Whenever I put up my Adobe Creative Cloud and I clicked the update button I get a blue box that says error 507 unable to complete Creative Cloud update!

I disabled all Sync features, and yet there are at least 8 processes running on my Mac related to Adobe.I installed LightRoom and use it perhaps once a week—I want exactly 0 processes running from Adobe while I am not using the app.  Why is so much bloat included and which processes can be safely removed without rendering LightRoom inoperable?Example processes:Adobe Desktop ServiceAdobeCRDaemon (2x)AdobeIPCBrokerAdobeUpdateDaemonCCLibraryCCXProcessCore SyncCore Sync Helpernode

My Creative Cloud resource links default open in Firefox, but I would prefer they open in Chrome.  How to change?  Thanks

for an arabic person especially for how popular the language is to not have it as display language is a problem and considering the fact we (arabs) pay for a subscription why hasn't it been added yet? 

Hello all!  I've been trying to find the solution to this all day with no luck, so hopefully, an angel in these threads will know how I should assess this situation.  I had a website with a purchased domain name that I was using under an email associated with my university. Adobe Creative Cloud, and subsequently Portfolio, was paid for. I have since graduated and had the misfortune of my website completely vanishing. I'm not sure how, or if, I can recover it. I have a new Adobe Creative Cloud account that I am paying for, and I've just created a new login for Adobe Portfolio. There's nothing I can see on the website anywhere, and I can only find adjacent issues in the forums. Does anyone have any ideas? 

I have Adobe fonts downloaded that should be available for use across all of my Adobe properties, as well as other apps. So any idea why I can't access all of my fonts in Adobe Portfolio? I understand Portfolio is a touchy subject, but I'm just finding that out and have a lot invested in it now 😞Every font I use is licensed for personal as well as professional use, but I am only able to access like, maybe ten?(If I need to provide more details, please let me know. It's only my second go at posting and I failed to include everything required to get an answer the first time.)Thanks for any assistance!

PORTFOLIO - WHERE TO FIND HELPI'm looking for help with the portfolio feature here. I do not see a section for it in the community. Where do I post questions concerning the portfolio feature? None of my uploaded videos are playing. I refresh the page but get the same message.They were just fine before. 

When active, display will not go to standby nor will PC go to sleep.  I can close down Creative Cloud Services and display and sleep work correctly.  Even though timer is set to 5 minutes for display and 20 minutes for sleep, neither will happen as long as creative cloud is active.  This hassle has not always been there, but not sure what has changed. Ideas?

All of my Adobe apps one my iPad are trying to import from a different account than what they sync to and I can't figure out how to make them the same. They are syncing to the right account but when I try to retrieve files from within the apps, it goes to a different account. 

Today I could not access my Behance account because the company moved the data to a new server. My Behance account still exists but I can't access it I need help

I’m posting here as I’m tired of downloading and installing what is basically bloatware. I’m at my wits end with Adobe.  I’ve been using their products for 30+ years, and every year it feels they are getting worse.  I’m what might be called a power user in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. I also use regularly, Premier, After Effects, XD, Lightroom, Dimensions and only when absolutely necessary, Bridge.  So I know my way around.  Firstly, what is with Adobe trying to build its own GUI? Obviously somebody, somewhere has looked at Bridge and thought, “hey! let’s build a user interface for our other products”. And let’s start with one of the most memory hogging programmes, Premier!  Genius. The latest interface, Adobe, is simply awful. It slows my 3 year old iMac down to a crawl. Trying to navigate to find your folder is simply horrendous, and lord forbid it’s more than 5 levels deep, as it comes to a grinding halt.  This

For some time my laptop, Surface Book 2 Win11, has been running hot and the fan going at full throttle.  It seems as though the culprit is the Creative Cloud Desktop app. It's consistenly using ~20-25% of the CPU. When I right-click and choose End Task, the fan slows down to a normal speed and the unit cools to a normal temperature. It prevents the computer from going into Sleep Mode as it continues to run even after the screen is closed. Other than ending it via Task Manager, the only thing that will allow the laptop to sleep is pressing the Power button. Is there anything that can be done about this? Useful thoughts appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,I've almost used up my 1TB storage. I'd like to have more storage but I can't find anywhere if this is possible and how to do it.Does anyone have any ideas for it?I currently have the Lightroom plan with 1TB plan.

I'm really struggling with CC lately, just opening it! It just hangs with the wheel going round and then says its taking longer than normal but nothing happens. I have re-loaded and updated it but still it hangs. I really struggle to login to Adobe by a browser also (tried Safari & Chrome) again, just hangs and wont connectIm running on a Mac Mini M1 Any ideas why this is happening?  

Says it all right there.  I keep getting errors/messages that my cloud storage has been maxed out, but all of the folders are empty.  Is there something I can do to free up space? 

I recently (one week ago) finished and published my online PF portfolio. While rudimentary, it serves my purpose as an entry level solution and I'm basically happy with it. But, during this first week of being live, it is completely a random, hit-or-miss chance of having it open with the URL or get the "can't find server" message. It is being hosted here, by Adobe. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.Thanks! - Dave

I have CC on two computers: a macbook and a desktop pc. My pc has a huge amount of storage, and its where I do most of my work. My laptop is for when I'm in class or in the studio, and it has only a small amount of space which is constantly running out. For this reason, I try to keep all of my large files on my PC. However, whenever I save a file to the creative cloud, it stores the file locally on both my pc and laptop. To be clear, I love having access to my files on my laptop, but I much prefer the way icloud works, where you have access to all of your files but they only download to your computer when you tell them to. Is there any way to set creative cloud to not store files locally on a single computer?

I've had this problem for YEARS! Why the hell do I need to contact Adobe support manually to add more than 1TB of storage to my Adobe Cloud Storage? Why isn't this an option to click on from any of their apps. Seriously, just charge me the extra $10/mo or whatever. I want to pay it because I have a ton of photos and videos to back up. Why do they make it so difficult? It's a holiday weekend and I just hit my max and there's absolutely nothing I can do until Tuesday. Adobe has been in the tech business for decades and they can't figure this out? Insane. Tim

I have an iMac and had a trial version of Creative cloud long ago. I've uninstalled Creative cloud since. But for the last month or so, I keep getting this error message every day, and it's hard to click away - it places itself over the browser as an active window, won't be placed in the background, and it seems hard to choose any of the two alternatives - they don't react when clicked on.Anyone, How do I get rid of this error message without installing Creative cloud again and paying for it? This is almost like some kind of ransomware... I realised now that the error message is in Swedish, in English it means something like: Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to solve this problem, but it's missing or damaged. Download and install a new copy of Creative cloud from (link). Alternative buttons: Dismiss. Repair.  The link (not even clickable) takes me to a loop where I have to sign up and pay for Creative cloud, which I really don't want to do at all.aPlease help.

My license expired recently, and I'd like to know if I'll be able to access my files again after renewing, or if there's a way to access them without renewing.

do i still have to buy a separate subscription alongside another one?i bought cc subscription but it stills requires me to buy the other apps; and if this is the case why buy cc? or am i misssing something here because paying us$50+ just be told that still need to buy the other apps is pointless
