Creative Cloud Services

Say we have 1 Mac with 1 CC account but 2 local users ... both of which sync the "Creative Cloud Files" folder using the same CC account. So we now have 2 copies of this folder using double the space. (One is at `/Users/account1/Creative Cloud Files` and the other at `/Users/account2/Creative Cloud Files`) Is there any way to point both local users to the same sync folder? I tried "moving" it to `/Users/Shared` from CC app while in account1, but that didn't work – When I tried doing the same in account2, CC app complained and stopped syncing. I Tried changing permissions to read/write for both local users. Didn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

Could you please tell what the allowed maximum path length (Characters) is, for my Adobe Creative Cloud Storage? I've got files or directories that have a file path that are too long for Creative Cloud Services synchronization. Creative Cloud Desktop reports them as unsychronized. At the moment, i cannot change these names. For future prevention, i'd like to know character length restrictions of paths.

My computer died during an edit, and after going to look and see if it may have been Autosaved, I noticed that the Recent Files on my Photoshop home page did not contain the roughly 30 files I have previously saved to the Cloud. I also just noticed that my cloud is full. Where might these files be? If I upgade my storage, can I get them back? These files are very important (as most people's are) so I happy to do whatever it takes to get them back.

I have been using Creative Cloud version 6.5 on my ipad pro. It has worked fine until the last several days. Now it crashes immediately after I open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. I have signed out and back in twice. Neither of those things fixed the crashing. I would appreciate help from somebody so that I can repair this. Thanks much!Dave

On May 17, 2022 the creative cloud app crashes on opening on all my Apple devices. I click to open and the app starts but then crashes to Home Screen. 🤷‍♂ Anyone else have this problem?Will 

Good Morning CC Community!The past few days I have been unable to get my creative cloud app to sync. I tried everything method I could find on this forum and on the internet. I contacted support and shared my computer to only watch them do everything I had done to try to fix this issue. Good news though, if you've tried everything else and still looking for an answer I have one for you. First I uninstalled Creative Cloud.I deleted all the Adobe files in my utilities folder: Adobe: Application Manager, Creative Cloud, Creative Cloud Experience, Installers, Sync Then I deleted this whole folder:/Library/Application Support/AdobeIf you have extenstions installed within certain apps besure to back those up:/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEPI think those live primarly there and when I dropped them back in and launced the app they still worked.I did not remove the applications themselves just the support files. You will have to reinstall all the applications when you

I have a new Lenovo Legion PC laptop after many years with an old Asus.. On my previous laptop computer I had a Creative Cloud Files Folder. I worked with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, and more.On my new Laptop with the Creative Cloud app installed, there is a Creative Cloud Files folder but nothing in it. When I try to read about this, it's confusing. Are all files going to be only in the cloud web now? Even InDesign? Will there be nothing in the local folder? Thanks for any advice.

Hello, We are looking to find a cloud storage solution for our marketing business. A majority of our files are creative files, but we do have some standard business file types like word documents, excel documents, etc. With adobe providing so much storage per user, this seems like the best fit since creative files are so big and all other cloud providers charge so much for storage.Currently, we have 4TB of data and seems we are adding about 1TB a year.My questions are:Is anyone else using Adobe as an organization-wide business storage solution?How do you create an organization-wide shared folder that automatically gives users access if they are apart of the organization?

Hi, I am getting Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app file syncing error or its continually showing syncing, because of that I cannot access Adobe XD files saved or shared on Creative Cloud.Screen Shots shared. Kindly support or help it’s urgent and important.

At the moment the only Adobe product I'm using is Photoshop. I use another program for vector work.If I have certain elements inside my libraries in Photoshop, but Creative Cloud is offline, because I have no internet connection, how can I export those elements directly from Photoshop or from Finder so I can use inside the vector program, for example, an svg icon? I'm having troubles with Creative Cloud not showing my Libraries, sometimes, so I would like to know rely on it 100%. Any tips?

Und wenn ich auf "Abo Kündigen" gehe muss ich einen hohen betrag zahlen und breche dann den vorgang ab dabei möchte ich mein Abo zum Januar kündigen in dem 1 Jahr vorüber sind.Muss ich mich dazu an den Support wenden oder wann kann ich zum nächst möglichen zeitpunkt kündigen?
