I tried to do follow solution. Learn what to do if the Creative Cloud desktop app won't open or shows a spinning progress wheel. (adobe.com) i do all steps but it cant open. My plans is Student plans. i just membership week ago, Program can log in All app can be used normally but today I cannot use Photoshop and other app. programs to do verifycation and i followed suddenly Programs Loading Creative Cloud loops . and I can sign in on Creative cloud app with My id but Other id can sign in on Creative cloud app on phone Dont know what to do? TT

Yesterday I purchased a plan for photographers. I downloaded Creative Cloud, but it didn't install. I get a notification about error 206. I did: 1. Disabled the firewall 2. Disabled and removed the antivirus. 3. I tried to connect to the Internet through another access point. 4. Re-installed Windows 10!Nothing helped! I connected with support. The specialist did the same, but also without result. My internet connections are working fine, I have no viruses, I have a new Windows. All other programs are installed on my computer normally. I do not know what to do. I gave money for the product, but I can't work! My job stopped. At the same time, there is no normal Russian-speaking support. My windows won't let me switch to english interface. I just don't know what to do. Adobe, I would like to deliver a million dislikes to you! I lost money and a lot of time !!

I have synchronised a lot of my files from computer to creative cloud (30gb) but still file details shows that it takes 21gb from my comptuer disk memory. Is there a way to keep files only in cloud, not on my computer?

My office iMac has tons of space, so it's not a problem. But my home laptop isn't that spacious. Asking any long-time users, would it make sense to direct my CC storage to an external hard drive? I can leave the sync turned off until my external drive is safely connected. 

Is there limited storage in your CC libraries?

Adobe AIR apps (embedded runtime) with Animate:  I so seldom install a new certificate that I forget what I did before.  I now have the Mac Catalina problem that seems to be so common.  I have tried the readily available code additions, but I am getting nowhere.  My research indicates that the most likely issue is with the Code Signing certificate.  In trying to recall the steps I ran across the following and cannot remember how I used it. Are there any partnerships available for curriculum development to teach Adobe? I am working to develop a new online Academy and we would love to collaborate in order to teach Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. 

I am looking for a way to store my fonts (that I have downloaded from various places) that does not take up so much room on my computer. I was wondering, if I upload fonts to Creative Cloud and then delete the original files from my computer, will the fonts remain accessible in Creative Cloud?

When I try to add comments for revisions and enter in the person's email that I want to send the revision to. It doesn't work. However if I add the email address using the drop down it does work. Why isn't typing in the email working?  

Is Adobe included inMicrosoft office 365 Family membership?If so; what off the many many apps in Adobe is included?

I had converted a 4 page form to an electronic form and this message appeared: Cannot reflow this page because it contains interactive annotation(s). I now can't edit the form fields or make any changes. The help pages aren't helpful and I can't find in the Preferences where this might be impact on the form. Can someone help please? As usual, this has occurred when I am on a tight deadline!!

Circle after circle of crap on the site and can't get to any support. A hefty price per month when it isn't workign and there is no fricken support. Is there an actual phone number for support anywhere????> 

Older version of Media Encoder keeps reinstalling itself and then acts as a default choice for media encoding, although I have a newest version installed always. It happens after every reboot. What is going on with this? Can anyone help me to solve this problem. I am tired of starting each working day with uninstalling ME. (Windows 10 PRO. Everything's updated to last versions.All new and hardware is top notch)

Ich möchte in der creative cloud eine 14 GB große Datei hochladen. Von den 100 GB Speicherplatz dort sind noch nicht einmal 10 verbraucht. Will ich die Datei hochladen, bekomme ich den Hinweis "Maximale Uploadgröße 1 GB. Für größere Dateien den creative cloud client verwenden". Aber genau mit diesem versuche ich ja, die große Datei hochzuladen, so wie ich es erfolgreich zuvor auch mit kleineren Dateien geschafft habe. Wo liegt der Fehler?Danke für jede Hilfe!

Ich habe ein Problem mit allen Adobe Produkten mein System Windows 10 Pro auf dem neusten Stand so wie alle Adobe Applikationen aber die MSVCP110.dll wird nicht gefunden ich habe mir die MSVCP110.dll datei aus dem internet erneut geladen und sie ins SYSTEM32 gesetzt. Adobe Applikationen sowie ältere und neuere versionen und Creative Cloud habe ich auch schon Deinstalliert und Neu Installiert.

Hello. I can't get my fonts from TypeKit to show up in the Creative Cloud app and therefore can't use them in my Applications. I've tried closing Creative Cloud, restarting the computer, and nothing.  What can I do?

Al respecto daban las indicaciones a realizar, actualizar IE 11 y TLS 1.0/1.1, incluso he puesto como explorador predeterminado al explorer.....Hecho esto, me encuentro con que no puedo abrir la aplicacion.... me pide comprobar la configuracion del cortafuegos... y no encuentro nada que lo impida... alguna pista.Muchas gracias!Mónica

When Creative Cloud needs to resolve a problem and gives you the options Quit or Repair, it suggests to go to a bad link to download and install a new copy of CC (it says http://wwww.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp) and it should be updated to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop.I see this dialogue box way too often.
