When I am syncing my files from Adobe Creative Cloud (close to 24.5 gb), I am unable to do so. Even though the status shows that the files have synced, I cannot find them on the local folder. The files are visible online but the experience is so bad that I dont want to use the online service. How do I resolve this issue of files not showing up on my machine?

I have an issue with Creative Cloud file sync. From time to time CC erases all my files and then syncing them all over again It used to happen before but only after CC update. Now it's almost every week! This is really annoying especially because it slows down internet connection.
I have a Creative Cloud for Teams account, and two Macs (OS X Yosemite). On one, no problem On the other, I can't sync of access my files.Clicking on the Creative Cloud in the toolbar and selecting "Files" gives me a message "Unable to Load Sync Location". The "Contact Customer Support" and "Reload Sync Location" buttons do nothing.I moved my older Creative Cloud folder (from when it did work). Now I have a new one, but it's empty. The CC app won't open it.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC app. Anything else I should mention?
unable to load sync locationI cannot see my files other than through the web browser
Why won't Creative Cloud Files Sync after I installed the latest update?
After updating the Creative Cloud Desktop app this morning to 2.1.0.108, my files will no longer sync. File syncing is turned on, but nothing works. Help! Here'a screenshot below:
I just downloaded the Creative Cloud update, and now none of my files are syncing. When I try to view the file information from the Creative Cloud menu, I just get a spinning progress wheel and never see the usage information of Cloud storage. Fonts are also no displaying. Anyone else having these problems?
I'm getting a repeated CC Core Sync crash about every 1.25 minutes. Restarting hasn't fixed the problem. Screen grab of the incessant error window attached. My OS is Mac OS X 10.10.3. Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue?(FYI... I tried three times to contact chat for this problem. The first time failed. The second time I connected after 20 mins and then the 'customer service' person ended the chat without saying a word, the third time it told me that the 24/7 chat line was 'now closed'... nice work, Adobe.)
Ever since the update installed itself my files stopped syncing and I can't right-click and share files in Finder anymore!Any suggestions? Fixes?
My files do not sync
I can't seem to sync anything with the cloud.
I can't access my CC folder in Finder or from the CC Assets.
since yesterday i get i pop up window that core sync was quit,
Along with the automatic update to Creative Cloud came a bug that prevents Creative Cloud to acknowledge the Creative Cloud Files folder. I've moved it but didn't help. I was getting errors about it being unable to sync, then unable to load, and now when I open up Creative Cloud -> Assets -> Files, I just get the spinning wheel that never ends.Need help getting this bug fixed please.
As the title states, I received a notification of update to adobe cloud which I performed. Now MS Security Essentials opens a box on every bootup flagging Adobe CoreSync.exe and wanting the file sent to Microsoft for examination. What's going on?
Creative Cloud is not working on my desk. No data synch.
My colleague cant synchronize files since the update that the Creative Cloud did today automatically. Does anyone know where the problem might be and how to solve it, please?
Since the last update all my files have disappeared from my computer, even they seem to still be in the cloud (I hope). How can I fix that? Thanks.
up to 12 archived folders now... any ideas whats going on?
This is occurring with a window popping up stating 'Core Sync has stopped working' more than once an hour, on both my laptop and desktop, both running Windows 7 64bit.I just spent over 40 minutes on the phone with adobe tech support, to finally be told to turn file sync off in the creative cloud app at some point, and then being instructed to sign out and sign back in to the CC app, whereupon I was told the issue was fixed. I asked if I could turn sync back on, and was told no, as the problem would recur. I asked then how I was supposed to use file sync then, and the tech simply disconnected. Shortly after this, the window popped up again though file sync was still paused. So spending this time has solved nothing, I still have this problem on both my computers, support simply bailed on me, and I'm paying $50/month for this...and the window just popped up again. How do I fix this other than simply turning the creative Cloud app off? I have looked through the forums some, but only seemed t
Creative cloud (version 2.1.0.108) is not syncing. The older version on my other mac is still working. On the Files tab there is just the loading animation. Any solutions?
Does Adobe offer an online file conversion service of various file types to .jpg? Wondering if such a service is available and what file types it supports.
there are 5 of us that share one folder in creative cloud. all 5 of us have our own CC accounts and share one folder in one of the file CC accounts. These files, from time to time disappear and we later find them (all 400 files) in the trash can on each of our desktops and in the CC's archive folder. Somehow, CC is deleting our files? Not sure how to resolve that. We all use Macs, some are the latest OS some are a little older.
I have a separate hard drive where I store everything. Can I put my creative cloud folder on it?
