Mac Monterey 12.2Our team use a shared "Studio" folder on CC to work. This Monday, I came to work to find the "Studio" folder gone from CC and in my Bin. I restored it and let it resync into the system. Then I found out that whilst the rest of the files are "synced", any files that other team members uploaded yesterday and today are not appearing in my finder folder. When I checked the CC web "Shared with you" folder, the shared folder "Studio" folder was in there but under Your Files > "Synced files" there is another "Studio" folder that is not shared and only I can access. I presume this non shared "Studio" folder is the one that I can view on finder. How can I access the "Shared with you" folder from finder? Before this weekend, I could always access the shared folder normally but all of the sudden this changes and now the new files are not accessible from finder? I tried talking to support, they did what I had done i.e. restarting Adobe, reinstalling Adobe & I even

I just got done signing some papers in Docusign and it ask me if I wanted to be able to read pdf files in gmail I said yes it did some in Adobe and all my file and everything in my document turned to PDF files.  I dont want this how do I go back to how I had it.

Laut meiner Cloud sind von 20GB, knapp 18GB belegt. Exportiere ich meine kompletten Cloud-Daten (Bibliothek), komme ich nur auf 800MB. Ich habe bereits alle Punkte wie, gelöschte Daten, für sie freigegeben, ihre Daten durchgesucht, es ist aber alles leer. Selbst bei Lightroom CC sind 0 Fotos und bei Photoshop 0 Dokumente abgespeichert. Andere Programme habe ich nicht gekauft. Schade das die Cloud keine großen Daten anzeigt oder alles auflistet, um das Problem besser zu verstehen.  Kann mir jemand helfen?Vielen Dank

Right before Adobe Creative Cloud decides there's an update, my computer pretty much freezes, on ANY computer, including very powerful ones.   It's super annoying. I kind of regret paying for this software,[edited by moderator] I'm just trying to run Photoshop, I don't care about updates and I don't want Creative Cloud but it's forced on me. The auto update isn't even on... it's clearly doing some kind of forced check that causes that right before it says there's an update available (or whatever else.)   Once again, this is pretty much confirmed on all my computers ever, and my friend who does pay for Photoshop/CC as well reports the same annoying issue.   I've deleted it and cancelled my subscription several times as a result but that's not a permanent solution.

Is there a reason why Adobe doesn't support basic URL and HTML embed codes? I recently switched from Wix to Adobe Portfolio because i already pay for the CC and i like the way Portfolio functions. I'm in the process of transferring my domain over and would really rather not have to do it again because there's things i would really like to embed on my website and simply can't because of how limited the embed function is.Adobe Portfolio i think is the only website creator that i've come across that doesn't let you use very basic codes and i'm honestly pretty disappointed. I wanted to embed my social media timeline feeds (not a single post, but a live feed) and to find out that i'm limited to iframe codes is a turn off.Is it possible that this is something in the works for a future update? I would love a little insight before i take my business elsewhere.

someone shared me a adobe folder to upload images, but the images are within several folders, Can i upload the whole folder? or i need to create each folder online and upload images to relevant folders?

Hi there my Adobe friends,Just wondering: when sharing folders and files on CC for other co-workers to use and adjust, where can we find what others have been working on? We share folders with 17 other professionals, all acros the country. Hhow do we keep track on who changes what file. Is there a logfile with files/time stap we can consult? Regards,Jeroen

For about a year now I've been using Creative Cloud. I have the android app to help with my workflow. I used to be able to view .NEF files in it, but recently it'll tell me "Preview for .NEF files are not supported in Creative Cloud Mobile." Which confuses me, because it's only doing this with recent raws, my past ones are STILL viewable, despite also being .NEF files. This is really putting a crunch in my workflow, and I haven't been able to find anyone else having this issue, nor could I find a changelog to see if this is recently intentional. 

For some reason I had to delete ALL of the files on my cloud account to make the sync error stop. I only had a few megabytes in my cloud but it kept giving me an error about exceeding my quota even though there was nearly 98mb available. I was only using a few MB out of the entire 100 I have available. Even so I backed up removed, deleted everything in my sync folders just to make the errors stop. I am now only storing and saving locally on hard drive. I've only been able to find one or two posts here with the same issue but there is never a solution posted. How do I fix this?

Hey all. I have recently bought a new macbook pro and so I've started downloading and using my creative cloud apps etc there. I'm finding yet again as I alwasy have with cloud storage an incredibly slow frustrating sync rate. I've had this same performance with the cloud for the past 4 years of using it accros my other computers. I basically avoid storing anything on it as it's just impractical. Surely I am not the only on wirth this problem?Cheers

on iPad Pro 2020 I have just created a slew of related files -viewable on Creative Cloud app - my workWant to put them in a folder I just created on CCIssue : - there does not seem to be any way for me to select from all my files and them move /slide them as a group into the new folder I created - at least on the ipad (and I want to be able to do this on the ipad) If Adobe could add a select button and a move into folder feature - that would be great -  Bonus - for laterAlso want to be able to move folders (and or files around in a custom order - like moveable images in a gallerythanks if I am missing something obvious re selecting files - a link to a video would be great thank you

I mainly work from Adobe Illustrator and after downloading the update Wednesday night, when I woke up Thursday morning all of the files I've been working on in AI from the Creative Cloud were gone. Folders are sending me back to libraries from months ago as if no work has been done in weeks. Some libraries were completely missing. I had many important files saved in these libraries for work that I really hope are not gone. 

Will anything happen to the work in my Portfolio if I switch to a different plan (using the same Adobe ID)?I'm thinking of switching from All apps to just AfterEffects and Portfolio for now. Thanks!

I've tried to unsubsuscribe from Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Newsletters many times by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email but I keep on receiving them. After unsubsribing it goes to a page with the following information: You are now unsubscribedThank You. Your request is being processed. However, as mentioned I still receive the emails. I've tried contacting Adobe Support but they just tell me to try again. I've tried doing this for the past year and still keep receiving them. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Appreciate any advice.

Why does Adobe CEF helper run constantly at 3% CPU when there are no adobe applications open? I do not have lightroom or photoshop open.

Ever since this new update to CC, everything has become much more difficult to maneuver and find and the sync issues and library management between company / personal profiles has driven me nuts. I'm supposed to be the admin, yet I don't have certain control. Now also with the Apple's M1 chip and the Adobe ecosystem of apps there are lots of bugs that hinder workflow. Very very frustrating! 

Hi everyone, I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud a year ago and since then I am literally harrased with hundred of advertisement when I watch anything on Youtube EVEN with my add blocker. This is driving me crazy and i don't know how to make it dissapear. Any help? 

As a team we want to share folders that include bulk files in "Cloud Docs" but we only see the folder sharing option for "Synced Files". Is this a bug, intentional or something that I as a user am missing? Why is this not an option? Why can we only share synced folders?

I noticed a change since many months in CC Library integration for Word & PowerPoint. For vector elements, I used to be able to choose between place as graphic or place as vector from within these applications by right-clicking. The option is still there but place as vector is not placing the assets at all. Is this a feature that has been removed? Or a bug in any new update or in Office apps?As it is today, the CC Library allow this only when the sources files is a SVG.  I’ve been trying to get an answer for months in various channel about what is going on with this. No luck so far... 

Hello all, I have adobe CC install on my work mac and I use it to share file.  Problem is, it's very slow to upload anything so not ideal when a client or collaborator is waiting for something.  Yes I have very fast upload and downloads and it doesn't take nearly as long on Vimeo.  What's the problem? Is CC just S**t? It seem it has been an isssue for a few years already. Also, why is there no upload status with a progress bar? The little CC icon in the top right corner doesn't tell me if I'm 5% or 90% which is very frustrating.   

Is there a way to change where files downloaded to from Stock & Marketplace through the Creative Cloud Desktop app instead of the default C:\Users\_\Downloads location?
