It would be helpful if there were an alert on updates in Creative Cloud when the update is only compatible on systems with the most up-to-date hardware or drivers. For example, if the update requires a GPU with DirectX 12, and my GPU is only capable of DirectX 11, it would be helpful to know that so I wouldn't waste time downloading it, troubleshooting why it doesn't work, and then having to revert to a previous version when I figure out that it's not compatible with my graphics card.
There's a major security flaw in Adobe Creative Cloud. One of the most fundamental tenets of any security plan is routine and automated monitoring of logfiles for anomalies. Unfortunately, the design of Creative Cloud makes this impossible. Currently, the only way to get at logs like the audit logs (Insights > Logs > Audit log) is to manually log into the admin console and download a CSV. Support tells me that there's no other way to do it--no API, no automated/scheduled export, no connection to Splunk, no connection to a Syslog server, nothing. As a creative cloud instance with tens of thousands of users, this effectively means that we have no ability to do any form of security monitoring, which is simply not OK. Please fix this severe bug!

I'm on a Win 11 PC and I can't use CC Desktop yet. In preferenze dialog I can't change the synch folder. Probably this is the reaso why I can't use Lightroom and Photoshop correctly that I must run ad adimistrator privileges.When I click on cloud icon, app is permanently waiting as you can see in the screenshoot. Can sameone help me?
Either Creative cloud (32 Bit) or Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service is using my CPU all the time and I don't know why.This is my situation for about a year now.It is not 100% of cpu. But my hardware fans are making noise.I created a .bat to kill all Creative Cloud processes, and when killing all, the fans instantly stop spinning.But sooner or later Creative Cloud restarts itself.Anyone else is having this problem? Is this a normal behaviour?

I am using windows 10 22h2 version. I can't download apps in creative cloud interface. Because it says you should use windows 10 20h2 and above. I'm already using a higher version.
Given we now work 'Hybrid' - 3 days at the office and 2 days at home - I have to use an iMac at home, an iMac at the office, and a MacBook for on the go and client presentations. I should be able to have all 3 using Adobe Cloud without the hassle of signing out, reselecting which one to activate, then signing in to keep the 'up to 2 computers' rule limit as it currently is.Adobe should be changing with changing times.
Unter Windows 11 funktionierte auf meinem Laptop nach jahrelangem Nutzen des Adobe Foto-Abos plötzlich nicht mehr das Update der Creative Cloud. Reparieren der App wurde mit einem Fehler abgebrochen. Deinstallation der App wurde ebenfalls mit einem Fehler beendet. Lightroom und Photoshop funktionieren mittlerweile trotz Abo nicht mehr, weil beide Programme nicht auf die Creative Cloud App zugreifen können. Eine Neuinstallation bricht bei 40,5% mit Fehlercode 202 ab, der bei der Adobe Fehlerhilfe nicht gelistet ist. Zu wenig Speicherplatz auf der Festplatte? Sind 191 GB nicht genug? Beschädigte Datei? Schon 10x Heruntergeladen, woher bekomme ich eine unbeschädigte Version?Virenscanner abgestellt, AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool mehrmals erfolgreich angewendet, Installation weiterhin nicht möglich. After recent CCD update, it didm't see Ps as installed app anymore. I could still launch it from Windows start menu, but CCD didn't show it as installed. So I figured I'd install it again and now everything is gone - preferences, workspaces, toolbars, brushes, actions. It's a completely fresh install... WTH, Adobe? How do I reset everything to what I had?

I have CC Desktop app version 5.10.0.573 installed in my Mac Mini M2 computer, Mac OS Ventura. However, I can not get hte latest version of many application suchas, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom and Photoshop.The latest Version Of Photoshop is 24.4.1 But my Photoshop is 24.3The latest Version Of Lightroom Classic is 12.3 But mine is 12.2.1The latest Version OfLightroom is 6.3 but mine is 6.2I tried everything from Help - Check for Update, Update - Check for Update to uninstalleverythng and start anew. Would be nice if we were able to choose where Adobe stores files, and not just forcing users to use the synced folder of CCD. As an admin, I got a request to configure all Adobe apps to use local folder by default, and only selected users to use the cloud synced folders (data protection stuff). There is no way to configure this.
Hi! I have a very unusual problem I think. A couple of years ago, my collegue shared her Adobe Creative Cloud with me. Apperently you can share with one other person. Later, her daughter needed to share instead of me. At that point I didn't realise the files would be impossible to get rid of. I no longer have, or wish to have, any contact with her and I really need to unistall the files since I can't use them without a log-in. And without a log-in, I can't uninstall either. Cul-de-sac. Any creative ideas?

HelloMoved the contents of a MacBook running Catalina to a newer MacBook Pro running Ventura using the native Migration Assistant application. The newer MacBook won't launch the Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy…) or repair the Creative Cloud. Attmeping to download and / or reinstall produces the following – We've encoiuntered the following issues: Installer was unable to access a critcal file/directory. Please try installing again. (Error code: 42). I can't install again and seem to be stuck with a file manager I can't uninstall or reinstall. Any help appreciated.
It is a logical error. We sometimes get PDF's originating from InDesign/Illustrator with a white object set to overprint. It seems unintentional. Maybe the object was once set to black overprint and they changed the color to white, I dunno. Annyway, white in overprint results to nothing, as any color below the object would be printed. So, the better choice would be not to allow white to be set to overprint anywhere in the Adobe ecosystem.
it would be really nice to be able to select an object and add an even outline to it. we should also be able to choose whether the outline goes around the selection or inside it. This drawing tool would really help.
Hello,I just bought a new computer and I'm having problem w how CC showing that I'm offline on the new device.I logged off the other devices and was abled to download all the app but after that it shows that CC is offline again. Now I'm currently logging in 2 devices.Do anyone know why it doesn't let me online on the new device?Thanks!
