When I find out there’s an updated version of a Photoshop plugin I use (in this case Web Sharp Pro), and I hit Manage Plugins in Photoshop to open Creative Cloud--or if I open Creative Cloud directly, and go to Manage Plugins--the page takes forever trying to load, and ends with “Something went wrong. If reloading the page doesn’t fix the problem, please contact customer support for help.” and a Reload Page button. Hitting that button doesn’t reload the page though, it takes me to the Featured Plugins page, and there’s no way to open Manage Plugins and reload the page. When I search for the app to do the upgrade manually, it just gives me the Install button (it’s already installed, of course)--pressing that sends it to try and install the app, which fails after about five to ten minutes of trying.Once several weeks ago, after an update to Creative Cloud, it worked perfectly and the plugin was updated; but since then there have been several new versions, and I’m still on the old version.

Hello! For the past two days, I haven’t been able to upload MP4 files to Creative Cloud Library. Files will look like they’re uploading but then will immediately disappear. I’ve tried searching for the files to see if they might’ve uploaded to a different location unintentionally (which happens sometimes), but they are nowhere to be found in CC Library. These are small files, and we have plenty of other (and also larger) MP4 files loaded into CC Library already. Within this same timeframe, I also uploaded image files to CC Library without any problem. So, I’m not sure why this issue with MP4 files is now occurring. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
When rendering a Premiere Pro project, trying to change de “Performance” option to “Hardware Encoding” is not possible as it is greyed out at “Software Encoding”Premiere Pro settings, although this happens both on Media Encoder and Premiere ProI have tried Main profile with 4.1 and 4.2 levels as sugested by searches, but none of the combinations of profile and level seems to enable it. CUDA rendering seems to be enabled, but it is also greyed outHardware rendering enabled at Media Encoder Media preferencesThis happens both on Media Encoder and Premiere ProI have a Nvidia 4060ti GPU, latest Studio Drivers, CUDA Toolkit instaled (I even did a gpu driver clean install with ddu), reinstalled premiere and media encoder, and nothing seems to change this.I can still use render with nvenc through ffmpeg, wich tells me that the problem might not be the GPU itself. How can I solve this?
I was really confused about my CPU fans working all the time even when the system is ideling, with no apps running (Win 11) I checked the taskmanager and there is a task running with the name of “node.exe”. if I close that task, the peaks of my CPU immediately come down and the system gets quiet… until some seconds later the task is started again and leads to performance peaks in the first 4 Cores of the CPU.The node.exe is located in this folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud Experience\libsI just moved it to somewhere else, so it couldn’t restart and voilá, when I kill the task once again, the system stays quiet. the red line marks the time I shut down the node.exe taskGuys, I have this with my home machine, and the PC at work. If this is common for all CC users, it’s a severe waste of energy and maybe CPU lifetime. If the Creative Cloud App is running, there is another node.exe running, located here:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\libsBut th
I’m on an M1 Mac running OS Sequoia.
I wish to uninstall Adobe. Lone and behold i cannot remove this predatorial program cause i need to perform multiple updates to do so. Imagine if i didnt have internet… Thanks Adobe engineers. Claude really cooked that one up
I’ve been using Adobe Express for, a lot (since Spark Post) and I’d like to see advanced Adjustment settings for images (and videos if possible). There’s a Blur setting there I’d like to see improved. It should have an option for applying other types of it as it currently blurs the whole image but I'd like to see Circular and Linear/Tilt-shift style adjustments as well.I currently process my images on another app prior to importing them to Express so having advanced blur controls would be a godsent.
Ich kann nicht mehr auf die Cloud zugreifen. Im Browser funktioniert es.
My Adobe Creative Cloud has been updated to version 6.9.1.1.3, but the application details show version 6.9.0.620. The Adobe Creative Cloud folder has a date of 0604 (the update date), while other dates show 0417. I'm certain the update was successful. However, I found a new folder {F2CC7D04-9BBF-4594-A276-C575E585130B} in my C:\Windows\Temp drive, containing Adobe Creative Cloud update-related files. Using the command: `del /q /f /s C:\Windows\Temp*` also deleted the temporary data created by Adobe Creative Cloud. Did the update fail? In this situation, the desktop version could be updated to 6.9.1.1.3, but the application details show version 6.9.0.620. The Adobe Creative Cloud folder shows a date of 0604 (the update date), while other dates show 0417. I've confirmed the update was successful. However, a new folder named {F2CC7D04-9BBF-4594-A276-C575E585130B} has suddenly appeared in the C:\Windows\Temp folder, containing Adobe Creative Cloud update-related files. On the desktop, I c
My laptop is a Windows 11 25H2. I haven't changed any system settings recently, but I noticed a new folder named {F2CC7D04-9BBF-4594-A276-C575E585130B} suddenly appeared in my C:\Windows\Temp drive. This folder contained Adobe Creative Cloud update files. Adobe Creative Cloud was updated on June 4th.Later, to free up space, I used the command: `del /q /f /s C:\Windows\Temp\*`. This also deleted the temporary files created by Adobe Creative Cloud.I'd like to ask if this is normal? Will deleting these temporary files affect Adobe Creative Cloud? When will this empty folder automatically disappear after deletion? Also, why didn't Adobe automatically delete these temporary folders after the update? Before the folder was cleared, Illustrator and Photoshop could open normally. After the folder was cleared, Illustrator and Photoshop can open normally 100% of the time.
When I open a Lightroom catalog in LR classic (version 15.3.1), the histograms and 1:1 previews of the images won't load. When I try to do anything, Lightroom will freeze and crash and I'll have to force quit. I’m using a Macbook Pro updated to Tahoe 26.5.1, I've cleared video and RAW caches, cleared preferences, shut off GPU, checked the integrity of the catalogs, optimized them, uninstalled and reinstalled LR, and restarted my computer. The issue persists, but not with every catalog.
I keep getting a message in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop "There was a Problem loading some of the content".When I click on the Pre-release tab I only see the pre-release for Illustrator not any other pre-release apps. When I look in the folderC:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE the only folder it contains is \PDApp.I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.I have logged out and back in again and repaired the installation. Can you advise how to fix this.
I've just about had it with this broken SAAS subscription model. Each time windows reboots or updates I have to log back into CC. The computer I'm on is the computer I need to forget. It's bad enough each time windows updates something breaks or works different. But to have these issues with everything, it's becoming unworkable. I'm about ready to ditch adobe for something that doesn't need a GD cloud authentication each time I use an app. All I want to do is read a PDF and I can't because I have to log in, then MFA... then clear out and closse out all the AI BS. Then come to this forum to report a problem that existed a year or two ago and is now back. I'm running out of patience with the state of technology. If I don't switch to linux, I'm moving back to Win10 and I'm banning anything cloud/SAAS related. I want the old days where you'd buy something and upgrade it when you were ready. THIS IS NOT BETTER!. I'm wasting more of my time fixing crap
I am currently experiencing an issue with downloading Adobe applications through the Creative Cloud. The download progress has been slower than usual, often getting stuck at 1%. The Creative Cloud application also displays a warning message stating, "Progress is slower than usual. We're working on resolving this issue."I have verified that my internet connection is stable and running at normal speeds, so I believe the issue lies with the Creative Cloud downloader itself. Despite multiple attempts to restart the download, the issue persists.Could you please provide any guidance or steps I can take to resolve this? Any assistance in addressing this slow download issue would be greatly appreciated.
When I try to overwrite/update an existing document with Publish Online, I eventually get the following error: "An error occurred while uploading the document. Please try again. Error #33". Normally, I first see a progress bar regarding the preparation of the document, followed by a progress bar regarding the uploading of the document. The only thing being shown is the second progress bar: the uploading of the document. This happens faster than normal, after which you receive this error message: "An error occurred while uploading the document. Please try again. Error #33". Can anyone help me with this?
I forgot my behance password, clicked on reset password to set a new one. The password reset page opened up, I wrote the new password i wanted, as i did so the red requirements turned green one by one except “password does not contain your name or email adress” which it did not. I tried other variations, none changed that specific marker, finally i wrote gibberish and it accepted it, tried adding my own password andwhen i hit the letter “a” that requirement went back to red. So i tried it without the letter a and it worked until i wrote the letter “c” which had the same effect. I tested the rest of the alphabet didn’t find any other problem. It happens no matter the placement of those letters and whether they are capitalised or not.I remember having this problem the first time I created my account too 3-4 years ago.TL;DRSetting up a new behance password, letters “a” and “c” make the password invalid. I’m building a doc page by page. When I need to add another page, I find that InDesign will randomly add it to the end of the document or insert it in between the last and next-to-last pages… even though no page is selected in the Pages panel. When InDesign decides to insert rather than append a page, I can almost always Undo and then repeat the operation… and it’ll be appended as expected. But right now, InDesign refuses to append a page to the end of the document. I think we’re all just so used to these defects that the shoddiness has become normalized. But it shouldn’t be, ever.
Description:Adobe Podcast currently only supports English for transcription and speech recognition. I would like to request support for the Dutch language.Request:Dutch speech-to-text (transcription) Dutch speech recognitionWhy it matters:This would make the tool usable for a large group of Dutch-speaking professionals (e.g. education, government, media) and remove the need for external tools.Expected outcome:Full Dutch support comparable to the current English experience.
One of the touted payoffs of CC is “collaboration.” So we are attempting to use it, in a review-&-approval use-case. But it doesn’t work, because if we distribute a link to a document we’ve put in CC, the recipients get permission errors. There is no other discoverable way of “sharing” the document.Anybody have insight on this? Thanks!
hello i am using photoshop 27.7.0 PC since this morning i cannot make any ai based masks in photoshop camera raw i always have the same error message:“unable to load ai slection model”i have loads of ram available, over 55go, just resinstalled my 5070 graphic drivers same issue.tried with many files, same trouble. used lightroom classic and it is working, so problem seems to be within photoshopi used the same computer 2 days ago, same photoshop version, and all was fine.
The idear was to produce an interactive pdf-file with video.primary for mobile phone. Some kind of Portfolio - with Me on Video, with clips of my work.Navigation with buttons or wipe (left/right and top/buttom)But interactive pdf seams to be dead (@Adobe Indesign).Nice would be a mix of content & pagedesign (indesign) andbuttons, usability and flow (with xd).the possibility to style with css and to implement responsive variations (handy, ipad, desktop) would be cherry on the cake.thankymike.
Actually, there are two bugs.1 - After using Illustrator for a while, right-clicking to activate it no longer allows access to the options menu that should open. This is resolved by completely closing the application and reopening it, but it's very annoying. Several updates have been released throughout the year, and this has never been fixed.2 - When you hover your mouse over a tool, it displays a window with an animation explaining its use. Sometimes this window gets stuck there showing an animation, even when I'm working with another tool on an artboard; it only disappears if I move the mouse back over it.
