Creative Cloud Services

Ive tried reinstalling creative cloud but this hasn't fixed the problem. Any ideas ?

I'm getting dozens of popups a day telling me assets unable to sync all files. I deleted all the downloads, all the folders (as far as I know) and I'm still getting these popups. Not sure why I get these after deleting my folder on the HD and on CC. How do I make this go away. PLEASE - I do not want to fix this "feature" so please don't tell me how to fix it. I want it gone forever so I never get another prompt regarding assets. There isn't a single piece of art available that I can't find online at stock sites.

Name of files that consist of diacritics aren't able to upload into Creative Cloud. Why? Solution? Thx.

After updating creative cloud last week my files won't sync. The message says Unable to load Sync Location. When I select Reload Sync Location nothing happens, no message, nothing.

Since I have updated CC to the latest version a couple of days ago, I find myself in a weird situationthe corporate PC works smoothlybut on the one at home, it's impossible to synchronize the assets from the creative cloud app itselfa pop appears showing "Error server creative cloud - Sync. interrupted"impossible to uninstall the CC app from the control panel of Windows without uninstalling the related appsAny suggestion on how I could restore the synchronization with the files in the cloud?thanks a lot

I have been synching files using Creative Cloud Connect for many months. During the past few weeks, I get the message "Some files failed to sync". When I click on "Learn more", it has 3 files there and all have the message "A virus was detected in filename . This file will not be uploaded". I scanned all three files with AVG and Malwarebytes (installed on my system) and both report that there is no virus in those files. I have tried to chat with support but I could not find any resolution with them. I believe that I never got to the right place. I was connected with 5 different people. At the end of the last discussion I spoke to Adobe Captivate support. It so happens that the files with that error are all Adobe Captivate files. But that support also concluded that they couldn't help. I could not find similar entries in the forums either. Did anyone else have this problem?    I appreciate any help.  Angela

Hi guys,I have been experiencing this problem with Adobe CC. It is not syncing on my iMac. I searched for solutions but to no avail. 1. Upon start up I get this error message. Clicking on Retry generated multiple blank Creative Cloud Files folders. Clicking the Restore button resulted in nothing. 2. Check my Asset Files status. Clicking on both buttons did nothing.3. Checked my Creative Cloud File Status and clicking Reload Sync Location also did nothing.Any help given is much appreciated. Thanks.

Your staff in Muse, asked me to put this question on Creative Cloud, as the Muse file does not sync:I have problem with Muse files when working at home with my laptop and when I open the files again at my work with my IM…Could you please help me?

Ho problemi con la sincronizzazione dei files.La attivo da Creative cloud, ma rimane sempre disattiva, come devo fare?

On the Cloud I have a total of 11.5 GB of space used in shared files (20 GB available) with a client but every time I try to share new files it says I'm using 100% of my space. I've cleared everything in the archived file so I don't understand why it still shows that I'm using 100% of my cloud storage, any suggestions?

The company I work for is switching us to new adobe creative cloud accounts, but we have a bunch of indesign CC libraries that we created because our team shares them across the cloud. But from what I am being told, there is no way to transfer these libraries to my new account because my old account is the "owner" and once that account is closed (which it will be soon) we loose all of the libraries. How is this possible? I thought the libraries are stored locally and just synced through the cloud, so why are they not transferable? This seems like a massive oversight that no info or settings are transferable across adobe accounts. I've moved jobs twice now and every time, I loose everything. Is adobe not aware that people are going to work fro more than one company their entire lives and businesses will loose employees with accounts that are tied to their files and workflow so they should make their accounts more transfer friendly so you don't have to loose all of your settings, info an

Since the 2015 update, all my files are not syncing and says we've used our quota even though we've only used 19GB of 100GB available. Also, my colleagues who use the same creative cloud folder can't see the same as me this is extremely frustrating and we've asked support twice with no resolution!

Just uploaded new 2015 Creative Cloud, and after many minutes/hours of downloading, and NO personal files, I get a message that I have over 2 Gb of files in Assets/Files. Why, when I have not uploaded a single file yet?

I'm logged into my account. When I try to download the CC App, I get the error message. I can view my files and when I click on "your apps and services" link, it takes me back to the download page. Page Not FoundWe can't find the page you're looking for. View your files or browse your apps and services.I searched the forum, but did not see this listed.

After the latest update of the CC can not I sync the files anymore

I have two macs running Adobe Creative Cloud services. However, when I save files to my creative cloud from either computer they are not available on the other computer when accessing the creative cloud . They don't sync instantly like Dropbox- which I am hoping to replace with Creative Cloud. Is there a solution? Again I am wanting to upload files from either computer to Creative Cloud and have them instantly available.Thank you,Dave

Hi all,as mentioned in the subject, about twenty minutes ago Creative Cloud automatically upgraded to version 2.1.0.108 but, from that time on, I am constantly having crash reports of Core Sync. I close the window, send the report to Adobe, and, after about a minute, another crash.I am working on a Mac Pro (end of 2013), CPU 3,7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5, 12 Gb RAM and MacOS X Yosemite 10.10.3.I really hope to solve this problem very soon 'cause it's really hard to be able to use the computer with this window constantly popping' up!Thanks.Best,Maurizio Mercuri

Hello Adobe,My desktop-app won't synchronize with the Cloud since two days. I already tried:– restarting computer– restarting desktop-app– log-off en log-on in desktop-app I am working in a team and we have a deadline coming close.I am working on a Mac with Yosemite.

Hey guys,I would like to transfer a creative cloud library between my adobe accounts, is there any way to do that? Thanks

Hi, everytime I try to synchronize the cloud with the creative cloud desktop client it stops and says "Creative Cloud Server-Error". I already uninstalled the client with the cleaner tool and reinstalled it. But no success at all. It is still not synchronizing because of the Server-Error. What to do next?

CC shows syncing, but then the files aren't there. Help!

Gang,I'm working on a project that has me using the Creative Cloud files to store the changes I make. I know I'm not using all of the features, but with my own personal account on two machines and my employers site license on the other, I end up using the browser version of Creative Cloud to upload and download files on my work computer. When I download a book file (.indb), Creative Cloud and my browser seem to get confused as to what kind of file it is. Creative Cloud asks me and doesn't have an option for InDesign Book. When it downloads, it downloads as a .octet-stream file. I later go to Finder and change the extension to indb and life is good.Is this a bug or a feature?Warren BIngham

I have had problems syncing Creative Cloud for some days now. It tries to sync, but then comes up with "Creative Cloud Server Error" and turns syncing off. It was working okay originally.I have completely deleted all of my files from the Adobe Creative Cloud folder (manually by logging on to my account) and also all of the files in the Archive folder and tried starting again. Yes, I've checked all of the files names and all of the other usual things we are told to do, but am fast coming to the conclusion that it's not worth the bother. Creative Cloud syncing is not a feature that I am prepared to trust my files to. Perhaps in a few months, when they've smoothed out the bugs.Anyone else with similar problems? And anyone found a solution?3.4 GHz Intel Core i7 iMac OS X 10.8.5 (12F37), 16GB RAM
