When I opened my Creative Cloud, under the Home tab, it showed recent psd files that I haven't used in a long time. Is there any reason these would suddenly appear?
The way of creating subtitles has become more convoluted than it needs to be. The simplicity of the previous version saved me and my co-workers a lot of time in post. Please revert it back.
I am constantly annoyed trying to update apps after notification from Creative Cloud. Opening CC shows the programs for which there is an update available. But clicking on the "Update" button results in no feedback at all -- no sound, no color change, no message. So I end up clicking numerous times (with the same result). After 30 seconds to a minute CC will report that the program is updating, so the clicked button actually worked sometime during my multiple attempts. This behaviour is not new, although I can't recall whether it was always that way. Why can't CC give some indication that the "Update" button-click has been registered or accepted? It seems like a pretty simple programming task: Just change the button's color and text to say "Waiting" when it has been clicked. That's pretty basic to interface programming.
in the preferences menu can we have the option to toggle export with document dimensions instead of always a scropped png, thanks.
I have tried multiple times to download and update the Photoshop CC update that just came out. Everytime I try it gets to the end and then I get an error message that pops up. FATAL: Error occurred in extract of package (Name: Adobe Photoshop23-Core_x64 Version: 23.5.5.1103). Error code: '127'ERROR: Cannot open file "C:\adobeTemp\ETR454C.tmp\1\Application\Presets\Live Canvas\Torrent.lfe' for writing: Error 5 Access is denied.
Thank you for removing the "Are you sure" prompt on ⌘Q quitting! It was the worst. Much appreciated.
Bonjour, dans creative Cloud, je voulais savoir si il était possible de modifier le fond du fichier pour en mettre une image?
I have two network connections active on my PC. One is a wireless connection that provides internet, whilst the other is a wired ethernet connection that connects to a local private network (no internet available on this network). The problem: Adobe Creative Cloud app always wants to connect to the private network resulting in 'server not found' error. If I unplug the ethernet network cable, Creative Cloud connects to the internet using the wireless connection and everything works normally. The question: How can I force Creative Cloud to ALWAYS use the wireless connection and not try to connect using the ethernet port..? Thanks for your help.
Recently someone brought to my attention that the school I study at provides significally discounted adobe year licenses. However, so far I had been working with a monthly adobe student subscription under a private email adress based account with important cloud stored projects. Is it possible to activate the school's yearly license on my existing account? Or otherwise, somehow link the two accounts? The yearly license does not come as a redeemable code. Thanks you for reading and possibly replying!Bas
If you have a trailing space in a file name such as "testfile.doc " Creative Cloud won't sync the file and doesn't tell you the error. If you remove the trailing space, it syncs fine.It also won't sync file names that have certain special characters that work on the Mac, but CC won't sync them.Core sync 6.5.3.1CC app 5.9.1.376Platform MacPlease fix this bug.And a question: what is CC built on? Windows? Linux? Mac?
I would like to be able to disable applications in my individual account (specifically Bridge). Multiple times I have run into an issue with Bridge. I have removed the keyboard shortcuts that interact with Bridge, as I do not have it installed. However clicking on a shortcut will automatically install Bridge. Everytime there is a major update to Photoshop it resets the shortcuts that interact with Bridge, so if I click the wrong hot key on my mouse in Photoshop, Bridge will install itself. The only solutions given to me by the support team are to:1. Change/Delete the shortcut keys associated with Bridge (which I have done multiple times).2. Disable "auto updates" for all of my applications, so when I go to update I can select "keep preferences" (which should not reset the Bridge shortcuts).3. Have a team/enterprise account, as you are able to enable/diable applications with those levels of account.
It would be great if a password protection feature is added to the folders in the cloud to ensure the security of our work.
Hi!We have just downloaded and installed our Adobe Creative Cloud but it does not launch properly. Only loading. PLease see below screenshot for more details:Any help on this issue would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
About Creative cloud desktop, I have all the time a file synchronisation activity.Result : it takes bandwith on my internet connexion and 15/20% of the CPU. Here is the version of the creative cloud desktop :
This is a problem with what seems to be with Mac Mini using M1 chip. The problem...Even though I flag an image, the flag icon image is not showing in the film strip images at the bottom. This makes it very difficult to know which images you already flagged at a glance. I checked the "view options" by right cliking the film strip area and made sure that "Show ratings and picks" is selected. The flag icons do not show on top of the image regardless. This must be a software glitch that needs to be fixed for the Mac Mini M1 chip computers. I say this because it works fine for me on my older iMac. Please fix this so we can see which images in the film strip area are flagged at a glance.
Can't delete files from my creative cloud files. I saved my LC catalog files to the Creative Cloud and now I can't delete them. Any idea?
I'm pretty sure many have faced this problemEither they can't make the gradient they like into a library component as a gradient, not a group of colors that composes it.I hope this post reaches Adobe management for whoever is responsible for library updates and improvement to put this into their consideration when adding new features
I am unable to see some of my photos and folders in the creative cloud app but i can see them on my laptop Please help,Miles
Creative Cloud won't load, taking longer than usual to load. It gives a reboot warning. I just got the app and I don't know how to fix it.
Sometimes when I open my desktop app on my mac there are only a handful of files listed. If I click "open sync folder" and pull up a browser view, I can then see all of the files. But from there I can't open them in my apps and work on them (on my ipad or computer). Where are they going and how can I reset or sync this?
Please allow this feature on assets.adobe.com/files. Should be similar to dropbox or any web hosting solution where it allows a folder to be downloaded as a zip file. Example Scenario: I had 1TB storage via my work account and after changing company, I changed my plan and storage is now 100GB and I'm left over full now so for me to be able to remove files (on a new machine), I have to first sync EVERYTHING which may not work properly because of the full cloud storage and then be able to remove folders/files to reduce storage (I can't use Adobe Express no longer because it's full now). If I'm able to download any folder as a zip file, I'd back that somewhere else, reduce my online storage and be able to put things back to normal.
It would be great to be able to see actual license usage data on an enterprise licenseMany users in an org would profess to "needing" an Adobe DC or Pro license, when in fact they don't.I'd like to be able to say with airtight evidence that X user has not availed of their assigned licence(s) for 6 months for example and to provide a reason for keeping it.Or that Adobe would automate such a process that it warns users that due to inactivity, their license will be taken away unless a valid reason is supplied, which then goes to the console admin to approve or disallow. but also have the ability to exempt certian users (c-suite for example) from this automation.Underused/unused licences is prevalent everywhere and this would be a very welcome addition
I think it's important to have an option in the administrative panel where we can know the days that a user accessed and which Adobe product was accessed. To help control the use of the contracted package products. The support agent I spoke with a little while ago reported that this option does not exist. I'm the admin and I missed that admin feature.

After many months using Adobe Creative Cloud on 2 separate Windows 11 desktop machines (AMD 5000 series CPU with NVidia 3000 series GPU) -- sometime around late February, I noticed that the Creative Cloud application would crash instantly on startup. Seeing that it was happening coincidentally on 2 different machines, I found it suspicious. I contacted Adobe support after failing to find any solution in community posts, and they proceeded to make me do all the basic -- uninstall everything, reinstall, run the cleanup, delete files from all different folders. It was an insane, time-consuming disruptive process. Even in safe mode it didn't work. Despite managing the get the attention of escalation teams, there was no solution -- even weeks later. Evaluation of the crash logs (buried in the bowels of my system and requiring verbose logging tools to be installed) appeared to show something in conflict with Vulcan drivers. Of course my video drivers are always pretty much the latest NV
