Adobe has two folders on my system, is this normal?

Adobe has two folders within the "Library/Application Support/Adobe" file hierarchy. One in the user-specific library, and one in the Macintosh root library. Is this normal? The attached screenshots show both folders listed in my file management software.

Cannot open Creative Cloud Applications | reference code 109

Hi!I am currently experiencing an issue with my Creative Cloud applications: I cannot open them, as an error message appears each time. This happens with other applications too but as an example, I am using InDesign.The following message is displayed:Since I am connected to the internet (mobile works just fine), I clicked on "Try Again" and then received this error message: I've looked online but I've found nothing to the reference code 109. I've already uninstalled all of my Creative Cloud Apps and reinstalled the Creative Cloud Client, but the error message remains the same. Funny enough I can open the Photoshop app on my iPad and it works without a problem or any error messages. I am on Mac and my current system is Sequoia 15.1.1InDesign is version 20.0.1 Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem or know what I can do? Kind regards

So I like to organise, and whilst I think it's great that Lightroom has its own cloud that I can store files in a jpg format, it seems like this could also be done for the creative cloud app too and yet it isn't. Talking to an agent and according to this old post (https://helpx.adobe.com/nz/creative-cloud/help/cloud-document-faqs.html#uploading-and-managing-files?product=Creative%20Cloud%20Desktop&product-version=6.4.0.361&mv=product&mv2=accc) I found that you used to be able to upload jpg and others but can't now. I feel like this makes me less flexible. Now I can't use the creative cloud storage as a place to organise all my cloud files, I can see that they are accounted for by showing me how much storage I've used, but I can't see my jpgs from lightroom cloud in my creative cloud and this is frustrating. bonjour à tous,depuis quelques jours, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir Creative Cloud.J'ai essayé un "repair", aucun résultat.J'ai voulu le désinstaller, mais pour cela il faut désinstaller les autres applications.Alors j'ai voulu désinstaller Photoshop et là non plus, il ne se passe rien, impossibe de désintaller Photoshop.Toutes les autres applications (photoshop, bridge, camara raw, ...) fonctionnent sans problème.Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?En vous remerciantMichel

J'ai installé Creative cloud Desktop mais la roue de progression charge indéfiniment. J'ai essayer de redémarrer mon PC, réinstaller l'application et mettre a jour mon PC mais rien ne marche. J'ai utilisé le Log Collector Tool et ca m'a donné ceci : File: AdobeLogs_20241130_035222_225-win-GS.zxpJe suis sur Windows 11.

The recent update to the Creative Cloud Desktop dashboard/interface is not an improvement. The new interface is not intuitive and is cluttered. Some features, easily selectable when they were in the left-hand column have been buried under new tab names and locations. I can see making these adjustments and changes if they truly make it easier access features, but it doesn't. Please make the previous interface available for those of us who were happy with the way it was.

I chose Creative Cloud because this happens in every Adobe app.It clearly has some kind of system ID tied to the internal hardware components, and E-SATA is seen by the system as an internal drive, so any change in that seems to force Adobe CC to think I'm using the software on a completely different machine and makes me sign in again, except doing so right then doesn't actually work. I have to actually restart the computer before I will be able to use Adobe products again, then sign in again, and then I have to tell Adobe to remove an "old computer" which is just the same computer from a few days ago. This is really frustrating and surely there's got to be a better way to handle system IDs for this. A change in storage shouldn't trigger this kind of response. CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, sure, but beyond that is really not necessary.

hi there good folks!i'm loving windows 11 light theme, the tone and contrast is perfect for me.when i tried adobe CC latest apps, i switch to light theme, but the experience is not the same as dark or darkest theme, which to me, many many things need to be considered. icons, texts in some parts. still at grey or light grey. please consider to overhaul the light theme.  thanks and regards,me.

Sharing folders from Cloud documents once file syncing is discontinuedOpen for Voting

Adobe, please enable folder sharing for Cloud documents – the same way that synced CC folders can be shared now - but this functionality is being discontinued. This folder sharing functionality is really important for those of us working on entire projects for clients with multiple documents involved – we need to be able to file and share multiple docs under one sharing link. Also - clients like to refer back to previous versions and check how/if comments have all been resolved. The folder sharing functionality enables this.  SO IN SUMMARY: We need the ability to share folders containing Cloud documents. Please make this happen before synced files are discontinued. Please comment if you agree as Adobe have told me to request this and if enough people agree, they will take notice!

Incorrect display of Creative Cloup App and some extensions in After Effects

Hello, I would really appreciate your help fixing this issue, I am having it quite for a while, whenever I open Creative Cloud App and I start to hover on it with mouse it immediately starts to lag and dislocate the text and whole box off the app, I have attached the image below, apparently when I was working in After Effects today some of the Extension plugin boxes started to glitch and display incorrectly just like the CC App, what causes this? Anyone? Thank you in advance

How to make a clickacle image which can be used as a linkedin banner

Hello everyone,I am making a banner for someones linkedin page. She asked me if I could add hyperlinks to the image since her previous image had it. I tried making it in photoshop and express but in order to make te links work the file needs to be saved as an pdf which you can't upload to linkedin. I really doubt her previous image was able to since I can't find anything about it. Can anyone here maybe help me?

A mí me pasa lo mismo. Cuando abro Creative Cloud en cada sesión me aparece un mensaje de error y da la opción de Salir o Reparar, pero Reparar no hace nada, solo indica que vuelva a descargar CC y cuando lo hago tampoco me deja usar Illustrator, me dice que lo descargue y lo vuelva a instalar. Y así sucesivamente en la sesión de trabajo en casa. Es molesto pagar una suscripción por esto.
