Basically I have had my creative cloud account for over a year and recently at work they just set me up with one. Can I keep both active on the same computer? My home laptop is sometimes used to do work so I would like to access files on either cloud drive as well as share program settings. Thanks in advance!
I am using a trial version of illustrator and have been working on a project for a week now and then today I went to open it up and the file shows up in recent files but says it is missing. I checked in my creative cloud files folder and it is no longer there. After opening illustrator again it no longer shows up in my recent files either. I am trying to get this file back since I was almost done. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any advice or ideas!

Can anyone help?Screen shots: And this clikcing "Learn More" shows me: which shows me nothing in particular. I just spoke to one of the "customer service" chaps and he couldn't helpe me. I am trying to get Adobe Exchange updates, and syncing my files. The CoreSync log has the following error:Migrator::CheckStormcloudConnection sErr=failed: when redirecting: Name in certificate '.assets.adobe.com' doesn't match server name 'assets.adobe.com'Thanks,Brian
Adobe Collab Sync unremittingly gives a "No Disk" error. What I can't understand is the disk it requests can, on my system, be only a removable flash drive. That aside, is there some means of turning off these error messages? They pop up almost every minute when Acrobat Pro is open.
I had a file which I deleted from my CC folder, but since then the CC server insists that it is still there, even though it isn't. I can't upload any file with that same filename, and I keep getting pestering messages informing me that this file cannot be synced even though there is nothing to sync. I have wiped every single thing from the CC folder and even gone so far as reinstalling my computer. Everything else and every other file works just fine, it's just this one filename that is particularly annoying. There's nothing to sync and nothing to delete! How do I get rid of this file off the CC server?
I just purchased a new laptop and downloaded adobe illustrator and adobe cc but now my files will not sync. It's almost as if its two seperate accounts but i use the exact same login and email as before. I also am unable to download the new creations from the new CPU to my mobile device as I could before. Can anyone assit me with this isse please? Thank you!

I have several files that loaded and took all my storage, how can I delete these files from creative cloud so that I can properly set it up
Hi All, Second time this has happened with an update to Creative Cloud Desktop App (Windows).Update completes correctly but then notice that file sync is going mad and is re-syncing everything but to the default location (usually user\username\ - in Win 8.1).Last time this occurred I seemed to get some loss of files.I've now let it re-sync everything to the default location and then resetting it to the previous location (where files are still present - but is on a different drive).Surprised to hear Support (Swati) hasn't heard this occur before but thought it worth putting it out there to both warn others and see if its just me!This was for definite with update 1.9.1.474 of Creative Cloud Desktop (And think it was with the previous mandatory release).Cheers,M
I am more than a little disappointed in the sharing options on Creative Cloud. Seeing as how this is a professional service, at a professional price, I expected more options than just Private and Public. I have a fair amount of work that I would like to share with clients and collaborators, but don't want to, and sometimes can't legally, put that up on the web publicly, especially in a form where anyone can right click on it, and save it as an image to their HDD. I can't be the only one with these concerns, can I? I had assumed from the beginning, that there would have to be features to allow access to only certain users, even if they had to be Creative Cloud users to take advantage of this, otherwise, how is it any different than just throwing it up on any old website? Even Google Drive or Dropbox offer me better sharing features as it stands right now. Are there future plans to make the sharing more targeted to professionals?
Some of my files are missing, what happened to them? I opened my folder and saw my files were updating, once it was 100% complete, some of my files weren't in my folders. What happened? How do I get them back????
They are just GONE --- and the one folder that remains has has an "!" on every sub-folder and file so they aren't syncing properly. WHERE ARE THEY? I really need to access these files through my finder and not through the website. Please help. I've tried turning off/on the sync, but nothing changes!!!
I've been using the web interface for viewing image assets. I am typically working with very "tall" images, which are comps of full-length webpages. Because they are so tall, they are often zoomed out quite far. If I click on the "full screen" expand icon, it doesn't really do anything of value - it still shows me the entire tall image. Is there any way, within the web interface, to zoom in on a particular section of a high-resolution image (specifically PNGs of JPEGs)? If I use the browser's native zoom function, it actually makes the images smaller.
I put files into my creative cloud folder yesterday from another location so I could back them up. Turned on my computer to work and they are all gone. Everything is gone. It's resyncing some of it, but I checked the Creative Cloud archive and all the files I moved are gone. My creative cloud has reverted back to yesterday before I placed those files there and I lost several months of work which I need for my clients!! Why is creative cloud deleting files from my computer without telling me and then resyncing everything? I love Adobe Products, but the creative cloud is a nightmare to work with. I lost so much work!
CC says it's re-syncing all 18 GB of my files back to my HDD. I'm on crappy wifi in southern Peru, and I can't access any of my work files for (CC estimates) 22 hours. I'm basically out of business for a day or more. How the hell can Adobe allow this to happen?
Hi, All my Creative Cloud files have been deleted off my Macbook.Interestingly enough, it was only the files inside the Creative Cloud folder, nothing else was touched. My main client folders are still viewable, but all content within are gone.YI can sync to the cloud and pull all my files, but I had been working without a internet and some files weren't synced. So i'm going to have to play catch up over the weekend. Im slightly annoyed that ONLY my CC folder was effected. Everything else was untouched. Has anyone had this issue? Is it related to CC's security? Some insight would be greatly appreciated. RegardsDominic
I have two files on the cloud: my Lightroom catalog and the accompanying previews file, and work between my desktop computer and laptop. I have not opened the LR Catalog file from the desktop since 3/10, but have been using in on my laptop continuously. After installing updates today, it asked me to log in to the Creative Cloud, which I did. When I look at my Creative Cloud folder, my two files had been replaced with the OLD version of the file from the desktop, last modified 3/10. The newest, current version which I have been working over the past month disappeared. None of the work I did on Lightroom, hours and hours, is showing up anymore. PLEASE help me find the newest version of my file!!!!Also: it does not show up on "Archived" files on my account. The last version archived was on 3/10. If the file I have been using for the past month never synced to the cloud, why was it replaced with an old version of the file?
Creative Cloud updated its self and deleted all the files from my desktop folder. I checked the CC app and it said my files are being syncronized and it will take three hours. I went to bed, hoping my files will be back in the morning but instead, CC seems to have deleted all my files again and started to sync them again. About 800 files were synced when I went to bed but only 200 were synced when I woke with an estimated sync time of seven hours. I do not feel I can trust CC to store my files after this. When (or if) I ever get my files synced, I will move them out of my CC folder.
Having to resync all my files once again due to the latest update with CC. Why does this happen with every update?
Just switching from CS4 & LR5 on Windowns desktops to CS+LR monthly subcription for Mac, with catalogues, files etc residing on external HDD (multi-location living; lots of travel). Anything I need to be particularly aware of, or beware of, before/during? Thanks a lot for suggestions, recommendations, tips, experiences. Best, Joachim
