I've got about 1,110 photos in my "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my PC that take up about 8GB on my hard drive. When I look at my Creative Cloud Assets, it shows that about 16GB is being used. I can only think there are duplicate files I can't see somewhere. How do I free up this extra space?
Hi,I'm trying to upload my Adobe XD file to the cloud so i can preview it on my phone but it said failed to sync then eventually said storage was full. It still says 0% of 2GB used and I have checked Lightroom folder and Acrobat as well. There is one file stuck in the deleted section of the Assets page, which I am unable to permanently delete for some reason. That file was non-functioning but was the one I wanted to upload, hence i deleted it.On my desktop, AdobeCC says 0% of 2GB but on the android apps it says my account is 0% of 0GB. This has been pretty frustrating and none of the options from other threads have helped me.I am completely unable to upload any files to the cloud. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks.Best regards,Naufal
When I purchased Adobe CC I was using a MacBook Pro paired with my iPhone. I just recently bought myself a new computer which happens to be a PC. I have been trying to figure out how to sinc my previous catalogue from my Mac to my PC. Does anyone know how I can do this without loosing my previous catalogue?
I've got a feeling this is a really dumb question but I can't find anything on it anywhere. I have the "Photography Plan" which installed Adobe "Creative Cloud Files" on the side bar in the Finder on my Mac computer. In it there are two folders, "Files" and "Screenshots". I get the "Files" part. But what screenshots get placed in the "Screenshots" folder and how do you generate them? Thanks in advance.
Bonjour, quelqu'un ici parle français ?
I am unable to use the cloud storage as the error says I have reached my storage limit of 0. Checking my account management page I am toldI have access to "2 GB of cloud storage."I received this membership free as part of my work benefits and I'm wondering if I'm just understanding this wrong or there is an actual issue.
My hair starts turning grey...There is one file in my CC folder on my desktop I want to get rid of. This is because firstly itjust contains a couple of (sub-)folders but all of them are empty and secondly it is marked in red instead of green.I can easily delete it by clicking right and delete. It's gone. But only for a few seconds. As soon as CC starts to synchronise the folder comes back again. So I wanted to delete it on the CC-Assets site in the web. The problem is: it is not there. Neither with the folders/files in use nor with the deleted ones.So how can I get rid of this folder? ThanksDieterP.S.: sorry, English is not my mother tongue...
I have an existing library of over 100 assets that are shared with 20 people in our company, and used in hundreds of files. The original creator of that library is designated as the "Owner".That person is leaving our company - I want to change the "owner" of the libraries to myself without effecting current team members and linked files. Is this possible?I have read all related articles but none have clearly stated whether linked files and current collaborators will be effected with their given solutions. Please relate the answer to effects on current collaborators and linked files. Thank you
A folder in my asset library that I primarily use for adding graphics and smart objects in Photoshop has mysteriously deleted all its content. There was probably about 65 graphics in the folder. The folder is still there, but is completely empty. There is nothing in my archive and in order for this to have happened I would have had to manually delete each item and then go to my archive to manually permanently delete each item again. I assure you this did NOT happen. I spent 2 hours yesterday chatting with Adobe on the phone only to be transferred 5x and each person accuse me of deleting it. There has to be another explanation. These assets are not locally stored as they are created by selecting a few select layers from a file in Photoshop and dragging them into the library to add. The library grows with every rendered plan I create. This folder was shared with 2 people in my office, both of which have not accessed nor ever use the library, they were added by myself to test how it works
the cloud doesn't work. I can#t upload a new folder. Is says synchronization failed. The link below leads to a not existing page.
Hi there, I've seen other posts but nothing exactly like this...I'm using the CC storage for my projects, a "work in progress folder" and the second one for safety once I'm done with a sprint. When I opened the file I modified this morning, it was a version that was 1 month old... It is not among the deleted files and there is no "conflict" version...Please tell me there is a way to get it back...Thanks
Greetings, I have used Photoshop for two decades, and when I got I new computer, I usually just moved my files over and I was done. This machine has Photoshop CC 2018, and I noticed after moving all my files over I had everything but a few I had made in Photoshop 2017. I checked my old computer and the couple of swatches and styles I made are there. Confused, I discovered Creative Cloud, and it has the files:So, here they are. They are not in my swatches or styles on my new computer. I tried reading forums, watching YouTube videos, but I cannot find a way to get these from this website into my actual Photoshop 2018 lol What is the simple thing I am missing? There is no download button, no installer, just this.
the notification is appearing and the files are still syncing every half second for the last 3 hours, and the file I need is not there what is happening and what can I do?thanks!
My files are failing to sync to CC, so I headed to the website to find out more. I'm getting the following error:You’ve reached your storage limit of 0! You won’t be able to add files to your Creative Cloud Assets until you have more storage available. To add more space, you can permanently delete the files in your “Deleted” folder.Don't I get 2GB of storage with the free plan?
I've started uploading my images to Cloud Storage and I've noticed that it's created a Cloud Storage folder on my PC's hard drive. What happens if I delete one of these folders? Will the images remain on Cloud? I'm asking because I'm afraid of theft. If my PC gets stolen and wiped clean will my images still be on the Cloud?
I raised this in a previous thread but no reply from Adobe. My issue is I cannot get file sync to turn on. Fonts sync perfectly fine.I initially get this screen when I go the Assets > FilesIf I go to the Preferences > Files the Creative Cloud Sync is already checked. If I un-check it and go back to Assets > Files I get the next screen. If I click on the Start Syncing button it just goes back/switches back to the initial screen. In the preferences the check box is checked but no file syncing.I have tried most of the methods mentioned:1. Complete uninstall and re-install of Adobe products2. Disable other cloud based storage like Dropbox and Google Drive3. Logged into assets.adobe.com4. Installed CC on another Admin user (after another complete Adobe product uninstall)5. Unchecked "Use passive FTP mode " in my Network settings.None of these work! I can send log files if needed but I would really like this problem solved. As you can see from the interface I'm using a MacUsing High Si
So as the title says my CC file sync has been stuck on this infinite loop of "syncing" for several days now. There are no files in the folder but for some reason it's saying that its syncing. It's also continues to have 100% cpu usage the during the "syncing".I am running a Macbook pro 2015 on OS HighSierraSome things I've tried:- Moving folders- Quitting CC- Uninstall/Reinstalling CC- Deleting the folder and resyncing
Until very recently, I was able to Go To Extract from assets.adobe.com/files/ without issue. Now, when I click the Go To Extract button, all I get is a blank screen.Opening the Chrome Developer Tools Console, I notice there is an error:Uncaught TypeError: m.start is not a functionat Object.b.file (interstellar.js:27) at interstellar.js:31 at Object.execCb (require.js:29)...Anyone else?Did they recently update?
I’ve been running low on space on my 20GB Creative Cloud Photography plan and have since been deleting past work from Adobe Creative Cloud via the Creative Cloud app as well as Lightroom CC on my iPad. After deletion and making sure that no other photos were pending to upload, I still am noticing nearly no change in my storage available on my Creative Cloud account. I have gone onto the Creative Cloud app and permanently deleted any archived files but that doesn’t seem to be resolving the issue either. Could there be another reason that I can’t view on my iPad that could be causing these issues? Also, I used to use a MacBook Pro for my photo management and editing that I am no longer using with Lightroom and the albums I produced on my iPad would be shared via web link (these albums have been deleted); not sure if this information is needed but wanted throw it out there.
I am having an issue with the Creative Cloud when transferring folders from one place to another. I have two parent folders which each contain many child folders within them. When I transfer between parent folders the Cloud will occasionally keep a copy of the child folder (and a seemingly random collection of its contents) in the original parent folder. I am hoping it is possible to transfer folders with contents into other folders without keeping a duplicate copy in the original location.
I gather that files containing special characters are interfering with the sync engine. This is quite annoying, as only the root folder is marked and not specific files containing such characters. Could it be something else? Could Adobe fix this somehow? Could it be Aliens?
Hi, everybody! Prompt in what there can be a problem. The Creative cloud files on the stationary personal computer are synchronized well, and on the laptop there is no synchronization or there is an infinite loading., It seems, I have already tried all methods. Maybe someone from you had a similar problem?
I recently started a new Creative Cloud account after having another one set up on this computer (Windows 10). Ever since then, I have been noticing massive connectivity issues across our whole network. Upon looking at Resource Monitor, I have come to see that CoreSync.exe is constantly uploading data. From within the Creative Cloud App, pausing sync restores internet service to the rest of my network. When I right-click the CC icon in the notification area, it always says "0.57% of 100GB," never increasing. Actually, my Creative Cloud folder is only 3.75 GB in size. It may also be noteworthy that the the folder location that I use for syncing is C:\Users\admin\Creative Cloud Files.. but when I go to the Creative Cloud Preferences within the app, it gives me C:\Usersadmin.Windows 10 HomeCreative Cloud 4.5.0.331Creative Cloud Sync 2.4.6.82
Hi, I have a creative cloud account I use from 2 different computers. I use the creativecloud folder to sync files, but something really odd is when I delete files from one computer(not permanently, only to recycle bin) they appear in recycle bin on the other computer as well.this is really strange and i wonder how is this even possible since my creative cloud should thiskind of access. Can anyone help?
I recently bought the Photography plan with 20GB of storage, and already consumed my quota. I want to be able to view the files on the cloud in order to delete the ones I don't want.I have tried using the Assets tab on Creative Cloud, then View on Web, but none of my files are showing - only a "sync" file. Please see first picture below.Ideally, I want to be able to see my files like this example below.Could the solution be removing files one by one in Lightroom? Thanks in advance!
