Hi Adobe,  My ability to send messages on Behance has been disabled for more than a week now. I have raised multiple support ticket, but I have heard no response. I have tried every possible way to contact you. This is really annoying since I have active clients messaging me for services. I am a Behance Pro member. What is the point of even paying the extra amount when you cannot even give proper support.  This is very frustrating!

I have searched both on here and Google but couldn't find anything that 100% matches. If I have a Portfolio built using my work account [so my work email address], which is an Adobe for Teams/business account - and I'm due to leave this job and sign up to my own personal CC subcription, using my personal gmail email - can I migrate the site to that new subscription/Adobe ID? Hopefully that's a strightforward question. I have read a few thing on the Adobe site and it mentions business to personal can be done, but that they ID's [or emails] have to be linked?! In my case, I want to migate from one subscription/account/ID to a totally independent one!! Thanks.

So i deactivated & removed the entire collection on mz old PC, and have installed the master collection cs6 on mz brand new windows 11 pro PC.Installed via the CDs fine except 2 MAJOR problems ...- During the installation, it starts to complain about PxHIpa64.sys (which you installed) and upon reboot it broke my pc. AKA wouldn´t boot into windows stuck in a windows repair loop!!!Took a few hours to get pc back up and running by renaming the file via safemode. - Now problem 2 I cannot access anything to do with adobe login on that pc. Which means I cannot validate the software. I´ve tried multiple browsers / cleared caches / disabled any blocking software and all fail when you try and access any part of the adobe auth services:Site cant be reached ERR_Address_Invalidetc... I´ve even tried to run the "offline version" of the auth tool, and guess what, it links online version, exactly the same as above. I can't change the default color when the page scrolls. Thanks!" **WORKAROUND BELOW**After choosing the MARTA theme, you 'll find you cannot edit the navigation text properties.I went to SITE WIDE > BACKGROUND, COLORS & FONTS > Choose DARK THEMEThen go back to SITE WIDE > NAVIGATION > PAGE TITLES > REGULAR (Drop Down Menu) > ROLL OVERAnd there you have it. I almost chose a different theme because I was so disappointed with this specific limitation.I hope this helps someone out there. 

Is there a way to add a full-width horizontal line between sections on a portfolio page? This seems like it should be one of the content options that appears with the "+" button but it is not. 

After migrating from an intel iMac to a new M1 iMac, I had the spinning/never loading fonts issue in the Font section of the Creative Cloud app. I tried using the web version of Adobe's font management to deactivate all fonts. (That didn't solve it, but I mention it in case it's part of the solution.) What eventually solved it was going and getting Adobe's Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.htmland removing old versions of Adobe programmes. (Turns out there were some remnants going as far back as Creative Suite 4!). I had the luxury of not worrying about losing older versions because they're still on the Intel iMac, but if you're wanting to keep more recent ones, you *may* only need to delete the much older versions.For instance, Illustrator 2021 is glacial on the Intel but 2020 is good, so I was mostly working in 2020, hoping that at some point 2021 would get an update that would make it less of a dog. Hi AdobeI need my replacement code to my subscription that your team canceled.I have called your customer support service 6 times and I am losing my patience as nobody has given me a certain solution. I have purchased your code for a 12 months creative cloud pro subscription which suddenly froze my account while I still had 333 days left. I have made 4 different multiple hour calls to 4 different generalists. The call durations averaged 3 hours each. They wouldn't give me the number to their higher ups or someone wha can fix my issue immediately. I cannot afford to waste even more time on my projects. They proposed the solution of ending the subscription with the condition of giving me a replacement code that would come to my email within 5-7 business davs. They put my account on a 7 day free trial as i wait for the code. Dear Adobe TeamI recently switched my licensing to AcademicSoftware through my education, and since then I’ve unfortunately lost access to the beta versions of your applications. Previously, I was able to use the betas for InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, and others. But with my new license/account/profile, all beta access has been removed.As I am working on an ARM-based laptop, having access to these betas is especially important for me.Would it be possible to restore my beta access under my new license? El 4 de octubre de 2021 inicié mi prueba gratuita de Adobe Spark (ahora parte de Adobe Creative Cloud Express) y lo utilicé sólo una vez porque no satisfacía mis requerimientos (no lo volví a usar después de que terminaron los días de prueba).Olvidé cancelar mi prueba gratuita antes de que terminaran los 14 días y el 18 de octude de 2021 me llegó un correo de que Adobe había hecho un cobro por $199 MXN a mi cuenta de PayPal. Ante esto inicié sesión en mi cuenta de Adobe para cancelar la suscripción pero no me lo permitió porque debía pagarla antes de hacer cualquier cambio o cancelación. Ahora me han enviado cobros por los 3 meses que han pasado cuando yo no he vuelto a utilizar ninguno de sus productos y a pesar de que en sus sitios web de ayuda dice que "después de 30 días de no hacer cambios en los datos de pago se suspenden los servicios automáticamente" y también a pesar de que en las opciones de administrar el plan de suscripción dice que "Si no haces nada, el plan se cancel

Tenho uma assinatura ativa, mas todos os meus aplicativos estão bloqueados como se a assinatura tivesse expirado. Já efetuei todos os procedimentos sugeridos pelo suporte automático, sugeridos pela comunidade e por pesquisas. Já instalei e desinstalei dezenas de vezes, executei comandos de reparação, etc. Cheguei até a cancelar a assinatura, mas ao tentar comprar novamente da divergência porque a assinatura antiga ainda está no período ativo. I've had no issues with my Internet at all so I don't know why that message keeps appearing when I tap the account tab. I have the Firefly app and I've had no problem generating videos or images. I'm just curious as to why it says I'm offline.

Leider lassen sich keine weiteren Alpha-Movs hinzufügen. Sie laden kurz und verschwinden dann einfach und sind nicht in der Library enthalten. Hi, I recently formatted my PC without first deactivating my licence for Photoshop CS6. Now, when I try to activate it, I receive an error message stating that the licence is already in use on two computers. Could you please reset the devices associated with the licence? The licence key is listed in my account (same email address as in the forum). I am aware that there is no longer any support for the old CS6 version; I just need the licence reset. Thanks in advanceBest regards

So often when seeking Adobe support, I get the following message, asking me to nominate my location, sometimes twice in a session.  Adobe knows where I am.  Why doesn't it default to my location?"This Adobe site doesn't match your location.Based on your location, we think you may prefer the Australia website, where you'll get regional content, offerings, and pricing."

I've been trying to update the fromEmail and replyEmail for a large number of emails within our Marketo Marketing Activities, but even though I get a success response the two fields never get updated. Does anyone know if there's something I should be looking out for? I double-checked my API users permissions, I tried the quirky stuff like testing on a net new email vs a newly cloned email. Nothing appears to be working. I've successfully changed the names of the assets, but this was just as a test to see if it would work. I'm totally stumped on why these fields won't update.  I'm referencing this doc that says it's possible to do this, https://developer.adobe.com/marketo-apis/api/asset/#operation/getEmailContentByIdUsingGET. 

I am attempting to share image photo folders and  files with a client. I uploaded image files into my FILES folder. I created a new PROJECT folder. Within the PROJECT folder, I created a new client PROJECT. I then uploaded image files into individual folders within te PROJECT. I shared each of these (7) seven folders with my client. My client reports that they can only see or view four (4) of the folders. Adobe tech support can not offer any help on this.

I was using my app just fine earlier. Now its saying everything is premium. Okay what ever i go to pay first it says 4.99 then jumps to 7.99 and when I click the monthly it wont  do anything please help asap!!!

I’ve been facing this problem for months and Adobe still hasn’t done anything about it. Whenever I try to reset my Adobe password, the OTP SMS doesn’t come from an official Adobe source. It comes from random scam-looking numbers on what's App. Even if I block one, the next OTP comes from another unknown number.This is very serious concern regarding privacy and safety concern because most people won’t think twice — they request a code, they get one, and they type it in. But those scam codes can lead straight into phishing,  data leaks, or even losing  bank info without realizing where it started.I’ve reported this to Adobe support many times and even today to look into it seriously, but they don’t take it seriously. Most of the support seems outsourced and nothing actually gets fixed or taken very seriously. I was playing around with my settings, just trying to figure out which setting did what, and now I'm stuck with my navigation panel behind my work! As a job seeker, I can't afford to have a mistake like that on my portfolio - it won't go back to normal, and I certainly can't publish it like that. I believe I am using the Rose template. PLEASE HELP! I don't want to start over on Wix or Weebly, but I may have to!

Will it still be possible to use Creative Cloud with Windows 10 after Microsoft discontinues support on 14 October 2025? Will programme updates still be available?

This should be in the Creative Cloud Desktop Forum, sorry for posting in the wrong one.   Recently my Creative Cloud is not able to update and shows error 146. I can update my apps and even the desktop app updated because I have all the new icons and navigation (Quick Actions etc.). I also tried the repair tool but that did not help.   I run older versions so I really don’t want to uninstall everything to being able to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Any tipps? I’m on a MacBook Pro 2018 with an 2,9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9, 32GB RAM.   Where can I find the log file on the mac so I can see which directory is affected? There is no error summary in the alert pop up.

Posting here becasue I'm tired of Adobe doing nothing about it, refusing to warn users, and making the answer a nightmare to get.We have been reciveing calls claiming to be from Adobe in regaurds to a team member activating a trial of Substance 3D - after getting tossed around from support person to support person, it seems like the answer from Adobe is "yeah, thats probably a scam" - PROBABLY? Why in the word does it take 4 different support techs to look at a phone number and say its probably a scam? So I'm posting here in the hopes I can save one person the 45m I spent trying to work with support.If you get a voicemail from (408) 675-3202, it's a scam. Check that you don't have unusal activity on your account, and then disreard it.
