Hello, I created a file through InDesign and I am at 8 days (1 day past the free trial). However, InDesign said, do you want to open it one more time? I clicked yes and it opened, but I could not open the file (nothing happened). Any ideas or do I have to buy Indesign (I don't really need it right now, but might in the future). Thanks! -- Ray

I am running into this issue. I have a serial number for Lightroom 6 that was purchased as an upgrade from 4. I am trying to reinstall 6 and the installer prompts me for the serial number from version 4, which I no longer have any record of since I bought the old version boxed many years ago and never considered I might need the serial again after I upgraded to the newer version. How can I reinstall 6 without providing the number for the old version?

Hello everyone, I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2010 and Im trying to install creative cloud desktop app. I keep getting an error code 4 when installing. Ive tried using the cleanup tool, restarted my computer afterwards. Turned off my firewall. I went to my system preferences and turned on to allow apps to be downloaded anywhere. I don't use the same download file incase its corrupted. I throw it in the trash can and empty it. I went to my utility folder and delete any adobe folders remaining and do the same.  I cant find what an error code 4 means when I google it. Im at my wits end. What are my options?

Hi, We want to reactivate the Design and Web Premium CS6 license on the new machine. The licenses were used on the old machines, but we are not using them anymore.I tried the offline mode, and it told me that you have reached the limit. When I tried again, it told me the serial number and the request code were not invalid.I tried contacting support, but they told me chat and phone support were not available for this product.Please help us activate the product on the new machine.

I would like to keep my old PhotoShop CS5 on my computer but want to keep my Creative Cloud Apps updated and current without all the extra files. So just double-checking that if I leave the box checked it will NOT delete my CS5 Photoshop install. See screenshot.  CS5 doesn't need Creative Cloud but you never know.  Thanks! 

Years ago I bought a new MAC desktop computer from Apple with an installed PhotoShop CS5.  I've been using it for years. I have now bought I higher end windows laptop and Adobe is saying the registration # on my MAC version of the software is invalid and won't even help .. of course their suggestion is to sign up for the monthly subscription  but I don't use it enough. I want to keep using CS5 as it is what I'm use to using. Am I snookered ... hopefully someone here can help. Thanks.

Hi! I bought a used copy of CS4 on eBay (dangerous I know!) -- I thought it was a proper program, but turns out its just an upgrade. BUT -- I have CS2 on my system already, and so, when I try and install, and I enter my PS CS2 serial code as proof it says "serial number not valid"I know Adobe stopped supporting this a LONG time ago -- but is there any help/work-around so I can make this work?Thanks!

Salve, ho installato alcuni anni fa Photoshop Elements 14 su un secondo PC che ora non è più funzionante. Installando sul nuovo PC mi viene segnalato che il codice non è più utilizzabile per raggiunto limite di installazioni (2 è il limite?). Come posso cancellare la vecchia registrazione per installarlo sul nuovo pc?

In Pratica mi dite di formattare i tre Mac che ho a casa, un iMac e due MacBook Pro, ovviamente perfettamente funzionanti con ducumenti ed app, perché ad Adobe non piace la formattazione APFS with case sensitive?Mi dispiace, ma Adobe perde un cliente!Non è accettabile... devono risolvere immediatamente, subito, ora questo problema... si paga un abbonamento salato mensile o annuale... e vogliamo la risoluzione!

So Adobe please explain to me why your extrremely expensive software doesnt allow me to install it exactly where I need it ? I literally cant install in one directory it always shares files with the main drive which is just lazy coding. I need everything to stay on one drive not two so WHY??????????????????????????????????????

Hi, Adobe CS6 is EOL? I found a lot of information about End-Of-Life Photoshop CS6, but not about other programs included in CS6. Best regards 

I'm the admin for an organization and four employees reported their Acrobat Pro no longer works. It asks them to log in and enter a serial number, but then it says the serial number is invalid or already in use. The serial numbers are the same ones they used when they set up their subscriptions the first time, and the subscriptions are all paid until November 30th. Any suggestions?

I've been a Creative Cloud customer from the start, and bought the products before CC existed.  I still run CS6 on an older laptop, but the update (via CC) has always failed.  I can not find any way on the Adobe website to submit the details from the install log, so I'm copying the relevant parts here because it's the only wat I can see to send it to the Abobe website.  If this is inappropriate, please direct me to a better point of contact:WARN: ERROR invalid xml file path. The creative cloud login page is in an endless loop of reloading, and I can't login no matter what I do. (watch the video linked) It's very frustrating and I feel like I'm getting cheated of my money. Please help.

I'm using Adobe Creative Cloud to update my Adobe software. Updating Lightroom Classic CC worked fine but trying to update Photoshop or Adobe RAW I got the message to  close Adobe Photoshop CC 2018. But this program is not active. I looked in the task manager from Wondows 10 but it was not there. Strating and closing Adobe Photoshop CC alsdo did not work. Can someone help me?Jack Duijf

Hello! I'm a new user on Adobe.I registered for the first time and created an account here. After installing the programs, when I go there, I get the following error-"You may have limited access to Adobe apps or services".I followed the link, downloaded the Repair Tool, but it showed 0 errors repaired. So nothing has changed. Please advise me what to do to fix this error.
