Hello, my Creative Cloud Desktop App is not loading. I've tried everything* that is said to help, but nothing works. I also checked out other forum posts and tried everything that was offered as help there, but none of that works either. I just don't know what to do anymore. I can't even download Photoshop and Lightroom without the Creative Cloud app. I really am not happy. *I closed the app and restarted it, I restarted my laptop, I uninstalled and deleted every single adobe particle that was on my laptop and then reinstalled the Creative Cloud app again, I deleted the OOBE data, I deleted preferences, I cleaned everything, I checked my laptop for updates, I checked the app for updates.What more do you want me to do?

iPhone 13  flashes PDFs on and off when I open them on them. 

My account is up to date but I can't edit files. I can upload files to Bridge etc but cannot access a file for editing. Any suggestions?

I exceeded my cloud space so I deleted all old files that I don't need anymore.  When I was trying to delete them under the "Deleted" tab on browser or Creative Cloud app on my iMac, I keep getting error "Could not delete asset permanently" or " File was restored and cannot be deleted".    However, I have not restored any files as I only just deleted them for the sole purpose of freeing up space.I tried reading other similar posts to this, but nothing suggested helped me with this error. Please help me.

I have been having problems bring my C4d file over to Adobe aero. my textures have a gradient so that might be the issue but...1. the only way to get the textures over is to bake the object. but then this gets rid of the baked in animation so now, i have the texture but the animation wont run. 2. when i bake the material only the textures dont transfer over. so it animates but with the washed out colors. i have been saving textures to same file and zipping them. I am not sure what is happening it's been two days and that is all i got. it aero just a weak product or am i missing soemthing. 

Is there a way I can move my portfolio that has been accidentally made in a free trial to my full paid student account. So that I can post my portfolio and get a link for it to share.  I spent lots of time making it thinking it was in my student account and now i am unable to use it.

I have watched several videos and read the "how to" in Adobe website. I believe I am following the simple instruction step for step, but after I make all my Export Frame selections and click "OK"...I get no image file in the target folder. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What Adobe program can one use to create NFT's? Are NFT's just short animations?

ANY IDEA HOW TO GET TO SOMEONE AT ADOBE WHO WILL RESOLVE AN ISSUE? Front line support has failed me and all their promises have been unfulfilled. Here's the situation ... Creative Cloud thinks I've used up my 20 GB of cloud storage even though I have deleted virtually everything I had in storage (and yes including permanently deleting deleted files). This problem makes using Photoshop "impossible" because of endless messages about sync issues and an Adobe rep said the storage issue has to be fixed to stop the messages. Two first line Adobe support reps problem solved with me including hours of remote access to computer/account. Both concluded the issue was at Adobe's end. Both promised resolution. But I have gotten NONE. I was first told issue would be resolved in 12-24 hours. It is now nearly 96 hours later with no update. When I chat/call looking for information I get empty promises about resolution. When I ask to speak to someone who could give me an update or resolut

I am trying to log in to creative cloud, but everytime I do, there is nothing but a white screen in the desktop. 

Hello,after migration to my new Apple M1 Max, XD does'n access anymore to Adobe Cloud Sync. Error 3634 is the result. Uninstalled XD and re-installed with no success.Any suggestions?Thx a lot!

All CC Libraries have vanished from my account. When I open documents (InDesign, Illustrator) it says that the assets are missing. Even when I go to my account on adobe.com and check it's blank. After about 30 minutes, they all showed up again, but disappeared after about a minute.

When trying to access files 'Your Files' on the Cloud Documents screen of both Illustrator and Photoshop on my MacBook Pro 14" M1Pro running MacOs12.0.1, I get the 'Something Went Wrong' screen and none of my cloud are accessible (I can see them on my iPad Pro).  All Creative Clouds are up to date as is the MacOS. Any ideas on how to fix this.Thanks

Hi! My storage is supposed to be 20 gb big but even though I only have 1023 pictures uploaded it says I'm at max capacity. Does anybody have an idea how that is possible? BrRoksana

Hey I have the following problem, I would like to use the Creative Cloud on two devices at the same time. Usually I edit quite heavy Video projects on my desktop pc, which take hours to render. I wonder if I would be able to use other programs of the CC during the same time on my laptop (f.e. Photoshop). The support page isn't specific about that. It says "You can use your app on only one computer at a time." I wonder if the whole CC is meant or every individual program? Many thx in advance.
