I’m trying to work in Lightroom. and it’s saying my cloud storage is full so I can’t upload anymore photos. I’ve gone into my deleted in Lightroom (empty). I’ve gone into Creative Cloud (both via desktop app and web) and “my files” EMPTY; “deleted” EMPTY. So where the hell do I delete stuff to clear up space so I can work again? And can I turn off this cloud crap so I don’t have this issue again?
I dont know it’s mac problem or Adobe. I spend hours wating! instead simply they can add direct link to download each app

Trouble Accessing All Apps in Adobe Creative Cloud ProScreen Shot of my Creative Cloud DesktopHello!I have Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, and have downloaded the creative cloud desktop app. I am having issues accessing all of the apps in my plan.When I launch my Creative Cloud desktop app, I do not see all of the apps within my plan show up on the All Apps dashboard.I have attempted to download additional apps directly from the website like they suggest, but every time I download an app from the website, launch the .exe to run the installer, it opens the Creative Cloud desktop app and nothing happens. No download, no extra pop-ups, just opening the app.I have tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool after uninstalling everything as well.I cannot find a solution on the web. I have uninstalled all of the Adobe products from my computer and reinstalled and that hasn't fixed the issue.If anyone has had a similar issue, or knows of a fix, please let me know. Thank you!PC. It bombs out whenever I open the Exposure HUD in today’s (24/4/26) version. It was ok yesterday. The HUD opens, but as soon as I move the mouse to change the settings the app crashes. Is this just me or is it a known problem? When will it get fixed?
Premiere Pro 26.3 (new update this morning, 24/4/26) crashes as soon as I open the Exposure HUD in Color Mode. Is it just me or is that a known issue?
I have recently reinstalled InDesign and, upon every launch, if I go to the Id icon to set some global settings or open the first document of the session, InDesign will hang (spinning beachball, marked as “not responding” in Activity Monitor). After about one minute, the hang is over (pun intended) and InDesign resumes perfect functionality (no slowness, no issues). It is as if it wanted to be by itself for a while. If I open a second (or 3rd, 4th, etc.) document no hanging happens. If I close all docs and open a single new one, no hang. It is just the first doc of the session.I have been able to capture a Spindump while it was hanging. Perhaps this can help engineers (or other knowledgeable souls here) find what is going on?Thank you very much!I am on macOS Tahoe 26.4 on an Apple Silicon Mac.PS: I’ve had to select a category here below to post this, but InDesign was not among the available choices. Hello,I am having an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and my purchased Photoshop plugins.I own several plugins, including DitherTone Pro by Doron Studio, RetraTone by Texturelabs, and others. Until recently, these plugins were installed, visible in Creative Cloud under the Plugins section, and I was able to use them normally in Photoshop.Now, I can no longer install them or use them. The Creative Cloud Desktop app shows an error under Stock & Marketplace → Plugins → Manage plugins, saying:“Something went wrong. I recently installed Creative Cloud Desktop. However when I open it, it says “Offline”. I obviously do have Internet. I have tried some suggested solutions, like setting my date and time to automatic. I’ve checked my firewall but no listing for Adobe. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud Desktop. Nothing works.But I should mention that when I installed the Creative Cloud Desktop and opened it, a dialogue box came up saying, “do you want to save or find the file ieframe.dll?”Thanks for your help with this issue.
Currently, from adobe we don't have any commands to manage the adobe creative cloud desktop application for to disable the auto updates. As most of the Organizations manages the updates by themselves and in our organizations we have 6000+ users affect by this non functionality. Can you please implement this feature as this is great help us to manage the adobe creative cloud desktop as well.
beta apps do not show in cloud app - so can’t check for updates or reinstall - in PS beta - lost access to gen ai products - only Firefly shows. Yesterday: I had a couple hours with online support and computer share - and they failed to get adobe cloud and apps fixed - but I got no follow up email to know my next steps - like who is getting back to me, when or if I have to do something. I DO NOT want to go through all the reinstall of my customizations and plugin installs only to have it undone again as one oftheir steps was to remove everything and do a fresh cloud install! What am I supposed to do - it seems they don’t work on sunday or something… ADVISE please?
as usual, when using adobe, we need to open, save, save as, which … open windows file manager, which as usual as before, never been an issue, a window pops, i can interact with it. click save/open/import whatever..but when 2025 version came up. this always been a hassle, i gotta wait 3 friggin minutes! to be able to interact with popped win. file manager. why?i am using adobe since photoshop 7 back then.please dont ruin my beloved suite software, will ya?#punintended, always hated CC

I accidentally denied Media Encoder access to my desktop folder, I want to give it access again but every step and reset and reinstall doesn't re-give it access or even gives the popup to ask for permission again. how do I get this fixed?
Apparently only a ETLA contract type can run reports and automate them. We have a government contract and is the only contract we can use….Why other large license contracts do not have this “feature” already is beyond me. I can go in and manually export to a csv, but cannot do a report for it. Let alone have it run monthly or quarterly and send to our admin team. Please put this on all contract types, it makes zero sense to not. Even a personal license type should be able to get their license use made and automated for their records.
Why when I now click on Stock & Marketplace do I get an interface for fonts, when there is an—albeit nondescript—"f" icon in the upper menu bar for fonts? I can never get to stock images through its own link. I usually have to Google it to delve into the Adobe website for it. Also, these communities now seems to be intentionally buried. OSX Tahoe 26.4. Need a way to hide the Benefits tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. We don't want our users to be able to see all the miscellaneous items in our enterprise plan but what is more recently frustrating is that there are “Partner perks” advertisements listed now, such as redeeming 3 months of LinkedIn Premium which should not be shown for an enterprise level license. We have tried editing the ServicesConfig.xml to append “BenefitsPanel” to “False”, similar to AppsPanel but it appears not supported in the same way.
I’ve been extremely frustrated by misleading Adobe Stock graphic descriptions. This probably just applies to vectors. The platform is starting to be OVERRUN with AI-generated graphics claiming not to be AI. These typically look great on the preview, but once you download them, zoom in, and try to edit them it’s extremely obvious that they’re AI. Mostly because they’re always put together in a sloppy way that’s hard to edit, and don’t look nearly as good close up. I have on numerous occasions downloaded 20+ assets before I could find one that wasn’t AI, despite having the “exclude generative AI” filter on. Additionally, I’ve downloaded a ton of icons that claim to have editable strokes but don’t, and various graphics claiming to have editable text that don’t. I can’t even imagine how frustrating this must be for people who buy download packs rather than having a subscription. I understand that your team probably doesn’t have time to review every asset that gets posted, but it seems that
