Hi,Please respond, my Behance account has issues since 19th of March. Sent a message to this address <support@behancenetwork.zendesk.com> dozens of times.I will try to explain the exact problem. When press the like button it behaves normally but when you refresh it is unliked automatically. I googled everything and couldn’t find any related problem anywhere, I searched through forums, blogs and Adobe FAQ_s, but Nothing! I tried with Safari, but nothing changed, I deleted Chrome then reinstall it, I deleted all the extensions on Chrome, still nothing! I have nothing left to do! This is really frustrating that I’ve been trying to contact Behance Support for 4 days and I didn’t get any kind of help.<support@behancenetwork.zendesk.com>

I just got a brand new MacBook Pro and installed Adobe CC but for some reason I cannot relink or place anything in InDesign anymore. It does a spinning color wheel for a bit and then just does nothing. I've tried older versions of InDesign. Tried resetting the InDesign preferences. Tried alternate ways to relink or place. Still no luck. Any advice on how to fix this? It's really frustrating me.

I've created a website using Portfolio, and I'd like to include social media icons. It appears that I can either include them in the navigation bar, or in the footer. Unfortunately, when I click the option to include the icons in the navigation bar, the icons appear on a line below the nativation, rather than in the same line as the navigation bar. How can I fix this so that the icons appear in the same line? Ideally, I'd like the icons to appear alongside of the site Header, but I can't find a way to do this. Included below is an image of my site, and another image showing how I'd like the icons to appear.

Hi, All my version history for one of my cloud files has vanished. It had about a year of collaborative work which is not lost. I read several posts regarding this issue from the previous years and it seems there is no solution to it. Does anyone know if there is anyway to recover a file that you've been saving to creative cloud that suddenly dissapears? I have been working on a file for three hours and rountinley saving it to creative cloud but when I closed the document, I realized that the file hadn't been updating or saving any of the progress I had been making. I am extremely frustrated and dissapointed in the issues I have been experencing with creative cloud lately and if anyone could help me, it would be greaty appreciated. *screams*

Hey everyone- I am an illustrator who uses photoshop for work daily, i'd been storing my psds in the creative cloud without any issues until today. I opened up photoshop and it was having trouble synching, I restarted and logged back into my adobe ID to access photoshop (I usually dont have to do this), and then when I had successfully logged in, all my creative cloud files were gone except one. They are not in the deleted files section, my recycling bin, or the archive.I have tried uninstalling the CC and reinstalling, I have deleted duplicated CC folders, and I contacted adobe support over the phone, they were also unable to do anything.Let me know if theres anything I can do to get my files back.Spencer

Adobe has a history of treating the windows user disk as a gigantic trash with supposedly unlimited space. They don't have a strategy for space management and just pile up stuff on top of each others without a vision that would help users saving disk space properly. I only use Photoshop and Acrobat Reader and yet i have about 20Go on my disk just from Adobe, this is riddiculously high, no features could possibly justify that much space usage. I don't think Adobe is a good tech company, they accumulate technical debt and their developers seem to only focus on the surface features and not structure and refactoring.

Hello good people : )I have subscribed to CC since 2012 and have an active 'All Apps' plan.  Starting yesterday Illustrator 21.0.2  nor Muse 2018/2017 (Windows) will no longer open, but throw a "Renew Your Subscription" warning.  Why does this matter?  Illy 2017 is not only quick but can open one of my clients AutoCad files.  There are some archived Muse projects that need to be available for reference.  We each use our tools as needed, right?  I NEED these legacy apps back. How to fix this issue?Thanks for any feedback and have a glorious day!Jeffery 

after running out of memory in the cloud, I deleted some of the files that were there and showed that there was no space, I removed the folders to the desktop and returned to the cloud and everything was deleted Even after I increased the memory they were not restored to meAnd it shows that the folder is used for me 102 GB but it is almost empty I want to restore everything that was there 

Hi Folks, I have a QQ: When I sync my photos from LR to my Adobe Portfolio website, and have the images added to the collection in the RAW/DNG format does the file get uploaded as the RAW/DNG or a smaller version of that image file? So, if I go to my portfolio website, the images are uploaded in which format (source format or is there another format that portfolio site builder converts the RAW/DNG files to)? Question comes in from the security point of view, just in case someone tries to save or pull the image from my portfolio would it be watermarked or low-res file (only if they are able to do that) or it's not possible to download the images at all? Hoping to hear on this soon. Regards,Nick

Hallo ich habe das Problem das meine Creative Cloud nicht mehr korrekt lädt, wodurch ich Photoshop und Co nicht mehr installieren kann.Ausprobiert habe ich bisher: Deinstallation  aller Adobe Programme inkl Creative Cloud. Danach Neustart. Es konnt weiterhin die Meldung das das Laden zu lange dauert. Die Cloud erneut deinstalliert und danach alle Adobe Reste von Hand entfernt (Registry, Programme-Verzeichnis, Nutzer-Verzeichnis). Danach Neustart und neuinstallation. Hat auch nichts geholfen Was kann ich noch machen?  

i am having the same problem. i recently upgraded my creative cloud plan. the option outlined above does not work for me as the download fails when i attempt to download it to my desktop. any new solutions to this issue. 

i have a problem that I payed for a students plan subscription and added a wrong email during paymen t, now I cannot enter the account. What should I do or how should I fix it? 

Hi,I have different collections on my porfolio, each collection with different pages.When I click on the title of a collection I see page photos. The problem is that depending on the collection, the page photos can appear at the top of the page, or lower with a blank space.  I would like the page photos of each collection page to be shown at the same level/height when clicking on each collection. How can I do that? I have checked everywhere in the menus but cannot find any adjustment tool for this. I hope you can help me!Thanks in advance!

im going through hell right now my creative cloud in my finder is gone it had so many of my life's work in it all i did was moved into the trash and delete it, it was a finder titled with my zackthemanwithamind gmail on it i even opened it and it was empty and now this unknown folder wont go in the trash i dont know what it wants me to download  😭

Hi, i have a portfolio site connected to my domain using another Adobe account. This old account from my old company is now not accessible for me. I re-created my Portfolio site after the old account was shut down, but I cannot connect it to my (legally owned) domain, because it "is already connected to Adobe Portfolio web". Is it possible to recover my site to connect it to my current account?

Hi, I have read about Creative Cloud license I have a doubt. In web page it says that I could install in several devices and be logged in two of them at the same timeI have also found in the web page and speaking about general applications, that you can only use ONE app at the same time. It is logical, of course. But my question is about Creative Cloud, as it is a "pack of applications"  For example, could I use in one device ADOBE ACROBAT and at the same time PHOTOSHOP in the other device? Both with PHOTOSHOP of course not, but different apps ? Hope your answer, thanks. 

Hi! I'm creating a website on Adobe Portfolio, and I'm just onto creating the About Me page.  I would like there to be a transparent white background on the text on the right, just to make it a little easier to read against the background, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that. Surely there must be a way, right? 😄  Thanks! Joanna

Hi, everyone! I host large image files to send to my clients print them. Yesterday, I notice that, when downloading this images, they are with the greater dimension resized to 8192 pixels. Is this some setting or now exists this limit? Thanks in advance!

Assim como dropbox ou icloud? Como faço para adicionar esse atalho e salvar os trabalhos ali, onde automaticamente ficam armazenados na nuvem? Obrigado.

Unilateralmente a Adobe solta o comunicado que vai cancelar a sincronização de arquivos do Creative Cloud (Descontinuação dos arquivos sincronizados da Creative Cloud (adobe.com)), sem reembolso ou desconto para aqueles que utilizam e pagam pelo serviço. Agora, se você for lá e cancelar sua assinatura, você paga multa. Se a Adobe cancela não dá em nada.

I used to have a behance account. I recently purchased subscription of Adobe with 2nd email. But now when I want to log in to 1st email behance it is taking me to adobe id with a new behance portfolio. This is fraustrating!
