'a donné ceci : File: AdobeLogs_20241130_035222_225-win-GS.zxpJe suis sur Windows 11.
The recent update to the Creative Cloud Desktop dashboard/interface is not an improvement. The new interface is not intuitive and is cluttered. Some features, easily selectable when they were in the left-hand column have been buried under new tab names and locations. I can see making these adjustments and changes if they truly make it easier access features, but it doesn't. Please make the previous interface available for those of us who were happy with the way it was.
I chose Creative Cloud because this happens in every Adobe app.It clearly has some kind of system ID tied to the internal hardware components, and E-SATA is seen by the system as an internal drive, so any change in that seems to force Adobe CC to think I'm using the software on a completely different machine and makes me sign in again, except doing so right then doesn't actually work. I have to actually restart the computer before I will be able to use Adobe products again, then sign in again, and then I have to tell Adobe to remove an "old computer" which is just the same computer from a few days ago. This is really frustrating and surely there's got to be a better way to handle system IDs for this. A change in storage shouldn't trigger this kind of response. CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, sure, but beyond that is really not necessary.
