Creative Cloud Services

We are having an issue, its not major but its annoying. Within our group we have a shared folder of this years marketing. its locked so we cannot adjust the files. All we do is place these files into documents, no other edits are made, and infact cannot be made. Over time various folders within the marketing have a red alert saying they cannot sync. We dont know why this is because they have not been changed, but obviouisly we cannot do anything because they are locked for editing.  It does not effect anything other than my CC icon has a permanent red alert on it, which is annoying. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Hi, I've been Unable to sync some files to Creative Cloud. I'm getting the error message "due to Server Error" I've tried the usual restarting and reinstally the desk top app but no luck.

I and colleagues have been having syncing issues since March 3. Whenever we alter a file in our local CC libraries we are getting error messages that the files are "unable to sync due to server error". We have tried all the troubleshooting techniques listed on the adobe site and forums that we can find and nothing seems to fix this issue. Folling the instructions listed at https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/silly-creative-cloud-trying-to-sync-files-that-no-longer-exist/m-p/7278536#M2642 I am to clear the errors and syncing completes but then as soon as I make a change to any file and it attempts to sync again the same "syncing error" occurs with that file.

Hello,One of my folders on CC will not sync following yesterday's update. I have tried:Logging out of CC, restarting CC, restarting my PC (Windows 10),Removing the folder that will not sync (when I do this the parent folder fails to sync even though the problem folder is missing. All other files inside the parent folder have green arrows, but the parent folder is still red. (The parent folder contains 70 GB of files so I do not want to have to copy this folder out of CC unless absolutely necessary). Any other suggestions??

Something is wrong with Creative Cloud file syncing. The last three days, anytime I re-name, move or delete a cloud file in Windows Explorer, the files will not sync. The Creative Cloud app tells me this is "due to server error."  Files remain unsynced unless I go to Creative Cloud web and make all the same changes and deletions. I tried relaunching the Creative Cloud app. That does not solve issue.

So not only is this forum full of people complaining about the sync not working, but adobe is not even acknowleding that there is an issue.Do your engineers really think this is a client side issue with this many reports? We have over 100 users, all with the same problem. We pay over 100.000$ a year to adobe for this service and right now I'm losing my patients.  Fix your issues! 

Hi, I have changed my mac, i recovered everything with time machine but i had to change the user and base folder name from 'mac' to 'paolo'. The sync service doesn't find the original folder as expected but, in Synchronization preferences, if i  try to change the sync folder i have an error message like "impossible to create folder in 'Users/paolo".Can you help me in thi issue? THANKS

Bonjour,CC ne parvient pas à synchroniser les dossiers renommés, aujourd'hui, depuis le finder (Mac). Nous pouvons le faire depuis Creative Cloud Web mais la synchronisation échoue sur le finder malgré les manipulations habituelles (relance de l'application, arrêt et reprise de la synchro,...).Y a t il une MàJ ou incident serveur en cours ?!

I have an older Toshiba Satallite laptop. It used to show all of my available CC apps. I tried to install and run Googles Chrome OS Flex. It ran OK from the thumb drive. But when I tried to install it, it did not want to boot, so I reinstalled Windows 10. Now, I can not get CC to load Photoshop and Lightroom. When I open CC, it shows several apps, but not the ones I need. Namely Photoshop and Lightroom. I've tried different versions of Windows 10 (as LR & PS would not run on the newest version), completely deleted all partitions on the hard drive, formatted the drive, and ran Adobe's removel tool. And made sure I was not logged into CC on more than one other computer. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I will receive a file share via email link.  If it is larger file, it will break the link and say...Sorry, you don't have permission to access that. Below it will say to switch accounts.  However, I have only one account linked to adobe.  

I keep having the same issue after uploading a file to the Creative Cloud. I click on 'Get Link' so that I can send the link out for download. However, when clicking on the link the end users get the error "Something went wrong" Screen shot below of what is happening. I can't find any solutions and am hoping someone can help. Thanks! 

I purchased my students plan and has been charged to my credit card but cant download the programs and the information wont appear on plans or billing. Its as if i havent purchased anything but the payment has already been charged. Please help

I have been having issues with Adobe Portfolio all last week and tried again today, and the issue is not fixed.This problem is when trying to add text to the portfolio. I have been adding a project there for a while and everything was going smoothly at first, then the text started glitching and getting stuck.At first what would happen is, I would type or paste a text, then the text box would freeze, then delete my text. Then I would type the text again and it would work fine. Then litttle by little, the time the text box would freeze before deleting my text start to get longer. It was first a couple seconds, then it became 20 seconds, and then it stopped letting me type. Now when I try to type, the page gets stuck, I would get a notification at the top of the screen that says "page unresponsive", then the text would get deleted. Then I'm either able to type again, and it gets stuck again, and the whole text box would get deleted, or it would just delete the text box all together withou

I can't sync anymore to the server. Reinstalled allready my complete creative cloud twice, but its still not working. When I go to the browser version, I can add directories and than it will sync but when I do this from my desktop, it gives an error. When I go to my creative cloud online account it says I have more than 300gb of data. Thats not true because otherwise my macbook would explode. I started empty the trashed files which went back to 6 years ago. After some errors there, my account says this directory is empty. Which is not true. I think my account is corrupted. 

Hi,I get a 502 error when I open Creative Cloud and go to the "Apps" tab. "Download error. Unable to reach Adobe servers. Check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, and then try again. (502)". I'm trying to uninstall my Adobe apps for various reasons. When I try Settings > Apps & Features > (Illustrator/Photoshop) > Uninstall it opens up Creative Cloud but I cannot see the apps. Interestingly, the in-app updates for Acrobat DC were stuck at 9% as well, which could be a related issue?I've tried disconnecting from my VPN and turned off all Firewall protection then run Creative Cloud as admin but it still won't list the apps. Hello, I have a Mac and I and uninstalled all the Adobe services draging from the app folder to the trash, but when I dive into the Mac I keep having A LOT of files; even I always have the creative cloud logo in my toolbar. I tried to uninstall it also from the folder where the executable from Adobe is, but I cannot do that. I leave the image below. I want to get rid of everything that it is on my Mac from Adobe. How can I do that and why in god's name is so difficult?

Sauf qu'on est samedi et tous le service adobe sont fermé, j'ai résilié mes abonnement aujourd'hui et maintenant je ne peu plus me réinscrire car les abonnement finisse à la fin du moi. Moi je voulais le 5 pour avoir les prélèvements sur mon compte bancaire le 5, cet agent m'a menti et je suis dans de beau draps maintenant !! que puis-je faire ?
