Hey everyone, I'm completely stuck and hoping someone can shed some light on this. I'm invested in the Adobe ecosystem and trying to create a seamless workflow between different applications. I've been using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Capture on my Samsung phone, Photoshop, Adobe Rush on my phone etc, expecting the Creative Cloud to act as a central hub for my projects. However, I'm consistently unable to access my files across devices and applications. Some applications are better than others, like I have limited access with some apps, but then other apps like Adobe Rush, I just can't even access one of the files. It seems to be a syncing issue. It's potentially the worst experience I've ever had with software, to be honest. So I don't see that this could be an issue on my end because I've looked at different options to try to get it to sync properly and everything is just very difficult. Every time I try to access a certain feature, I’m hit with the message: "Your account is not eligible for this feature."I've done my best to follow all the guidelines and ensure that my account is in good standing, but it feels like I'm being locked out of something essential without any clear explanation. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it's incredibly disheartening when you’re trying to share your work and engage with the community.I’ve searched through help articles and forums, but nothing seems to provide clarity on what might be going wrong. It’s maddening! I just want to make use of all the tools available and contribute fully, yet this barrier continues to stand in my way.If anyone has experienced this or knows how I can resolve it, please help! Hello everybody,I don't know if you all face this issue or not, but when I add a text in my behance project and choose a small size like 9pt - 10pt, the vertical line spacing becomes non proportional to the text size. Adding a whole paragraph using this text size would look so disturbing to the eyes.   Sometimes it glitches and goes back to the normal spacing, but once it is published it resets to the weird line spacing.↑ This is a normal line spacing for this text size.

I create a page to make it my portfolio home page. It is just an empty non scrollable page with a picture as background.Given that the page is empty, the footer gets displayed on top of it. Is there a way to hide the footer for this simgle page only?you can check it here: www.manuelsechi.com  

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with my Behance account. My original personal account, which contains all my work, projects, and appreciations, was unintentionally linked to an Adobe business account when I signed in using credentials associated with a subscription.After signing in, all of my Behance data appears to have been transferred to the business profile. Now, Behance shows two profiles under my login:A business profile (which now holds all my original work)A personal profile (which is completely empty)What I want is to have my original Behance account — with all my content and activity — restored as a personal account. I don’t want my Behance profile to be linked to the business account, and I would prefer to have only one Behance profile, not two.Could you please help me unlink my Behance account from the business profile and return it to a personal profile

Hello!I'm trying to make a website but everytime I try to publish it I get the message "it seems that something went wrong, its probably our fault, please try again later". But when I publish other websites, I don't get that message so there's something about this particular site. I even tried to start from scratch on a new portfolio but the same issue comes up. 

The logo (my name) goes way left on mobile and tablet versions - surppassing the margins of the image, whereas the desktop version is fine. I'd like to keep it on the same line with the image - any idea how to fix that?

I just opened lightroom on ipad and found my cloud storage has been reduced from 120gb to 100gb.  I would like to have it back to how it at 120gb as generally have between 100 and 120gb used at all times for presentations of work... any fixes please.  Was given no notice and was working just fine a few hours ago..  v10.2.3. 

Although Photoshop is installed on my Mac and has been for years, it is not showing in my list of installed apps ("All apps"). It is listed under "Available in your plan", as if Creative Cloud is unaware that I have the latest verision of Photoshop currently installed.I am reluctant to install Photoshop since it is already installed. I am afraid to lose my settings and TK Panel, etc. Can I just point CC to Photoshop in some way?

Hello,  i was building my website and changed the logo link to a new page; from then on, the logo link does not work. it used to automatically direct to the main page, but now, it just refreshes the page it was on and does not direct. I have made the link correctly but cannot figure out what's wrong with it. 

Hey there, Creative Cloud has been almost unusable over the past month. Incredibly slow to load Illustrator assets into the library and not updating assets that have been edited through the links panel from illustrator. Changes are seen in the Illustrator file when double clicked from InDesign, but saved updates do not carry through to the InDesign document, even when the InDesign asset is deleted and reloaded. The only way to update is to drag and drop another copy into the library from the double clicked asset.  I do use Dropbox which has never been a problem before, but I am now pausing sync while using Creative Cloud. It helps a bit but CC is certainly not performing like it used to. All apps are up to date, I'm running macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 and using 13.1gb of 100gb CC storage. I've also started splitting libraries but it's not helping. Please help! This one is killing my workflow. Thank you! All apps are up to date

For the past several weeks, I've been experiencing constant Blue Screens of Death whenever I try to work on something in any of the Adobe Creative Suite softwares (Photoshop, Animate, Illustrator, etc). I've tried to update all my apps to most recent versions as well as download the latest nVidia driver that's most compatible with my computer (HP Zbook x2 vG4 running on Windows 11 Pro), but the problem persists. The crashes tend to happen mere minutes into a single session. Does anybody have an idea as to why this keeps occurring? If so, I would greatly appreciate it.

why is it that Adobe have completely isolated themselfs from their customers, there is no email support only a ussles chat bot. i just want help from a real person, who knew how hard that would be in this modern day and age.

Dear creatives from a personal experience and perspective i think that supoprt by adobe stuff has been a little messy lately. Their response to any question seems like a century, they dont pay attention to information that i provided and at the end they bring an other employee to solve the issue.In conclusion i strongly believe that ADOBE has reduced the number of its employees or they hire less experienced people. I had an issue with a message "Your Adobe account appears to be in use by more than one person" during the work in one and only computer, that happened a few times lately and not even one gave me a solution. They have changed 3 persons in 1 conversation and at the end i was forced to end the discussion because the amount of time that i wasted on that was huge. Let me know if any of you experienced a slow as turtle support help from their employees.Thank you all.

Cloud storage (in Photoshop and Creative Cloud Desktop, Windows 10) shows 8.73Gb of 20Gb used, yet I have zero files in cloud storage. Also, as others have asked, how do I turn off/disable cloud storage? None of the previous answers were actual solutions and I read through a few hundred posts. Been using Photoshop for 25 years, never had this kind of frustration before the SAAS model.

Hi, I am trying to transfer my files from my school student account to a personal account using the Student File Transfer. However, I keep encountering an error message when transferring my files. I delete history caches and restart my computer, but the same message occurs.  May I ask how to solve this issue? Thanks.

Hello, I had a question about whether or not it ever causes an account problem if you are switching out your active devices too many times? I have 2 computers and 1 laptop that I frequently use, however my Creative Cloud license only allows for 2 devices to be connected at a time. Naturally whenever I need to use a 3rd device, I receive the popup that tells me I need to de-activate one of the 2 connected devices, and then add the new device. If this happens frequently like multiple times per week/month does that ever cause an account issue? is there any kind of limit to that?

I am trying to delete my Behance profile from years ago, but every time I try to log in I get the message of "Your Company or School Account has been deactivated." And I cannot sign in. I tried to remake my Adobe profile as a personal account as well hoping it would somehow give me access to this profile, but it didn't.I do not want the Behance profile up anymore. How do I get into my school account if it keeps locking me out on the basis of the school subscription being up?

Hi there, I recently bought a mac mini and it has the latest macOS 15 sequoia but none of the creative cloud apps are getting downloaded and the app for creative cloud though it downloaded, isn't opening at all. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!
