Creative Cloud Services

Hi, This has no doubt been answered, but I can seem t find anyhting that is probably so simple. I am looking for a basic intro to syncing files betwen two computers. I use two desktops - one at work and one a home, and I want to have my InDesign files avaialble on both so I can continue to work when at home. Thanks,  

I just like to take a realistic photo...turn it into a cartoon and cause it to move... Please advise. I'm a complete newbie. 

only 2 of my active fonts are showing up in illustrator and I can't seem to get the rest working. When I go to the cc desktop app to look at my previously active/active fonts it's just stuck loading. When I go to "manage fonts" in my adobe account in a browser it shows all fonts being active.I've tried:-deactivating and reactiving all the fonts-activating any random font I have not prevously used-signing in and out of creative cloud and my adobe account-restarting my computer  I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I also went to my account preferences on cc and in general under cloud storage it says "getting storage information..." but it never changes like it's also stuck

Whenever I try to open Photoshop or Illustartor I get a notification like this, "Sorry, your sign-in attempt doesn't match the Egress IPs of the profile that this machine is assigned to. Please contact your IT administrator". By the way I use M1 Macbook.What should I do to fix this problem?

Why does it always say "files were made in a newer version of Indesign or Illustrator" when I get files from other people although CC shows always my apps are "latest"? Is it a windows/mac thing? Or do I have the latest for my operating system and other people have newer systems and therefore newer apps?   

Today, April 9 I updated my creative cloud app. After doing so, my Adobe Creative Cloud folder was EMPTY! Subsequently, the app starting to sync with the cloud and download the folder. The problem is that the files on my computer were more recent than what was in the cloud. I had been working off-line. Plus, I often have issues with the cloud not syncing automatically which creates a mess when working from my desktop and laptop at different locations.I strongly urge you NOT to update the Creative Cloud app.I contacted Adobe and they didn't have any suggestions for me and simply said that it's a known issue and they are working on it. I suggested that they disable the update as more customers will be very upset if they lose files. I got no response other than, "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

I am using Adobe Spark and wish to setup a Google Analytics Tracking ID. However, according to what I am reading,, Google Analytics no longer calls these Tracking IDs but Measurement IDs. I created a Web Stream using Google Analytics 4 (it's the only option available now; you cannot use the older version) and when I paste that Measurement ID into the Project Settings of my Adobe Spark Project, it tells me that it's not a valid tracking ID.  Does this field need to be updated by Adobe to accept these new Measurement IDs?  Thanks

I have just purchased my own personal version of Creative Cloud but when I launch Photoshop for example and click on the blue profile icon - it keeps defaulting to the Adobe Account page with my old/former work-based Creative Cloud account details on it (I no longer wish to use this account hence purchasing the new package). When I purchased my own personal version - I also uninstalled all existing versions of Photoshop, Illustrator etc and reinstalled them. Can anyone advise as to why it keeps linking to my old work account even though I am logged into my current account? many thanks.

Using a MacBook Pro M1 -- I am unable to sync files to Adobe Cloud Storage.  I have installed the Cloud Desktop version that is M1 friendly, but when I click on the cloud icon, Creative Cloud Desktop just says "Getting storage information..." with an empty progress bar.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,Does anyone know why the file sync won't work? I restarted the app but it still shows such an error.I am using Macbook Pro 16' 2021.Thanks! 

I haven't gotten the creative cloud services app to open on my iPad Air 2 even after the latest updates. I'm on OS15 and the app just updated. It opens to loading screen and then crashes, never fully loading the app.

Please help me, I have 400 over psd in there for a movie and I transfer over to another folder but it moved only. So i cltl+z and it failed to sync suddenly. All the files is gone. What can I do...

Hello all,Three to two days ago I experienced a problem with my behance account. All my projects became private automatically. I will show screenshots for quick understanding.I usually use Microsoft Edge and I behance signed there. This has never happened before. I don't understand why this is happening suddenly. I also tried editing the project and creating new projects. However, there was no gain! Verified both my mail and phone number. Hi folks,  i have an issue with signing3 into my company  account on Samsung tablet.I can't log in or download  Pro, Same login  issue with CC.Never  had this problem  before.Also activated  font doesn't appear  in dropdown list.

I have accidently deleted the Creative Cloud app from my desk top tool bar. How do I get it back please.

Few minutes ago i took out my previous old C drive and I open the premiere pro app to see if anything was from the old c drive i didnt backup, they ask me to log into adobe cloud. So I closed the pc and plug back old c drive. I opened premiere pro, they ask me to log in again. So i open the projects and I see that i couldnt access media encoder anymore... I check creative cloud and they say i didnt install any apps... so I try checking prefererence to check if installed version is correct. It is. I try deleting opm.db but cannot work. What should I do? Sorry to bother

Hello, before I can purchase Creative Cloud I need to find out if my Mac Mini (late 2014) 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 will be compatible with the new 2021 Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Apps. Graphics Card is Intel Iris 1536 MB Serial Number is REMOVED - do not post private information in a public forum   Thank you for any help as to where I can find a definitive answer.

So I been running into this strange problum when I open up any adobe software and use it for a bit then close it all. It laggs imput to other programs lik its sucking my bandwith in the background it even lags my youtube and games. And the only way to Fix it I have noticed is by restarting my pc. But only happens with adobe suite after I used it for a bit then closed it all down.I monterd ram ussage thats fine.I have factory reset my pc it still lags media play back and input.I tryed everything from reseting drivers and unplugging KBM and so on.I dont know whats going on just lags out my hole pc after I close all Adobi softwere

I noticed that I am unable to cut and paste from within fields. I copied a hex color code from an application and went to paste it into the color picker hex. Paste is greyed out. Worked last week.
