I think I know the answer to this, but CC 2020 is no longer allowing program updates to install. No matter how many times I click "Retry" I get the same message. Re-install is not an option at this point. Maybe a "Preferences" file delete? CC202 is no longer supported, and my machine will not support a newer OSX to load later versions of Adobe CC and apps.
Could you change the name of this to "Adobe account access" rather than just "account access", much easier to find it quickly if its got "adobe" in the title.
Hello, I wanted to ask why my saved operations ( action) are disappearing, I work a lot on operations, after I ran the program this morning, all my saved shares disappeared?
Suddenly, Adobe Apps are not visible in Creative Cloud. All the Apps on the computer work perfectly, but I can't see if there are some apps that need to be updated when they are not visible in Creative Cloud.Does anyone know why?
When I open Adobe Creative Cloud, it keeps spinning in circles endlessly and never finishes. I've tried the above steps, but it's still the same.
Since switching to Creative Cloud, I no longer see the tool to create forms in pdfs in Adobe Acrobat I've triple checked that I'm not using Adobe Acrobat Reader as that one doesn't support the functionality but using Adobe Acrobat Standard. Also did an uninstall and reinstall to see if that would solve the issue but no luck. Checked also latest updates (which there were none).I can see under the Adobe plug-ins that Acroform.api is loaded and certified. Anybody any idea?
I am a Creative Cloud member. I recently bought a couple of third-party plugins for Photoshop, but I don't, or can't find my Photoshop installation folder. Or, for that matter, any of the folders. It appears only the apps were installed. How do I get these? Thank you,
I'm guessing lots of people have had this issue (I've seen sooo many posts but no real solutions so I'm kinda stuck) but all adobe software constantly freezes and crashes even while doing the simplest commands. I'm guessing it has to do with my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad, it has two graphics drivers and adobe products keep switching between the two so it crashes fast, haven't seen any fixes for this) but up until recently most apps have been running relatively smoothly unless I try to do something other than simple tools or if I'm on it for hours. I rarely ever had proglems with illustrator or indesign, photoshop would be kinda buggy but I could still do edits and digital painting without it crashing. Everything else I used/tried to use either wouldn't run at all or would crash instantly so I don't really bother with any other apps (I only use photoshop, indesign, bridge, illustrator, and I'm trying to learn animate but that's buggy now too) Anyway, my CC app just updated to th
After a large Windows 11 update my acrobat files crash my computer. I went to the CC desktop to remove it so I could try re-installing but it won't let me remove the program.
Was soll sowas? Installation für alle frei geben aber deinstallation ist gesperrt. Ich darf mich jetzt an knapp 100 Rechnern anmelden um das manuell zu deinstallieren.
I have been unable to open the creative cloud app no matter what I do all I get is a spinning loading wheel forever. All I want to do is log in so I can delete all the apps I dont use off my computer as they are taking up most of my disc storage. I just want help getting all this off my computer and it feels like I am being prevented from doing that, which also feels unfair and gross like someone or something is attached to me and wont let go no matter how many times I yell "NO STOP GET AWAY" it doesnt leave like please help me get this off my computer
Password and username problemI tried many times but the Creative Cloud username and password are not adonenki. I can't set it up
I successfully installed my CS6 on a new computer, but when I choose Product Registration and Sign In Now, I get an error message that PDapp.exe has encountered a serious problem and the registration window closes. (It seems a no-option endless loop!) After much reading online, I think my best and easiest option would be offline registration, but I cannot find any other method of registering except that dialogue box which crashes. I see I need to generate a request code, but I cannot find out how in the software to do that. Any help immensely appreciated.
My Creative Cloud app now opens as a white window (Windows 11 PC and the problem started for no apparent reason) - it seems frozen because even of I click on close it won't close. My Photoshop and other Creative Cloud apps work fine. The instructions appear to be here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html Item 2 has uninstall instructions that contain a link to here : https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html The instructions under this linked page say under "Before you install" to "Uninstall Creative Cloud apps" and a link leads you here that states one must use the the Creative Cloud app to uninstall the apps https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html. It's circular because my Creative Cloud app dosen't work so I can't use it to uninstall the Creative Cloud apps that I need to uninstall so that I can unisnstall and re-install Creative Clou
Thanks - was fixed using the Creative Cloud uninstaller you suggested athttps://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging.I did not need to uninstall any other Creative Cloud apps.Harry
Estou deixando alguma coisa escapar. Obrigada a todos.
After installing creative cloud, to my dismay, and I'm sure many others, when you start your pc adobe applications are open in the background even if you explicitly tell creative cloud not to to start on launch in my task manager and in the creative cloud. This is a major design flaw, NO ONE should have to scour the internet for hours on how to disable them starting on launch. Despite all my time looking I could still not find an answer anywhere. Adobe needs to get their act together because this is ridiculous, background processes that can not be easily disabled (or disabled at all, Im assuming there must be some convoluted way to do it.) on startup is moronic. We're already paying an arm and a leg for your product, you could at least make the disabling of these applications easy to do. Of course this is adobe were talking about, logical changes arent what we're used to, just a flashy new ui for after effects each year.
Exclente dia para la comunidad. Alguien sabe como solucionar este problema en Mac desde ya les agradezco
Nowadays, more and more camera manufacturers such as Canon and Sony have supported HEIF format photos, and there is no doubt that this format will have wider application in the future. If I turn on the RAW+HEIF format on the camera, LR will import the same photo repeatedly during processing, which is obviously unnecessary. In preferences, LR has the option to enable/disable "Treat JPEG files next to raw files as separate photos". Is it possible to add an option to "Treat HEIF files next to raw files as separate photos"?Note: HEIF photos have multiple extension such as ".heif", ".heic", ".HIF". Check Wikipedia for details.
i get adobe creator cloud through my college, and it has all the apps on it, like photoshop. i wanted to ger photoshop on my home laptop, so i downloaded creator cloud, but it says i only have the free plan, with the web apps, and not any of the desktop apps. how can i fix this so i can accsess the apps that i actually own?
I purchased a 7,1 2019 Mac Pro in July 2020 and this problem has plagued me daily every since then. I am wondering if this is just normal on an Intel 12-core with 96Gig Ram and w5700x GPU and applications loaded on NVRAM internal RAID 0?Photoshop = appx 45-seconds to one-minute to launch (ready to start work)Illustrator = appx 45-secondsInDesign = appx one-minuteAfter Effects = always over one-minuteDreamweaver = appx 45-secondsThese delays really add up!On my little 2021 M1 MacBook Pro with the same CS apps installed, everything launches almost instantly?
When installing Photoshop2023, error 160 occurred. The registry permissions were modified according to the tutorial, but error 160 still occurs
Yesterday, I notice Illustrator wasn't updating PSD files after I made changes to them. Looked in the links panel in Illustrator, and the option to refresh the link was greyed out. So, not auto updating, can't refresh, and my only option was to replace the link. (Which required selecting all instances, and clicking the image name and hitting enter repeatedly.)Today I checked to see if I had multiple versions of PS or ILL installed, and there was only the previous PS. Clicking on options for these two apps offers the option to "Open (Intel)". This laptop is Apple Silicon. Why do I have Intel versions installed? I thought these apps were already optimized for Apple Silicon?
My CC Desktop app (MacMini) indicates that I have 3 updates to make. However, when I select Update, the downloads fail. Any idea what's happening? All software and OS is current. Below is a screenshot.Terry
