Creative Cloud Services

I know there's a bunch of other posts about this but none of them seem to work for me.We have a firewall with webblockers and proxies. We are not deploying this software via management tools, we are sending users the invite email and installing from the links included.I've whitelisted the minimal allowlist from this page:https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html What is a definitive list of URLs and any constant IPs I need.Thanks for the help!

Regarding the Creative Cloud Libraries:  I can download libraries by exporting to a proprietary ".cclibs" file.  However I would to bulk-export the actual files as their native file format. These would be .PSD and .AI in my case.  If that is not possible, does anyone know where these files are stored locally on MacOS? If I know that location I can likely navigate into that folder and simply copy the files out.  Thanks 

Adobe Portfolio it's not working from yesterday. 

One of my projects on Behance after uploading it a few days it went private by management I guess and it shows me an error message that says : Privacy Violation WarningThis project was removed from our public gallery because it contains images of or personal information about another person without their permission. Please learn more about our Community Guidelines. this is the project link: https://www.behance.net/gallery/151109533/Branding-F-B-V04 The graphic design and brand guidelines have been designed by me and me only and regarding pictures I'm using Shutterstock licensed pictures and I have its license permission. so I see no issues at all that might conflict with Behance rules.please I need urgent feedback asap. thanks and regards

Hi guy's, i'm looking for some advice on what 3d application to use for work.  I need to create monthly promotions for pillows and mattresses, the current assets at work are limited, so I was hoping to create my own assets using 3D and use the fabrics from the actual products.  However, i'm lost as to what abdobe product would be best to use? Any advice how to get started? 

Hello,I have seen this issue in multiple posts, but I have not yet found a working answer so I'm creating a post for my specific issue. I am trying to clean out my Deleted Files folder on CC. When I select all items in the folder, many of them will not be deleted due to a red error message "Cannot delete an asset permanently because someone has restored it." I work with multiple collaborators all using the same Cloud so there are about 5 people deleting files from different computers. I am the admin so I would like to be able to clean out the folder once files have been deleted by everyone which I try to do once a week. So if someone has restored them somehow, why are they still showing in the Deleted Files folder? And it's not just a few. It's hundreds of files. How can I clean them all out? This is a big issue because I have to go in every week and select individual files to see if they can be deleted or will give an error. Has anyone found a solution to this problem or should I

Eu já entrei em contato com vocês, me pediram pra fazer uma análise com um programa da Adobe pra saber qual o problema e ainda sofro com isso. Eu restaurei o meu windows achando que fosse melhorar e ainda nada.O Creative Cloud pela primeira vez comigo está doido. Sincroniza TODOS os documentos TODOS OS DIAS sem necessidade. O pior disso é que ele pesa e explode a CPU deixando ela 100% e com mais de 80° de temperatura. Isso só com essa sincronização! (Na imagem em anexo está ligado o Chrome porque estou com essa janela aberta).Com toda certeza isso é algum problema, mas qual? 

I can manually upload files to the Creative Cloud file storage, but the Windows application will not sync files larger than approximately 3-6 megabytes in size. Larger files dropped in the sync folder just generate the message "Some files failed to sync," regardless as to how long I wait for it to attempt the sync. The audio files we need to sync vary in size from 30-70 MB, and there is plenty of space available for file storage (already resolved the low storage issue due to the bulging deleted items folder). Followed all of the directions on the related help page, all to no avail. I thought one of the Context Menu "View on Website" keyboard shortcuts would be the answer, but this option is greyed out on files or folders showing the sync failure.Following directions in another post, I deleted the .db files in the AppData Core Sync folder. No change. Also tried using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool process prior to reinstalling the Creative Cloud libaries application.Any

I would like to cancel the subscription now and use the software until the end of the 12 months that I bought. When I try to cancel the plan Adobe wants to end it right then and there and charge me 50% of what I still owe. (None of the listed topics match my problem, so I just picked one)

Hi I am not able to use color grading option for video editing in my iOS , whereas my friend has this option in android , I purchased the premium version just so I could get such features but if It is not at all supporting in iOS then I would like my money back

I have had this issue for months. I have tried everything everyone else has suggested. Repairing visual c++,  deleting the OOBE file contents, and even doing a complete reinstall. Nothing has worked.

I've searched through answers and folks have said that pausing the "Cloud Sync" feature (which I don't want anyway) should prevent this...But... Every time I reboot my system... even though it's paused... There it is again. “Creative Cloud Files” folder in my Home directory! How do I disable this? I just want to use Photoshop and occasionally Lightroom, that's it. I don't need this other stuff. 😞

I am using a Apple computer and trying to combine a few pdf pages into one but not sure what app will allow me to do so on the creative cloud ? and the pages are stored in my one drive folder...Please help!! This is ridiculous!!

I am resurrecting this thread. Chromebooks are advertising Lightroom. I am using the same credentials on my Windows 11 PC as I am on the Chromebook (I use a password manager that works on both environments). Windows works. Chromebook fails. I'm just trying to sign onto Creative Cloud - not even entering Lightroom. I sign in with my email address onto my Adobe Creative Cloud,I attempt to verify my identity., *I enter my password.And I get "This site can't be reached." I said I attempt to verify my identity.. "Use Adobe Account Access app to verify identity" makes my mobile phone to say accept or deny. I accept, of course. But the Chromebook never sees the response - so I resend the notification - and I can continue with my infinite loop. Instead, I used "an app to generate codes". I "Enter the authenticator code generated by the Adobe Account Access app.". At that point I am allowed to enter my password. And, then, I get "This site can't be reached" - as before.

I subscribed for a free trial of "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" but forgot to cancel it since year 2021. Adobe has kindly refunded me the charge for year 2022 (really appreciated that!). Can I get the refund for 1st year (2021) as well? The invoice history can be still viewed from my account. 

I have a question about Creative Cloud that I hope you can help me with. I work on Mac. It seems the CC icon in the dock and at the top of the desktop will not open; however, my apps are working - Indesign, Photoshop, Lightroom are all working. I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud so I could have functional icons, but I don’t want to open a can of worms - like, will I lose my organization of files that are in Lightroom. I could just leave it like it is, without the icons working, but that feels a little precarious.  Do you have any ideas or suggestions about this? I’d welcome anything you could offer. I have been working years with CC-> LR & PS and never occured any problems.But since this week suddenly when I wanted to start LR it said I needed to make contact with CC but possible there could be problems with the website/server of Adobe. And on the other hand it could be my firewall and/or mac clock.But my firewall settings or internal clock hasn't changed whatso ever...  When I want to log into CC or even Adobe's website, I fill in my email,... they send me a code to my mobile phone and after that I am respawned at the log-in screen as before.I tried to uinstall the programm but was unsucceful. LR said it could not be uninstalled because of the connection problem? And CC could not because still there were app attached too.Atlast I was able to sign in to the website, but every so many seconds a second window opens sayin: I was able to log in to the website.  I am out of ideas...I tried the autobot chat but... well... auto bot.

Does anyone know of a good tutorial or link that can help me learn the basics of storing and accessing files on the cloud?  My creative cloud package comes with cloud storage but I'm not utilising it properly at the moment and am having problems working out how to do so.  For example, I'm working on a project that has many photoshop images.  I saved them on the cloud as 'synced files' so that I can access them on different devices, but when I go to photoshop and try to open one of these files I can't find the folder that I saved them in.  I'm sure there is a tutorial that can help me with basic things like this??  Very helpful for any advice.

 Hi Everyone, I have a problem with my Behance accounts. All my projects have become private and I can’t change it. If I'm not logged in to my account I can't find my pages by links. It says 'Oops! We can't find that page'.I tried to use Safari and Google Chrome. It looks very strange to me because I didn’t do anything at all. I checked my emails and I didn’t receive any emails from Behance. I also didn’t receive any notifications in my accounts.  I also tried to change the project status from 'Private' to 'Everyone' and it said 'There was an error processing your request'.My accounts:https://www.behance.net/feelthisstudiohttps://www.behance.net/feelthiswithlove Can anybody please help? For whatever reason CC has decided to not recognise my installed apps bar 4.  I've tried removing/renaming the file located here:/~user/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.dbas suggested here:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/apps-panel-reflect-creative-cloud.html Signed out of CC and restarted. No joy. I really hope I dont have to waste a ton of time resintalling everything. This issue pos up quite regulalry too.

Hello, it was recently suggested to me that I move my portfolio to Behance/Adobe as it might be superior to the one I currently have.  I was able to get started, but it seems like I can only upload the display image, and that I am not able to create a full UX/UI case study with all of the sections. Is there any way to do this? I have five projects, all of which have several sections in the case study. UX Folio is not as pleasing from the UI perspective, but it does serve its function so that you can create a portfolio and creat a case study for all of the different projects.  It seems like in Adobe Portfolio that you can only show one or a few highlights/features of a case study or app.  I like the visuals/ graphics better for Behance/Adobe, I'm just not sure it's as functional for a UX/UI Portfolio.  Anyone else ever had a UX/UI portfolio on Behance/Adobe?Thanks
