Creative Cloud Services

I had to use a colleagues account once and it automatically synced 200gb of files that I didn't want. I logged off his account and now apparently the files are hidden somewhere but its still taking up 200gb of space. I don't want to have to log in to his account again. How can I delete this stuff off my computer while making sure I'm not deleting anything remotely for him?

The contents of this folder can be synced (copied) to the user’s cloud storage via a process that runs on the local device. You can access those files locally on the device in a folder named Creative Cloud Files or through the Creative Cloud website within the Launch More menu (from the Synced files option).    Discontinuation of Synced Files: We would like to inform you that the Synced Files feature in Creative Cloud were discontinued. Starting February 1, 2024 (now extended through February 3, 2025), the Creative Cloud desktop synchronization service, folder, and the file-sharing capabilities

 This is my home page. I'd like to put two buttons, but since I can only put one button in each tab, I have to put the left button to the right and the right button to the left. This works for the desktop version.  But this becomes a problem in the mobile version like above. Any advice on what I should do to fix this?Thank you!

Bonjour,Après avoir modifié l'emplacement de mon dossier Creative Cloud Files, les fichiers ne présentent plus de petit icone indiquant si ils sont synchronisés ou non. De plus, il ne m'est plus possible de les partager via un clique droit.Quelqu’un saurait-il comment régler ce problème ?

Hello, wanted to have more understanding / look for options on this issue.We are encountering that the Files from our Creative Cloud Folder are taking up like 85% of the Storage in the C: Disk, making our storage to get very full super quick. My understanding is these are cloud services, is there any option or configuration for the CC Files to not take that space in the local disk? Kind of like in One Drive some files can be only stored in the cloud and not the actual local disk. I moved to a temporary laptop and many of my CC files can't synch because my storage full. Are there any workarounds? thank you!

My previous employer is requesting that I remove an image from this website https://cdn.myportfolio.com/ I have removed this image completely from my adobe portfolio webiste however for some reason the image is still being cached on the above website. I am very confused, how on earth did my ex-employer even find this website? It does not even work. They sent me a link to a webpage containing the image (not going to share it here). How do I go about removing this image completely? What even is this website https://cdn.myportfolio.com/? I know it is linked to my adobe portfolio website somehow

Lately I'm having some problemswith files in the Adobe Library. Some files (mostly .movs but not only) are greyed and can't be added to the project. When I put the curser over it it says "This item is not supported in premiere". But I have other files in the same formats, so the cause of the problem is kind of a mistery right now. I looked around and couldn't find anyone having this same problem, so I decided to ask myself. I'm using Premiere Version 24.3 (English) and After Effects Version 24.4 (English).Anybody?

Does Adobe have an auto-populate feature? For instance I want to create a yearly review form. Emplyee inputs there information and then chooses supervisor or staff from a drop down menu. If they choose supervisor it auto-populates questions based on their position, and vice versa for staff. Does it have this and if so how do I use it?

I recently bought a new laptop and it's saying that my laptop does not meet the requirements to run the software. I find this to be extremely unbelievable as I have ran adobe products on much older computers in the past month. I have attached the error message as well as my systems specs.**scam email address**

Hi, I find it impossible to link my Adobe Portfolio with Google Analytics, although I load the ID and it appears as connected, in Google Analytics tells me that data collection is not activated. Has anyone had the same problem and was able to solve it?

I have multiple libraries from different projects at school. Is there any way to group these libraries into a folder to separate them from personal projects? I don't want to delete them, but I don't want them mixed in with other personal projects I'm working on. All I can find is information on how to group assets within a library. I already know how to do this. I hope I don't have to set up one library for school and move everything into it.

Since a few days I have a huge problem with my libraries. Every time I change and save an asset, it won't show up in the library. It just dissapears and I only can see the "Adobe-Icon" (screenshot). And it is not available/present in my library-folder (c:/users/.........Myname/.... .... roaming.....). It's gone.  What I have done so far to solve the (urgent) problem: - reinstalled the complete software, used cc-cleaner, same problem. - Reinstalled the whole computer, same problem. - I left the company (cc for teams) and deleted my account. Made a new account, same problem. - Used a new (private) license with private account, same problem. - I joyned the company again, made a new account, same problem. Of course I took care of the rights in the admin console. - Reinstalled the computer again: Same problem. - Tried the CC-library-installation-programm, didn't help.  Finally:  I made a new account - again - and I left the co

Hello everyone, I have seperated from my employer recently and they very quickly disabled my work account, and my Adobe license was cancelled. I was prepared for this, for the most part, but I would still like access to ~50k photos I've taken in the last 2 years, most of which are backed up to Creative Cloud. Should IT choose not to help me in this endevour, is it still possible to access my old photos, presets, albums, etc. and get them migrated to a personal account? Lightroom does prompt me to pay for an account and sign in through that, but I'm worried my previous photos will be gone into the abyss.  Thank you.Max

I recently upgraded to a Team account. However, no matter which account I select in Adobe on my desktop (individual, prior account profile or new Team profile), I cannot see my scans as I could before that I took with my phone app, Adobe Scan. The scans are still on my phone, but nothing is showing on my desktop. Any ideas?

hola tengo errores en todos lados, no sincroniza las bibliotecas, no puedo acceder a mi plan, salta error constantemente que intente más tarde, no puedo entrar al firefly, dice que mi plan lo cubre, etc etcme podran por favor solucionar los inconvenientes que tengo ya que el débito se realiza perfecto? adjunto cada uno de los msjes y erroresgracias 

Hi everyone I am trying to remove Creative Cloud Files Folder shortcut to my finder favorites but every restart its coming back. Click on mouse right side and choosing remove from sidebar and its removed but every restart come back. Its really annoying. How to remove permanently?

When working in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator I will have full access to my libraries and I can see everything saved within each of them. Until - suddenly - images no longer load and I just get placeholder loading wheels turning and turning and turning. Sometimes I get the error "oops something went wrong", or even "creative cloud libraries failed to initialize" or "please log in to access your creative cloud libraries".I work on a Windows 10 Pro platform.I do not work through a proxy or firewall.I have done absolutely everything suggested.Adobe technical support also removed everything - as deep as my local machine registry - and did a fresh installation.Nothing helps.I do not have access to my libraries for as long as 30 minutes.PLEASE can someone out there tell me how to fix the issue of access disappearing.

Everytime I open Creative Cloud now, I get a window saying "Try our new AI blah-blah-blah" and the button says something like "Take me to this new service" The X to close it is cleverly hidden in a picture, so it's hard to find. I figured if I said no, 5 - 10 times, eventually it would go away. But it doesn't. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? It's an extra step in my process and as you can see, I never read these kinds of ads and announcements anyway, just hunt for the close button!

I tried different things - nothing works - they stay full bleed. I tried a different theme Ludwig and the same story. Cordial saludo.Al actualizar la aplicación Adobe Creative Cloud me sale el error 202, donde dice que posiblemente sea por falta de espacio en disco, pero aún tengo suficiente espacio disponible (370 Gb). Desinstalé la aplicación e intenté volver a instalar y me sigue sacando el error. Agradezco de antemano su ayuda.
