Creative Cloud made an auto-update and installed a new background process on my mac called "CCX Process". Soon after I received this notification my WiFi connection broke, and nothing would fix it. Hi, I seem to have a duplicate creative cloud folder that I am unable to remove/delete. I have tried signing out of Creative Cloud as well as ending all the processes I can see for Adobe but it still stays there. When I try double clicking on the folder an error shows, this is attached but my email address has been removed, not sure what the other numbers and letters are for, some sort of unique identifier (just incase I have blurred some of the info)? How can I delete this as it's annoying having this on my desktop. Thanks

Hallo zusammen, aus verschiedenen Gründen verwende ich noch u.a. Photoshop / Premiere in den Versionen der CC 2017, d.h. ich hatte die Updates ausgesetzt. Mit der bisherigen, seit 10 Jahren bestehenden CreativeCloud-Abolizenz klappte das völlig problemlos. Nun konnte die alte Lizenz nicht verlängert werden, der Support hat mir daher eine neue Lizenz eingerichtet. Mit der neuen Lizenz kann ich Photoshop / Premiere aber nicht mehr nutzen (Installation unverändert; Fehlermeldung "Kein Abonnenement gefunden" - "Zu dieser Adobe ID konnte kein Adobe Photoshop CC-2017-Abonnement gefunden werden"). Der Adobe-Support konnte nicht weiterhelfen. Für alle Tipps, wie ich die alten Produkte doch noch nutzen kann, bin ich sehr dankbar. Herzlichen Dank und beste GrüßeFelix
Creative Cloud Desktop MacOS will not launch. MacOC 13.7.1, Intel Mac i7. I've downloaded the Creative Cloud Unintall app, unintalled the app. Downloaded and reinstalled stll will not run. The app is stuck in the same loop as before the reinsall. I saw something about deleting the contents of the OOBE folder, did this and restarted. Launch the app...Initalizing Creative Cloud....spins and spins..."Creative Cloud is takiing longer than usual to load. Get help"...then relaunch...then a popup warning Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged...choice of repair or quit. Repair and quit then reinstall changes nothing.
I do not understand the English language. Is there an Adobe Premiere program in Arabic that I need? Even if it costs an additional fee, I have no problem with that.
I suggest a flex plan for the "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" plan. I assume the majority of subscribers use only a handful of the included apps. How many of those creatives feel they are wasting money on apps they will never use? A quick YouTube search of "Adobe alternatives" yields a large number of results because the perceived value of a Creative Cloud subscription is not at the level it could be. I believe a flex plan that allows customization of what is included in the plan would boost overall subscription sales for Adobe. In addition, this type of plan would allow Adobe to craft a much more powerful marketing message. Rather than "Get 20+ creative apps", the message becomes "Get exactly what you need to maximize your true potential." I have just changed my subscription for Lightroom and added Premiere Pro it has deleted all my documents on my MAC this was only this Tuesday 29 October 2024. There is now an Adobe folder in their place. I saved up in the cloud and I can't reinstall they are all gone and one of them was an incredibly important record that is very important to me. Besides a backup which I don't have recently any suggestions I'm pretty devastated and incredibly angry as this app to be an ongoing issue that obviously hasn't been resolved

Hi there, I have a problem to activate my legacy apps. It all worked well until the latest update. Now, for example, if I start Adobe Muse (yes I know it is EOL, but I need it to edit some files), it says it needs to be activated. That should not be a problem, as i have renewed my cc subscription. When I hit enter at the first splash screen (activation needed), it starts loading and nothing more happens, see screenshot for this issue. It says: "Loading ... " (in German: Wird geladen) But I can not enter my account data to verify my subscription. Can anyone help me? I'm running the latest Windows 11 version and have a clean CC installation. Bonjour, je n'ai aucune version 2024 disponible sur Creative Cloud (tout est déjà 2025 !) alors que je dois absolument pouvoir télécharger la version 2024 pour être compatible avec le studio avec lequel je travaille. Je n'ai que la version 2025 disponible et téléchargée, comment retrouver la version 2024 ? Le petit lien "Afficher plus" (cf photo) me renvoie sans cesse au site Adobe sans jamais me proposer les anciennes versions.Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

I've been trying to get help for an ongoing issue with Lightroom Classic since August, where the wrong images open in the Develop module. I explained the issue to two frontline support agents, who couldn’t resolve it and escalated it to the 2nd-level/tech team. I was asked to send my catalog file, which I did. Unfortunately, support has been frustratingly inconsistent. One callback never happened, and another occurred at the very end of the time slot. The agent apologized, saying they didn’t have enough time to review the issue. Then Adobe closed the ticket without notifying me while I was traveling. I had to ask frontline agents to reopen the ticket and schedule a callback. Both times they promised, but no callback followed. On a third occasion, the callback promise was kept, but I never received a confirmation of the time slot.
