Creative Cloud Services

Creative Cloud libraries will not load. I tried shutting down, restarting CC, threw the Cache away, and they libraries will not load. Could it be a local server issue?

When I come to the Adobe website, I can't seem to use the Adobe Account Access app to move on. I get the attached screen, and that's pretty much where it stops. The hamburger in the upper left brings up a list of options that work. Tapping anywhere else does nothing, not even that little dot at the bottom. (I have no idea what that is for.) But no code shows up, so I use the texting option to get in.Google and Microsoft access apps work fine. Any ideas? 

Hi everyone yesterday I was upset and I deleted some pictures created on creative cloud app. Today I would love to find a solution to get back my work because it was a big mistake. Is there any possibilities to find back my work? Back up or recovery? Thank you

I use CC between my macs all the time, but create content I need to move to my PC for 3D work. However, we only get 2 installations, so I've been dealing with the headache of downloading that Google Drive presents.Can anyone recommend an actual drag/drop alternative that's as easy to use as the CC folders? thanks!

Hello guys, my Creative Cloud isn't opening in Windows 10. I tried fixing it by reinstalling the program, executing it as administrator and running the creative cloud repair tool, but none of these are working.

But it turns out error.For example: The errorIt appeared to include the original website address in the external link. Buenas tardes. Resulta que tengo un problema. Descargue creative cloud en mi macbook, y resulta que cuando voy al apartado de aplicaciones, me dice que necesito el permiso del administrador de TI para activar la gestión de aplicaciones. AYUDAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to change my billing details but cant find a way to do so, the method described in the help-section doesnt work because the UI is different and there is no ongoing subscription....

Hi there, I am new to the adobe community, I just created my account yesterday and trying to create events for transactional emails and standard campaigns. I am following the link to configure the event (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/communication-channels/transactional-messaging/event-configuration/configuring-transactional-event.html?lang=en). But I am unable to see the section 'Marketing plans'.Is that something limited to a free subscription? or I am doing something wrong? I am confused if I am following the right path or not.

i get this message "This domain is already connected to an Adobe Portfolio site"That could be true because i had a Adobe portfolio site for two yearsbut i did not manage to correctly upgrade my adobe CC plan and the original portfolio site was gone.I now rebuilt the site but under a different email adressi try to reinstate the site at my domain but it won't work because of that message.How can i overrule this... or make Portfolio realise there is no longer a domain connected to this site???

I havent been able to save any files from my photoshop to creative cloud for about 4 days.  It doesnt matter if I chose save a copy, save as or save, When it opens the window to my computer files, I choose save to creative cloud in the lower right.  The window closes, then moments later reopens rather than going to by creative cloud files and letting me save there

When I save a file the image flattens and my layers are gone. It becomes a flat image, how can I save the file and still keep my layers interactive?

I have my Creative Cloud Files located in a second internal drive of 4 TB. But one day, I want to delete many of them BUT KEEP THEM on the CLOUD of Creative Cloud (sorry for the redundancy). Is there a corect way to do it? If I delete something locally, automatically will be deleted from the Cloud too? I want to keep them on the Cloud as a kind of “backup” or “saved for later”, or maybe... the Creative Cloud was no thought for that purpose, and should I use another cloud storage service? I know that I can expand the storage capacity on Adobe CC through extra payment, but my concern regards more to the functionality of the CC. Thanks a lot. 

Since the last update to Photoshop 23.3.1  I have noticed that my total of used GBs in my 20GB storage has jumped up by 3GBs even though I went through and permantently deleted items from my Cloud Storage and haven't used photoshop since the 11th of April when it updated to 23.3.0    Something isn't right. When I try to contact an agent, they basically hang up on me. 

Simples question, why i cant see any file I have saved on cloud? I can only see this "_cloud Documents". In my opinions there is no sense having this folder if I cant see anything.  How can i see all of my files normally WITHOUT opening everytime Adobe app?

When adding files from my device to Creative Cloud on the Android app (I haven't tried others) it only lets me select one file at a time. Is there a workaround for this? 

I'm using the theme matthias and I wanted to know if it's possible to make static page titles. I would like people to be able to see the title of the page without having to scroll over it. Thanks in advance.
