I am unable to see/download plugins in Creative Cloud. I am only able to explore the fonts and library options under the Stock & Marketplace tab (pics attached). I have been able to download some plugins from third party websites but it is impossible to download anything from the store. I have deleted and reinstalled CC with no luck. It is also up to date.
I have been having this same issue with adobe creative cloud since I first installed it months ago, and have tried literally everything i've found to try and fix it, including:- uninstalling and installing creative cloud - using the cleanup tool - looking through forums - updated and restarted my laptop- tried to wait it out, (for a few months) and nothing happened I am not sure what is causing this issue, but I need access to adobe services asap!! I cannot download anything, as it is stuck on 'waiting' every time i try to download something. I think that it's probably waiting on the first two issues, which appear as soon as I download adobe creative cloud. In terms of the storage information problem, I have nothing blocking adobe's ability to get storage information, and in terms of creative cloud updating, it wants to update as soon as i download it, but is consistently stuck on 0% and never progresses. I also don't get any error codes/numbers, so i do
I've recently gone through a problem with all my active fonts uninstalling,After gaining help from Adobe customer service, they suggested I come here to give the higher ups of Adobe the idea of mass installing all uninstalled fonts. The problem is, Adobe sees active typefaces as active but does not install the actual fonts within that typeface leaving me to install each font within the typeface. And a simple button that says Install all active fonts or simply install all fonts would be most helpful as right now, I have been here for an hour or so reinstalling all of my active fonts one by one by un-activating then re-activating each typeface.Such a time waster! As graphic designers, we use a lot of fonts especially a lot of Adobe fonts if you're a student like me, spending over an hour reinstalling all my fonts is not a great way to spend my valuable time.
A viable solution to support seniors and promote knowledge transfer would be to extend the student pricing to them, making Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) more accessible on a fixed income. By doing so, Adobe can empower seniors to continue utilizing their skills, share their expertise with their grandchildren and others, and promote the use of CC's diverse features within a broader community. To ensure fair usage, label these subscriptions as "For non-commercial use only." This approach enables Adobe to support the continuity of skill development and encourage the passing down of valuable knowledge to future generations, all while making their exceptional products more financially attainable for seniors.
Does anyone else hate Adobe? I find their constant big brother spying very intrusive! I detest their constant sign on policy that NEVER EVER SEEMS TO WORK CORRECTLY! I absolutely hate that they constantly take away that which we love and which works well for us! Would I recommend them? NO NO & NO! I'd be gone if I could find a replacement!
I was told by a "Community Expert" to start a new thread for this:Recently the CC main app "upgraded" itself to a beta version with a "social" home tab bloat I can't remember asking for. And I cannot remember being asked to participate as an unpaid tester of Adobe's beta software. Being forced to install the CC desktop to use the software I've paid for the license of is bad enough. This bloat in itself only worsens the annoyance of being forced to have the CC cloud installed (along with the genuine disadvantage spyware/rootkit security violation). But being forced to run beta quality bloatware without even getting notified that Adobe are ONCE AGAIN abusing their customers, is one annoyance too many:Where's the option to opt out of the beta versions of the bloatware? Or is Adobe going to compensate every user they have violated with this by not charging their software rent price for the period they are beta testers?
New version of the Creative Cloud desktop app, version 5.10 is now available!so frustrating, adobe virtual assistants and agents are trying to resolve this whole day and still no results, it's really a shame
I need help with CC notification language. Adobe Photography Plan (20GB)All apps installed with English as language preference. All apps in English. All Adobe settings (web) English. All email, web and programs display in English. In the Creative Cloud desktop app notifications are in French. The one and only place that is not English. I cannot understand the notifications. I need them in English. There is no setting I can find to change Creative Cloud notifications language. Please see attached image. Thanks!
Hi all. I can't seem to open my Creative Cloud app on my iPad Pro. When I try to open, the app Home Screen appears for a split second, then a window pops up with a spinning blue circle, and a message that says "one moment please." That's all it will do. I have quit and restarted the app multiple times, and restarted my iPad multiple times, but nothing changes. Should I delete and reinstall the app? Thanks in advance for any help!
I'm having a strange problem that I can't really figure out. I know Creative Cloud sends notifications on mac to invite us to try out Substance 3D. Recently however, some of those notifications come in both my defined language (french) and what I figured out was finnish. The notification seems to be authentic and leads to the Creative Cloud's Substance 3D page when clicked. The problem is I can't figure out how to have it stop. For information, I'm running CC app 510.0.573 on Mac OS 12.6.I've also attached a screenshot showing both the french notifications at the bottom and the finnish one on top. As you can see, the notification is shown at the same time as the french one. Any one else having a similar problem and found a solution?
I recently switched my Premeire Pro plan to a Creative Cloud all apps membership, but I cannot access apps like Animate, Audition, etc. I did get a confirmation email saying I subscribed to the membership, but on my Adobe account, it states it didn't go through, when it did charge me. Any help?
I need to update Adobe photoshop 2021 to Adobe photoshop 2023 but the software was pre activated and downloaded online. I want to update and manage software not installed from Adobe creative cloud including the apps that have their free trial expired.
I would suggest adding a Download All button to the cloud, that would be easier if someone is switching accounts and he's trying to move files between the two. What do you think?
Dear Adobe,Something has to be done about this forced sign-out nightmare. As you know, most of us have more than two devices we use our Adobe products on, due to the nature of telecommuting and such. On Work Computer, Home Computer, and Laptop. This is painful, because this experience always forces me sign out of one of the devices. And no you can't just sign out leaving your adobe applications running, adobe forces you into complete shutdown. The applications start jumping on my mac dock like its Armageddon, like I've committed a crime. Can you imagine shutting down all your Adobe apps when you have five Adobe applications running and have 50 files open? And doing this every single time? This is a UX nightmare. Not only is it a big UX flop, it is an unnecessary constraint that has zero benefit for the user.
I recently had to get a new hard drive on my Mac when I got it back the apps were installed from my set up with the cloud and having cc on my laptop. But, the apps would not open so I unintalled all creative cloud apps and have tried reinstalling creative cloud desktop severals times now. It will download and then it wills say "opening" but then everything disappears and the app never opens or shows up on my computer. I've tried running the cleaning and restarting my computer but I'm not sure what to do to get the creative cloud & other apps back to my iMac.
It would be so very helpful to have a progress bar on uploads. My MacBook is "syncing" a 13GB file and I am on a time crunch. And I have no idea if the file will upload in time because I cannot see how much progress has been made in the 20 minutes since it started.
Hi, I am constantly getting the message "CCXProcess.app is damaged and can’t be opened" on my Intel iMac 2019 since I installed Ventura 13.0.1 on it. Is there any way to solve this? Thanks. Martin
Hello, I am on MAC OS, but I would like an answer for all platforms that Adobe runs on.Is there a button for Creative Cloud to just turn off all Adobe software and processes when I am done using it for the day?I can close all of the programs, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, etc., but there are many processes like Core Sync and Desktop Services that continue to run.Is there a button to just turn it all off when I'm not using Adobe software?Thank you,
would be helpful to be able to deactivate devices for users from adminconsole.adobe.com
There is no way to get license info, including expiry date, from the admin console. Not cool. I had to engage support. Why is this necessary?
File syncing is disabled, I am unable to resolve it.
Please have Content Analysis disabled by default, or ask people if they want to enable it from the start.I just found out about the existence of Content Analysis via social media. While I don't have a problem with the existence of the feature (with proper care, AI might become a powerful tool for artists), I do have a problem with how I found out about it and the fact that it is currently an opt-out feature. Regardless of the intentions, not asking for permission to use our stuff is disrespectful.
When you want to view an invcoie in your creative cloud account (Plans and Payment/Orders and invoices/Invoice and billing history) one of the actions is to view the PDF of the document. It opens in a new tab, asks you to sign in again, tries to load the page then fails so asks you to log in again. This is a never ending loop so you can't view the PDF. Reporting this as a bug so the tech team can fix this issue. Don't always want to have to dowload the document to view it! Thanks!
