Hola, tengo un problema con la instalación de Creative Cloud. Cuando ingreso la clave, al momento de instalación, no me la reconoce pero tampoco la puedo cambiar. Inicie sesión sin problema en el sitio pero con la app para mi mac no me deja. Me pueden ayudar con esto.

I bought a lot because it was so cheap And they're all registered and they're working normally I bought so much that I'm going to sell what's left Is it okay for me to resell Adobe products that I bought directly from Gameeal myself? I bought too much The game seal says it's genuine, is it really genuine? I'm curious because the price is so cheap. Can you check if it's genuine? Is GameSeal related to Adobe?

Ce qui me surprend puisque je supprime tout dès que je termine un projet. J'ai suivis plusieurs tuto, mais rien ne fonctione, je n'ai rien qui s'affiche dans mes "fichiers", "partagé", "projets", "bibliothèques, etc.. J'ai essayé sur l'application, sur le web aussi..Si quelqu'un a une solution miracle autre que d'acheter plus d'espace, je suis toute ouïe.Merci

Does anyone know if I switch from my active Creative Cloud All Apps (New Pro) account to a Creative Cloud Standard account will my active Portfolio websites be affected?  Will they be deleted or content harmed during the switch or does everything transfer over?  Thank you! Customer service hasn't been able to answer this question as of yet.

Hello, The company I work (based in Australia) with has bought a full creative suite adobe license for a new graphic designer based in the Philippines. When they log into their Creative Cloud desktop application there is several things missing (adobe fonts, files, benefits, Create, Discover & stock) but when I log into the same account here in Australia all the features are there in my desktop application. The license was bought in Australia but we also have staff in South Africa who have adobe licenses and they have no issues. I assume there is some reginal restrictions or something but cant find any detailed information.I have talked adobe support and all they have said is to do the following which we have done and same issue is still there. Open task manager and close all background activities for Creative Cloud and then turn off Windows Firewall and repair Creative Cloud. Control Panel >Programs and Features > Creative cloud >Uninstall >Repair. I have

I received an email from adobe about a case number. Not a community support conversation but a case number with adobe. Adobe employee at chat confirmed the email is from adobe. That chat took over 30 minutes. The email states “To review your case history, log-in to your adobe account. I cannot find any case anywhere on my adobe account. So, I contact chat again. Another 30 minutes and the chat agent finally agrees to provide what I am hoping to be a step-by-step instruction on how to find my adobe account case history. For every Creative Cloud app I open, there is a tiny window that opens saying "Verifying Name.app" with the app's name filled in and a little progress bar underneath. Sometimes, it gets stuck and never completes verification. Other times, it might take 5 minutes or longer. It appears there are some macOS problems with Catalina versions and app verification, but really, why does it take so long and why does the app appear to have to be re-verified every time it's opened? I'm using macOS 15.15.7. Thanks.

When embedding videos from Vimeo into a portfolio page, I get different sizes that display. All the videos are the same size on Vimeo. One page dosplays correctly, another displays one correctly with the other tiny, and another page displays them all tiny. How do I get the embedded videos to display larger?

Hi, I am hoping to see MyPortfolio add support for IG Reels embeds. All videos on Instagram now are reels and I feel like portfolio sites like gondola are taking over because they are supporting creators in more cutting-edge ways. Looking for Firewall company that works with Adobe Creative Cloud. Have Windows 11 Pro. Windows Defender comes with Win 11 but its low level protection. Currently using Norton 360 and Creative Cloud is on the list of Apps to let through the Norton firewall. However, Norton firewall has to be turned off for total functioning of Creative Cloud. Norton just does not play well in the sandbox. TIA for suggestions of a decent firewall company that respects Adobe. BTW - I'm forced to select one of four Adobe topics to post this. 

I just did a computer upgrade for a client and discovered the Creative Cloud Libraries folder in Application Support is taking up over 110 GB of space. A peek inside and I see a couple of folders in the dcx sub-folder are taking up 50+ GB each. They consist of all Illustrator files (.ai), about 7000+ total, and date from now to far back as November 2018. 100+ GB and 7000+ files seems a bit too much. What are these exactly? I downloaded Creative Cloud from there which I think is the official website:https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud And then when I scanned it on VirusTotal it detected some viruses. Hi, I’m on macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 using a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. Creative Cloud Libraries won’t initialize in any Adobe app. I've done a full uninstall via Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, granted Full Disk Access, reset CoreSync, and cleared login caches.Logs from ngl-lib show repeated errors:GetPrincipal Status: Data Not Found : PrincipalGetLatestNglProfile Status: NGL Profile UnavailableSignout StatusCode:110 + Signin StatusCode:403This appears to be a CoreSync authentication issue tied to my cloud user profile or Sequoia OS incompatibility. Please escalate to the CoreSync engineering team and confirm whether this OS version is officially supported.

I can only find "Projects" tab while using the web based Creative Cloud. Can't seem to find it while using the desktop app, nor when using a specific application (photoshop for example) Web based Desktop App Photoshop

I'm having a hard time deciding which of the options I should use. I would like my files to be stored in the adobe cloud but I also like them on my imac so i can access easily. Which options do I choose? I have found that since I'm not consistent with my choice I sometimes can't find the file I worked on or I save the file twice, once with the change and once without. Any ideas on how I should set things up and maybe on how I can clean my mess? Thanks so much!

Hi, I know this is likely in the wrong area but there's no option to post about Adobe Portfolio directly on here.I am trying to figure out how to allow my Site Caption show on mobile. I have tried multiple different themes all to no avail. Is there any custom CC I can use to show my site caption in the mobile view and not just desktop? Thanks!

I lost all my creative cloud files. I was just working on them. And now all files are missing. And the files that are shown on CC have incorrect modified dates as well. A recent design file is shown as 1 month ago. Please help me our here. I have to submit those designs tomorrow for print. Please this is urgent. I've tried through browser and its the same. I've tried file recovery tools as well but none of them are working. Please 

It seems the only options within library folders are "Send Link", "Rename" and "Delete".I'd like to consolidate Library folders... for example, I have multiple folders for the same project, just different content.  Now that I'm done their related projects, I'd like to consolidate them into one Library (where I don't need the subject matter's separated, but would like to keep all of the saved images together in one library folder).Another example, I have saved themes (like textures / backgrounds) throughout many different libraries.  I'd like to save a master Library that houses all of those similar themes (like textures).  Is there a more timely way of doing this other than going to each image in each separate library and selecting to save preview to a new, consolidated library?NOTE: I'm referring to Library organization within my own profile and only regarding Stock imagery (previews, to be specific).  I'm not trying to link or sync local saved Adobe files.Thanks!
