Hi,I subscribed to an adobe plan that included all the apps with 100 GB of storage data. However, I thought of switching to a photography plan with 1 Tb of storage data. Only then I realized it didn't include premier pro.I have an ongoing project at Premier pro and now I don't have access to it.Is there any way I can include premier pro in my current plan?Will my project be removed from premiere pro account ? If not please help me switch back to my previous subscription since the project is somewhat important to me. Thank you.

Hi, I could not find this on the board, but can anyone suggest an efficient way to upload old files (InDesign, Photoshop. Illustrator, Acrobat mostly) from an old unsupported Windows box to the cloud? I can transfer them to an intermediary device, but if there is a faster way, I'd love to hear about it.  Thanks,Bill 

I get emails to learn how to do XYZ. I click on the link and it takes me to the cloud. Then I'm asked to install PS or AI or ID or whatever which is already on my machine. Very frustrating that the assets never open. I can't download the test file or open in the appropriate app. Not sure but it's an ongoing problem and the end result is I rarely bother with behance.

Hi, for past day or so i'm unable to sync files or download any creative cloud apps on my desktop, and I've already: uninstalled every cc app including preferences Then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstallerclean your computer of cc files perrestarted my computerreinstalled the cc desktop appalternative download linksFirewallsEvery community suggestion and youtube video Then realized I'm missing the Core Sync service, and I'm unable to figure out how to make it back to my computer. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Hi there, I use Adobe on 2 devices, my iMac and my MacBook. I also use the cloud storage on my iMac. but I do not wish to access these files on my Mac , at the moment the cloud storage is filling up memory on my MacBook is there a way to disable the storage only on my MacBook?

Hello:    I have had files and stored them (and remember clearly saving them) as part of the cloud files that Photoshop & Illustrator have access to. These are called / listed as libraries that I can create and save and access through out most of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. I am sure it is accessible in other apps as well; however, those are the two I am concernred about currently.     Now when it comes to Adobe Acrobat which I have used to create and capture scans and other files; there appears to be be living in Adobe Cloud under a folder that I created. I also assume (although, I save things locally) that other Adobe Files Saved to the cloud from Photoshop or Other Adobe Apps save their files there when you ask them to save on the cloud.   Again, and here is the question. Is there a common / combined area where I can easily access all these files in one place. Like I do with every other cloud platform on the planet.

Hi, ich hatte mal mit dem Support telefoniert, weil ich keine Applikationen trotz aktuellem Abo downloaden konnte. Ich sollte die App neu installieren. Why does Adobe CCXProcess service on my Mac show this is from Unidentified Developer?

Not sure if this is the right discussion (direct me if it is not). I worked for this same company three years ago and I had some kind of Adobe Subscription. I've now re-joined the same company (different division) but they kept me e-mail the same. We have an Enterprise license to CreativeCloud All Apps. When I got the Welcome e-mail from Adobe today, it took me to a sign-in page. No offer to create a new account or anything - just wanted my password for this e-mail. Fortunately, I still have an old copy of my password manager on my phone and sure enough, my old credentials got me logged in. After I got in, it now recognized that I had a Personal Profile (my old one I assume) and a Business Profile. It offered to migrate all my content from my personal profile to my business profile (recommended). I know I never saved any content to the cloud so I said ok. When it finsished, it told me I would be prompted to choose a profile upon log-in. It does not offer any such prompt. What I wa

Hi guys, I have a doubt: By right clicking on a photo and clicking on "open with", I saw the presence of the Chromium voice. Having already happened to automatically install chromium from useless third-party apps, I decided to execute the following commands in the terminal: "sudo rm -rf /Chromium.app", "rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Chromium ", "rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/Chromium", and "rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/org.chromium.Chromium.plist", but only later, I realized that by reclicking on the image to open, open with "chromium" it looked the same, so I searched for the app path and it's: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common/CEF/Chromium Embedded Framework.framework. My question now is: having probably deleted some files (although I don't know which ones) is there any possibility of having done some damage in my creative cloud?

I just noticed some charges on my credit card from "adobe photography plan" that I was completely unaware of. The charges are all monthly from december until march (now). I had purchased the photography annual plan last March. I immediately tried to cancel this "subscription" that I dont ever remember renewing and I found out I cant or I have to pay 68 extra euros! I havent even used all these apps for at least 6 monthsI don't know whats happening i need help please on what to do to fix this!!

I had to change my email to make all my social media profiles consistent and so I did. But once my email was changed my Behance profile was wiped clean and now all my follows and followers, all my personal information, and the worst, my projects were all deleted!Can anyone explain to me this and if there is a way to restore the lost projects? Of course, I can reupload them but that is so much work, and some projects were a collab with a few others and on their page, the project is still on... SEND HELP!

I have been using adobe portfolio for over 4 years now. I am trying to apply to internships this month. A total of three videos were replaced with shein ads (covered up the block, however was scrollable inside the block... doesn't make sense). I look at my portfolio almost every day as a college student. This is new and just happened this week. What is going on??

Attempting to login to my personal account after my school account stopped working on my home computer to creative cloud, and even after uninstalling all adobe programs, restarting, and logging in again, I still have no option to login to my personal account, only through enterprise ID. Any ideas how to log into personal ID?

Lorsque je me connecte sur ma console https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents je ne parviens qu'à y transférer des fichiers unitaires, pas des dossiers. Si je devais récréer mes arboresences, cela me prendrais un temps infini.Y-a-t-il un esolution pour transférer des dossiers en masse ?Merci

Is this normal? Task manager shows 2 "Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer 19.12" processes runningThese are the only adobe apps I have, all of which are installed through the Adobe Creative Cloud app excluding Acrobat Reader.

Hallo,ich will in der vertikalen Menüleiste ein Untermenü zu einem Button zufügen. Er enthält bereits 3 Untermenüs.Wenn ich speichere kommt die Frage, ob alles akualisiert werden soll und dann aktualisiert er angeblich alle abhängigen Seiten (180) . Aber die Änderung kommt nicht an im Internet.Der neue Menüpunkt unterscheidet sich in nichts von den anderen dreien.Wer kann helfen?Gruß Margot

Hi there,I only use CC storage when I am traveling, emptying my cards on my iPad and uploading the pictures to the cloud whenever possible. Then back home I open LRC and everything downloads locally.As I write this message both LRC, iOS apps and LR Cloud show my usage as 5.2 Mo / 20 Go, but Creative Cloud app or assets.adobe.com indicate that I use 5.5 Go. No unit error here, 5.5 Mo Vs 5.5 Go.In assets I try to identify the files that take this space and the only ones that appear are the ones that are synchronized with my local folder, for a total usage of 5.2 Mo. No library, nothing in deleted files.Any idea what the problem may be?

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème de stockage pour lequel je bénéficie de 1 TO. Dans le Creative cloud, il est indiqué que j'utilise 315,1 GO sur 1 TO.  Or, je n'ai absolument aucun fichier dans mon dossier synchronisé sur mon macbook, ni même dans mon creative cloud web. J'ai même vérifié la bibliothèque Lightroom, il n'y a rien. Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?
