I am trying to print to pdf in landscape mode, it prints in portrait. I added the page siz 5" x 7"  5 high 7 wide and its reversed. If I choose print in portrait it prints in landscape. If I change the page size to be 7 high and 5 wide it responds correctly. This is a programming error

The option .IncludeHeaderFooter(false) dont working, the header and footer ramains

For the past six months I've been saving all of my graphic design working files to the synced "Creative Cloud Files" folder in Finder (using Mac OS), so I have literally hundreds, if not thousands of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign files on my computer. Is there a way to batch transfer them into Cloud Storage? Or do I have to move them one by one and create an entirely new folder system? (Please tell me it's not option B...) Thanks in advance

Hi all, been using the Creative Cloud Files for a number of years now to share files between different companies. Lately there is a problem I can't seem to solve. A few files keep re appearing in one of the shared folders. I have deleted them several times, both in finder as in the online envirement with the "delete permanently" option wich should get rid of the files for good. But every so many days they keep re appearing during synchronisation.Is there a way to find out where these files come from? A log file maybe? Any other suggestions would be appreciated!

Adobe CoreSync is running tens of processes on my MacBook Air (M1) running macOS Big Sur v. 11.3.1. I have disabled auto-update and disabled cloud synchronization. Removed CoreSync from startup. Rebooted my computer. No matter what I do, CoreSync keeps stealing resources and getting listed as the #1 most battery-draining application. It seems to happen all the time, even when I have not used any Adobe-programs. Is there a way to install Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat without using CC?  Is there a way to disable CoreSync? Unfortunately we have to stop using Adobe products if this cannot be resolved.

Hello, I don't want to save my data on the cloud, but it is still saved even though I have deactivated synchronization. How do I finally turn off syncing / storage on the cloud?I ask for help. Many Thanks. 

Hi There, I cant see my synced documents or files on my desktop creative cloud app but I can see them on the identical web browser app. I have tried re installing and signing in and out. Please help thanksY

Hi, Does anyone know why I have to pay 90 USD to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription? And why it is impossible to contact this company? I've searched the website and there is no way to get in touch with a real person, I keep ending up in a loop on the website and it keeps recommending me to post in the community instead.

 How do I edit a document?

For the tenth time creative cloud does not sync my files. I have claimed it several times, they solve the momentary problem and then the problem appears again.

I purchased two Adobe Suite licenses for my two remote editors and now they want to buy their own licenses. I asked them to ensure that all my files are in the cloud. (I don't have my own licensed software.) How can I access these files so I can download onto other storage medium? We're talking 100GB or more. Thank you. I want to use creative cloud to backup my computer in case something happens however in the middle of the backup I relized the files were being saved locally. I was wondering if there was any way I can stop the files from being saved locally with them still being accessible in the file explorer. If there isn't is there any way I can still move files from my C: drive through command prompt/ .BAT files?

I am a beginer!! I have a photo taken with no flash. Its completely dark but u can see silouettes. Where do i begin to bring up the images. 

I've been around forever, but I think my neurones are giving up. I use Adobe Acrobat DC on a daily basis, but now I am being asked to edit family/friends photographs to include things like spot fixing where the photo has deteriorated over time behind glass/plastic.So of all Adobe's evolving range of software and applications which would be best for photo-touching up please. Synchronized files exist on the cloud web page, but cannot be deleted, moved, or renamed.The pc says it is still synchronizing, only some files are synchronized, and files that are not deleted are not synchronized.Is there a way to delete this non-deleted file from the cloud web page?Or is there a way to initialize cloud storage?I think the file name is a problem, what is the solution?

I am currently looking to employ a freelancer in a country that currently doesn't provide CC services. He uses far older versions, so to help, I was considering paying for the licence, then giving him the logins to access his paid account. Is this achievable or will he be denied access logging in on the other end? 

Hello I have this problem with the text and saber plugging that every time I want to edit the text with the plug-in a weird black blox always comes on and it doesn't let me see any of the animation that I'm doing even when I render it, it still comes with the box 

I'm working on my online portfolio and to ~switch things up~ decided to right align all of the images on each of my pages. However, I can't change the alignment of any of the photo grids? For some reason those are only allowed to be centered. I even tried to place an image to the side of the grid so there would be two info boxes to work with (one being right aligned), but even then the grid is only able to move up or down, not left or right. Are there any ways around this? Or is a just a hit I have to take design wise?

When one purchases an app like Indesign, does he get fonts along for free? And are they the pro version that have support for additional languages?

i can't invite people to a shared folder. The window is not showing.It looks that my pop-ups are being blocked but all my settings are set to allow pop-ups.Everything was fine last week. I restartet my mac a lot of times. Mac environement and safari. Chrome is working...

Hi,First thanks for taking the time to look at this post. I have had a Creative Cloud account for myself for many years now. I have been using it on my main PC in conjunction with my Flexi Sign software. All well and good. I also have a laptop and sometimes would like to do some 'quick' work on laptop as I also have a licence of Flexi Sign on it. Sometimes I need to manipulate files in Illustrator first before bring them in to Flexi. Therefore my questions is, can I use CC on the laptop while at home. Then back at work use CC on the desktop. I will only be using one at a time, 1 licence. Is this interchangability possible within the CC licence for a single licenced user or not? If it is possible, how do I do it? Do I need to delicence each device each time I use it? Thanks again for reading this and if you have any thoughts, please let me know.

I have a portfolio website using Adobe Portfolio. When trying to edit my layout, it seems its stuck on another theme and other changes I've previously made but did not save, so it doesn't even reflect my current website. I can't revert and edit my current active layout. It seems like my only option is to hit 'publish' on this new theme and  then I'd have to recreate my old theme from scratch. I'm positive I'm missing something. Where can I revert my changes and edit my current, customized active theme?
