Bonjour dans un monde de plus en plus absurde , adobe a crée un standart .ACSM pour les livres éléctroniques . le service client vient de me dire que le produit n'est plus mise a jour , je suis sur mac sequoia et ADE plante a chaque fois et je ne plus telecharger mes livres . Que va t'il se passer si plus personne ne peut utiliser ce logiciel alors qu'on utilise encore .ACSM ? merci et bonne journée

I lost the access to my ebooks because I stopped working with UPC. For this reason they closed my hispeed email address. Can someone help my to get access to my books again?

I recently downloaded Digital Editions to read DRM protected ePubs. Although I was able to create an account with Adobe, and I am also able to log in to that account using Adobe’s website. However, when I try to Authorize my device using Adobe Digital Editions, I get the error message [E_AUTH_INVALID_KEY_DATA] and authorization fails. I would like to know that what exactly am I doing wrong that is causing the authorization process to fail? I would greatly appreciate any help in this regard. Irfan. Adobe Digital Editions​

I can't authorize my current laptop without deauthorizing my old one, eventhough that is reset to factory settings if I remember correctly.How can I de-authorize my ADE on a different device?

Hello All,I bought an eBook from HPE and installed Adobe Digital Edition in November 2024. Unfortunately my laptop was stolen, and now that I have installed the application again, it does not allow me to open the file, and I have no way to open a ticket in Adobe. What can I do? Image attached

I was using adobe editions authorised without an ID when I created an account and authorised adobe editions with that. I was unable to open any of the books i already had downloaded. It says that the book needs to be opened by a vendor ID when I type n my abode id and password it says. " The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again." I have tried erasing the authorisation and trying but it the same thing happens. Please help as i am going insane.

Hello everyoneI prepare epub in InDesign CC 2019. The document is exported in two ways:1. I don't split document. Chapters' titles are exported with "page-break-before:always" property. It's accepted by iBooks and Calibre (new chapter begins at the top of its page) but not by Adobe Digital Editions (chapters' titles are shown there where previous paragraph ends. Sometimes at the very bottom of the page). The document looks awful in Adobe Digital Editions.  2. I split document by chapters' titles. It's also accepted by iBooks and Calibre but there is a blank page before every chapter. In Adobe Digital Editions the document  is shown well but the navigation is broken. I can skip pages with keyboard arrows but when I come to the next part, program doesn't allow me to do this. I have to click on page with mouse and then I can use keyboard arrows again. It's very bad situation also when I have some images treated as a new part of the book. It's very uncomfortable for readers.Does

I installed Adobe digital editions 4.5.11. No matter what I do it does not turn pages!!!

Has anyone found a fix for Adobe Digital Editions not turning pages? I have to go back to the Library and click READ everytime I want to turn a page, 

Whenver I attempt to install digital editions, my computer crashes. I am running IE7 on Windows XP. Are there any other users who have a similar experience, and if so, how did you resolve this problem? Sam

I tried o follow adobe instructions but the site doesn't let me--just circles around & back to beginning.  I got Installer into a Download list but nothing happens.  At 1 point instructions say to "run" Installer--how do I do this?  I was told to file a sample ebook, but can't find this on my file.   I have Macbook pro  Sonoma 14.7.2 & my Apple /app store doesn't have ADE foe this version.

Hola!Tengo un lector antiguo (BQ Cervantes, el primero que salió) pero en teoria tiene capacidad para leer DRM. De hecho, tengo Adobe Dgital Editions, me reconoce el lector, y lo he usado con otros archivos de una biblioteca pública (ebooks protegidos con DRM) sin problemas. Pues acabo de comprarme un ebook (epub con DRM) y cuando lo intento abrir en mi lector tras haberlo enviado con ADE, el lector se me reinicia.... (se reinicia cuando abro la carpeta donde lo tengo metido, el resto de carpetas me deja abrirlas, y si lo cambio de carpeta pasa lo mismo con la carpeta nueva...)Puedo abrir el archivo con ADE desde mi ordenador sin problemas, tanto desde la memoria de mi ordenador como desde la memoria de mi lector a través del ordenador cuando los tengo conectados. Alguien sabe qué está pasando??

What does message code mean, and what am I supposed to do?Licens server communication problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TOO_SHORT

I just installed Adobe Digital Editions, and it wants me to authorize my computer using my Adobe ID and password. While I do have an Adobe ID, I do not have a password. When I try to log in to Adobe, I get redirected to my institution's central authentication service, meaning I log in to Adobe through my institution. I never created a password, and it's not possible to change or find a password for my account. My institution does not support Adobe Digital Editions, so they can't help me on this problem. How should I proceed?

Hi, I’m encountering an issue with downloading the .acsm file . The error message says: "Unable todownload Error getting License Server Communication Problem." I have Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 installed and authorized with my Adobe ID. My device runs on windows 11/Android. I’ve tried redownloading the file and checked all settings. Could you assist me in resolving this? If this doesn't resolve the issue, let me know, and we can explore alternatives!

I have the ebook on my computer, but am not able to access the book on my ipad. I have tried deauthorizing my account mulitple times and nothing. I can see the book on my computer. I just need it on my ipad. 

I can't transfer books that have DRM because ADE doesn't recognise that a reader is connected.I can drag and drop files, because the Mac sees it, but can't open the books because they haven't gone via ADE.

I have a Pocketbook eReader and I am trying to connect to Adobe DRM. Ich würde das Programm gerne auf meinem neuen MacBook verwenden. Über das aktuelle, neue MacBook wurde das Programm nocht nicht verwendet und auf dem alten MacBook ist die Deautorisierung erfolgt.Bei einer Deautorisierung über meinen neuen MacBook erfolgt die Fehlermeldung "Authorisierung kann nicht gelöscht werden. Versuchen Sie es später erneut." Die häufig genannte Lösung: Ordner Application Support > Adobe > Digital Editions öffnen und die Datei activation.dat löschen funktionerte nicht, da die Datei nicht exisiert und auch nicht über den Finder zu finden ist. Das Programm zu deinstallieren und neu zu intallieren hat ebenfalls nichts gebracht. Vielleicht hat jemand noch einen weiteren Lösungsweg für die Deauthorisierung.

I'm using Kobo and Google Plays Books.They use Adobe Digital Editions as a DRM service.And now both of my Adobe Digital Editions IDs (one is self adobe id, and one is from PocketBook which is an e-book reader app) cannot log in to authorize any new device.It tells "Your account has exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed."Please help me to reset it.

Hola. Compré un libro en Bajalibros, que aunque ya no trabaja con Adobe, aún permite leer los libros con adobe Digital. Necesito quitar la autorización de Bajalibros para incorporar la de google y poder leer los libros de google play con adobe digital, pero no recuerdo la contraseña que usaba en Bajalibros. ¿qué puedo hacer?
