Creative Cloud Services

Hello 🙂 We use creative cloud to store pictures. We have recently taken a lot of pictures, and we want to preview them, but its not working because its a .ARW file. What can we do? 🙂

good afternoon. myself and my business partner would like all creative apps for £49.94 or £59 per month. we wondered if either of these plans are available on multiple laptops. in other words, can we use the software on both our laptops or will it only be available on the laptop we purchased it on?

I have tried everything from repairing VS C++ to reinstalling it completely, but to no avail. Need help!

Delighted to get my new MacPro 16" - It's what Macs should have been 4 years ago, Still better late than never.HOWEVER - I cant syn files and fonts with any of my Adobe Applications. On close examination I was able to establish that the Core Sync.app 4.21.1.1 does not work on the new Mac thus disabling the ability to sync fonts and files. Anyone else with this issue?    

I have a macbook with 2 different users. We both use the same creative cloud account, but we have 2 different sync folders in the same computer! For example: mac/users/user1 and mac/users/user2.I tried to move the sync folder to "mac/users/shared" in order to get the same folder for both users, but sometimes work and sometimes fails.Please solve it! I don't want to have 2 different folders with 80gb each, if i can have only 1 folder for both users!

Hello,I am using a Logitech Craft keyboard and have just installed the Logi Options program, but it does not seem to be recognizing any Adobe programms besides Lightroom CC. Anyone else experiecning this issue, what could be the solution to this problem? Kind regards, Jason

Hello!, I Have a 240g Solid State Drive for the C drive where I have the windows OS and some programs, and 2 more hard drives for files and back up.While syncing the creative cloud libraries I realized I started to have less and less space in the C drive until I had almost nothing. It  took me a while figure it out but the issue was that the syncing was storing the cc library in this folder:C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud LibrariesI tried a lot to change this with out success, I  changed the folder path in the preference of the app to other hard drive where I have space (picture). When this didn't worked I unistalled everything from adobe, erased the cc library folders and re install all again with the new path but nothing happend, Adobe keeps storaging the cc libraries in my C drive when I make the sync.Please let me know if there is a solution for this problem. 

By default, the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application will automatically open as part of the computer's startup process. However, by completing the following steps, you can prevent the Creative Cloud desktop app from loading into the Menu Bar (macOS) or System Tray (Windows).   Navigate to the top right corner of the Creative Cloud desktop app and click on the Profile Picture. Click on Preferences The toggle to control the Creative Cloud desktop app opening during Login is under the General Preferences.   Please be aware that preventing the Creative Cloud desktop app from opening at login will not prevent the background processes used for Adobe applications and services from starting. Hello guys!Creative Cloud Syncing is great but it lacks a lot of features compared to other cloud softwares.Like the fact that it can't store only in the cloud, you have to always have a local copy. And I turned off the folder sync, and after that deleted all files locally. Must've accidentaly turned on syncing because all of my files are missing and can't be restored. It was like 20-40gb and it's sad. 😞 Not trying to bash Creative Cloud I could've been more careful it's just sad that it doesn't have any safety features 😞 Always have multiple backup.

Hello!I use Premiere Pro and After Effects pretty frequently, so I'm often dealing with large videos. I had reached my 100 GB placing files into a folder I created there and I started deleting videos I didn't use in the current projects by highlighting and hitting delete. I then noticed I was still getting constantly notified (after each frame render) that I was full on storage still despite only having 60-ish GB when I preview my Creative Cloud Folder. When I check the Creative Cloud app, however, it still displays me as using 100 GB. Some support articles said it could have to do with my cache, but I deleted it on both apps fully and still can't use the programs. Thanks in advance.Ian

Mas eu não consigo desinstalar ou atualizar o creative cloud com minha conta pessoal, pois só dá erro. Alguém sabe resolver?

As the title says, I've changed my permission in the App support folder, uninstalled and changed permissions,  -- all the steps I've found in this forum about Coresync failing to start. I'm running macos Monterey latest stable release on an M1 Mac mini 2020 model. Does anyone have a solution biseds the above?

Hey there!I recently bought and installed creative cloud desktop + photoshop, and it worked perfectly the first day. However, when i tried to open it the 2nd day, it wouldn't load and I got a message that "it was taking longer than usual to load" or something like that. I followed all of the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.htmlNone of these steps helped, even though i tried it multiple times. I even tried switching computers, and it wont load on my laptop either. Any suggestions? 

Hey! On my phone I realised mid project that I am logged onto the wrong email. Is there any way I could transfer my project to the correct email (also the one with the paid subscription) and continue where I left off. 

Hi, I'm using CC on my relatively new Mac. Trying to clean up, I noticed "residual" Creative Cloud sync folders & files consuming a lot of disk space. Not only for my Adobe ID but for other synched IDs, too (see screenshot). Is it possible to delete these CC Synch Folders and the files within, without deleting the corresponding ones in the cloud? Alternatively, can I do a clean slate "reboot" to reinstall a fresh version of CC? Thanks in advance

Hi.A couple of months ago i downloaded Adobe CC for school. I used ''Academic Software'' (a Belgian site that my school uses.) All i needed to do was requesting a account. So i waited and got a mail from Adobe that i can download every app. I downloaded it immediately and i ran to a problem. Adobe CC said that i needed to log in again because i was logged out. So i pressed the button and then it came to the same screen that says that i am logged out. I tried downloading it again but it doesn't change anything. I also tried multiple things i found on the Adobe faq page but it's still the same screen. It can't be something with my account because on the Adobe site i see every app in my license. The problem can be the previous account I had, but that is from a diffrent email but on the same laptop. Does anybody know what to do? Because i really need the help 😞

I am starting to create digital menu boards for restraunts & convenient stores. These will include videos and some basic animation and movies.  Here is an example of the kind of animation I am talking about:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXg6eiIx4x0 I also will want it to include video clips (pouring drinks for example) I am thinking that Animate is the way to go??.... but wondering if anyone has recommendations of what Adobe products might work better?  Thanks!

Hi, I have several adobe apps installed on my notebook with my partner's account. Now I have purchased a complete adobe package for myself. I want to access these apps with my account without having to uninstall everything and install again. How do I do that?My thanks in advance.

So i recently bought a new Mac and logged in to my adobe apps but my creative cloud is not syncing at all even after trying to troubleshoot, reinstalling, log out/in and forcing quit in activity monitor...someone please help 😞

Hi! I am using iphone IOS 15.2 and suddenly my creative cloud folder disappeared from the files folder on iphone. I downloaded latest creative cloud , logged in but i still can't see them inside files, mayb that's why when i try to add audio inside aero,i navigate to the file but it looks grayed out. I would really appreciate your help as i spent kast 3hours trying endlessly .thanks!

Hello, I am a visual artist and am going crazy trying to figure out digital sizing, pixels etc for exhibit requirements. The requirements are supposed to be under 4 MB, 72 ppi, and suggest at least 1920 pixels on longest side. When I upload it it keeps saying it is too big? The image size box tells me it is 400.8k 300 pixels by 456 pixels, 4.167 inches x 6.333inches high, and 72 ppi. How do I get this correct. Thanks,Moira

Hi, I've been working on photoshop on my iPad for a couple of days. Today it has kicked me out...I have tried to sign back in but it keeps telling me to restore my purchase...the issue is that the button on the app does not seem to work. I have restarted my iPad, uninstalled and reinstalled the app signed in and out....I still seem to be having the same issue. urgently need help as I am working towards a deadline.thanks 

I discovered AE render files where being saved to a cloud folder.  When I deleted them, they just ended up in Deleted Files in the cloud.  We are talking about 10,000+ 100kb files that add up to 95GB of my 100GB limit.  The only solution support is giving me is to manual select and delete each file.  That would take YEARS, not to mention the website is slow and hangs when selecting multiple files to delete. There has to be a better way.  I just need an empty trash option. I am paying for a service I can't even use... Please help!!
