Why does Adobe insist on filling my screen with multiplying login popups when the computer sleeps? Even when no readers are running I get a screenfull of popups in the morning. Most annoying. Please cut it out!

I see many variations but I can't see an option.Creative Cloud does not load to PC. Downloaded file for this error. Will not open. Spent 1.5 hrs with support. No solution.Tried renaming Adobe file to Adobe old. Downloaded file attempt to install. Desktop icon now present but gives "needs repair". My company purchased 3 yearly CC subscriptions from Best Buy. We activated a subscription on 3 different mac computers. The last computer is giving an error of to many activations for Indesign. We used 1 Adobe account for all of the computers. How do we need to correct this issue?

Today I got a new MacBook Pro with M1 chip. The problem is that now the computer does not sync with creative cloud so when I open files that contain Adobe fonts it does not sync. The same with the cloud does not sync either. It says that the font is missing even though it is downloaded when I go to fonts.adobe.com. I have tried most things in installed both creative cloud and all adobe programs. Nothing works. I have also logged into my Adobe user on my colleague's computer and all works well there. Does anyone possibly know the answer to this? I do not know if it is due to M1 but I think so.

I'm working with jAdobe lightroom. I did allready have lightroom on my mobile but also wanted one on my laptop. But i made the mistake to create a new adobe creative cloud account.And now i can't connect the two anymore to one account or change the account of the desktop version to the mobile one so they can synchronise with each other.Question: - how can i merge two different adobe creative Cloud accounts (made on two different e-mailadresses) to one?- Or how can i connect the Adobe Cloud account of the mobile version Lightroom to the desktop version of Lightroom?

Why is there no automatic way to clear your cache to create space?  Now I have to delete each file one by one!  Am I missing a solution?  This seems geared to the easiet solution which is to buy more space! Grrrr!

Hi there, I'm trying to report an issue with the CC login system which enables someone to spam a users mobile with unsolicited texts as long as they know their email address that is used to login to creative cloud and the user has 2 factor authentication enabled. You can test this yourself if you have 2 factor enabled on your CC account. 1. Go to adobe home page (make sure you are not already signed in2. Click sign in3. Enter your email address4. Click 'continue'5. A notification is displayed saying that an sms has been sent to the users mobile and the code is required to continue6. Press back in browser7. Click 'continue' button again8. Another sms sent9. Repeat back and contine indefinitely. There is a reason that the password is supposed to be requested before an SMS 2 factor code, and this is it.  Maybe someone from Adobe that understands this process can explain why it is this way round and if they are aware of this issue. tldr: Login page can be

Hi, I am having a recurring issue that seems to happen every few days for no apparent reason.  I've been on help chat with adobe several times, and while I now can fix the issue, the problem is that I have to keep fixing the issue. What I'd like to figure out is why this keeps happening.  The only way I've been able to fix is to run the cleaner application and then resintall Creative Cloud.  Then I have to wait for my libraries to repopulate.  This is a time suck and I'd rather not have to do this as often as I have to.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Has anyone figured out if there is an underlying cause? Thanks!Jen

How can I stop being forced to log in every time I look at a document?  I can't even close adobe to check my email.  Is there an alternative to adobe yet?

Is so invasive how Creative cloud forces the download of my documents of the cloud into my computer, i have been waiting for 30 minutes to pause the sync, and creative cloud just shows "loading apps" but 90% of my HD C:  have been filled with files that I want in my 😧 drive. YOU SHOULD ASK FIRST WHERE I WANT THOSE FILES BEFORE Downloading them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received an email from 'adobe' and one of the the urls within it points to adobenoidasmb//ormimas//com (I've swapped the '.' with'//' to make sure no one clicks on it accidently). It talks about "Better team collaboration" Can anyone confirm if this is legitimate please?

Why does Adobe think it appropriate to run 16 unecessary processes when no Adobe apps are in use? This is not in any way necessary. It is an extreme waste of energy and computer resources. It shows total disregard on Adobe's part for the end user and the arrogant promotion of adobe product requirements over any other product requirements. Adobe are abusing their monopoly position to hog resources. When will they stop it?    

Hello, there are some threads from some years ago but also only for Lightroom stuff...So, is there some known issue or anything regarding the cloud storage?I have "80GB of 100GB used".. but there is literally nothing in the cloud. Not synced, not on Cloud web. Not in the trash, nowhere. What am I missing? Thanks

I pay for creative cloud storage to save space on my iPad, however, when I save stuff to the cloud, the creative cloud application gets larger, taking up an equal amount of space. Is there a way to fix this? Otherwise, I'm just not seeing the point of paying for storage .

Hi, in my Cloud folder is a file/folder (probably one automatically generated by Adobe Premiere Pro), which cannot be synchronised with Adobe Cloud. And if I try to delete it manually, I am told that the file no longer exists. But Adobe Cloud keeps trying to sync this file, which results in a constant failure message. Please help. 

We created a share folder in adobe creative cloud sync files So we can comments and draw the files for revisions. But we are having issues with draw shape feature it doesn't seems to appear in both of our sides.  It says its "Unmapped Comments".  My question is how can I changed the setting to be "mapped comments"?  

I have 2 Mac devices (an iMac and a Macbook Pro), both running Big Sur 11.6 and Adobe iCloud 2021. When I boot the MacBook Pro, the the iCloud logo is visable in the Menu bar however, n the iMac, it does not.  I have compred the Login items and the Menu Bar and the Notificaztions settins andthey are the same.  The Acrivity Monitor indicates the same Adobe Apps are rining on both devices. Is there something I am missing?  Apple support said it is an Adobe stuation. I fnd having tge icon in the menu bar is an excellent way to be notified when an update is available.

Hello there, It is now been a month since i have a bug with the Creative Cloud. I had a student license with my school for 2 years and now that i'm a new school, i don't have access to my old account, that is totally normal. But i was logged in with that account on my personal computer, and now, i can't log in with a new account and use the softwares i need. There is a loop of "You have been disconnected" and i can't do anything about it (as you can see in the video). I tried some fixes like deleting files (C:/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/ and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache) but it didn't work at all.I'd really like to use the Creative Cloud again. Do you have any idea of how i can fix my problem ? Thank you for your time.

Hi! So starting yesterday I saw that my Creative Cloud libraries weren't working. I thought nothing of it so I relaunched but it still didn't go away. Eventually I unistalled then reinstalled Creative Cloud but still the problem persists. The weird thing is, the libraries is showing up on my phone and another computer. So I thought it was the computer I was using however I checked and Windows is up to date. Any help would be appreciated! 

I want to know if it's possible to upload a template to Spark without using Creative Cloud or Acrobat. I don't think Acrobat even has access to Spark. I think you have to have a Creative Cloud account, is this correct? In any case, I bought the Spark app because I thought I would be able to write and illustrate a novel with it but there are no templates for literature. If I already have a template, it doesn't seem possible to upload it without Acrobat. 

I was on the phone earlier this morning with Apple support, and and one of the problems we ran into appears to have been caused by Adobe creative cloud extensions (I might be using outdated terminology here to describe them):  Adobe Desktop Service, Core sync,  CCLibrary, CCXProcess.  I do not need or want anything to do with the Cloud aspect of Creative Cloud--I just need Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge to work on my Mac as a standalone machine.  I tried 'uninstall creative cloud' but it says "Couldn’t uninstall creative cloud for desktop. You still have creative cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." I suspect this means it will not uninstall itself unless I uninstall Bridge, Lightroom and Photoshop first. I do not mind the apps phoning home from time to time to be sure  I'm not logged in and working on multiple machines with one license, but this other stuff burning CPU and crashing or delaying other apps needs to sto

I am working on a machine at my office that constantly says 'conflicted copy' even tho there have been no other changes on any other machine. This is really annoying.
