Hi ya. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 is not activating after doing a clean Windows 11 Pro install on a new SSD on same laptop. Almost 3 years ago, Adobe chat had to increase the number of uses due to a new motherboard. I assume that is why I am having problems again. I get an error message the next time I launch the app after entering the serial number stating there is only a 7 day trial. So, it does not seem to me to be accepting my serial number any longer. The chat option is no longer available to reach Adobe. The Community is the only option. How do I resolve this with Adobe? Thank you all for the help.

My company and I have used the same license keys for many years now, but ive recently lost access to one, as it had been activated on two previous devices and we failed to deactivate the product before decomissioning and losing access to the device. Due to this, we have reached the product limit, with no way to deactivate the license keys.I need to regain access to the license.I am unable to find the product on my account, as it has been passed through a few accounts within the company and we are unsure which one it could be under currently

I have a problem regarding BRIDGE and PHOTOSHOPE i can't install the program - there is an error - BRIDGE= " a color managment has occured error code 1734700576 " - PHOTOSHOP = "il file delle impostazioni colore contieme impostazioni non supportate da questa versione di photoshop in uso su questo sistema . le impostazioni non supportate verranno sostituite dai valori predefiniti" - it's impossible to open program - and also I have installed old version but nothing to do ... can you help me? 

Hello, I haven't been able to update my Acrobat for about two weeks. I keep getting this error message (see screenshot):Unable to connect to the Adobe update server. Check that you are connected to the internet and try again.Error: 105 I've tried everything, like using the Adobe Limited Access Repair Tool, resetting the hosts file, and disabling the Mac Firewall.NOTHING, absolutely nothing, this window keeps popping up. Yesterday I completely reinstalled another Mac. And here, too, I can't update Acrobat. This window pops up. Yes, I have internet, otherwise I wouldn't be able to publish this article. What is this? It only affects Acrobat. I can update all the other apps. ThanksJoerg

Hallo Community,ich bin am verzweifeln. Bis gerade eben habe ich an einer Illustration gearbeitet, dann hat sich das Programm geschlossen. Jetzt geht weder die Creative Cloud App auf, noch kann ich Illustrator öffnen. Ich bin korrekt angemeldet, mein Abo ist bezahlt. Im Taskmanager dümpeln zig Prozesse für diese Programme rum, die aber zu nix führen. Auch wenn ich sie alle beende, gehen die Anwendungen nicht auf.Über die Website komme ich in die CC, aber auch von dort aus lässt sich Illustrator nicht öffnen.Was mich irritierte war, dass ich mich heute komplett neu anmelden musste, als ich Adobe geöffnet habe. Also alles neu eingeben - Autofill hat nicht funktioniert. Ich hoffe, dass ich mir da nicht irgendeine Zecke eingehandelt habe, die meinen Zugang geklaut hat.Viele GrüßeIlka

Hi everyone, Is it impossible to speak to anyone at Adobe? Is it all just community forums now? Situation is this. I treated myself to a brand new high-end laptop. Spent hours copying files, installing software and logging into accounts. I deactivated CS6 from my old machine to install on this. Machine asked me if it could restart, I gave it what it wanted and now it won't boot into Windows. It's proper stuffed. I am going to call Lenovo support tomorrow (they're closed now) and figure out my options. Hopefully we can fix it so it boots and everything is great, or I get a new machine, in which case I will have to install everything again. If I do get a new unit (or even factory reset this), I won't be able to deactivate the licence from this machine. Surely there's a way for Adobe to help out and deactivate. I don't use Adobe software enough to need a CC sub.

I am a regulat Lightroom  Classic user on Windows and have recently moved to a new computer so was downloading Lightroom Classic installation app from the internet. A crdownload type file appeared in downloads but did not open when clicked. It did offer me a choice of potential apps to use for opening: Notepad, Windows media or Word but they all just showed gibberish. Does antyone know how i get out of this situation?

I can't seem to find a way to install Creative Cloud itself on an external drive, and when I try to change the default location for installing apps, I get a notice that "UNABLE TO INSTALL AT THIS LOCATION." Why? I see so many posts talking about how this can be done but why not on my Mac Sonoma system wtih an external drive?

Hi everyone,I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 2020) back in 2021 with a license for three devices. I installed it on three laptops, but two of those machines are no longer in service. When I attempted to install the software on new laptops, I received an error stating that I had exceeded my license limit.I contacted Adobe Support to explain the situation and requested a reset of my license count. Unfortunately, the support representative informed me that they couldn’t reset the licenses and insisted I purchase a new subscription. I find it quite surprising—and frankly disappointing—that a company like Adobe doesn’t offer a way to reassign licenses from decommissioned devices.After spending over an hour on the phone, I’m still stuck: I own valid licenses, but I can’t use them.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Just clean installed Mac OS to external drive, Installed the CC desktop app and installed PS ACR & Bridge. Trying to install PS Beta, but it isn't there ! I go to Apps - All Apps No Beta !

I now use LrC  v 14.5.1 on my Win 11. laptop. The Lr Desktop v 5 and need to uninstall since it is interfering with the Sync process to Creative Cloud. I have not been able to see how to uninstall from my Computer. I do not need to install Lr Desktop on my Win Laptop.

When trying to update Creative Cloud Apps it works for most of them except Audition, After Effects and Media Encoder. I get an Error Code 108 claiming "other instances of creative cloud running" which is not the case.What is the solution to this problem?(I already checked all permissions)

I purchased Adobe Illustrator CC, and when I try to install it, it tells me that it is not compatible with macOS 10.15.7.I tried to follow the steps to install an earlier version (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/install-previous-versions-creative-cloud-apps.html), but I don't see the option to choose “older version” (print).What can I do?

Hello, I worked for a big company and used the newest Adobe Programs. Now I am retired and I can't use them anymore. I have an original Adobe Creative Suite 6-package, but I don't succeed in installing it on my pc. While my account is open in Adobe, After 2% installing, I get the message 'Installation failed.I also download the package 'Design and web' from the Adobe-page. After unpacking, I tried to install as an administrator. After 2% I get the same message 'Installation failed'. What can I do to installe it whitout Problems 🙂Picture is in Dutch  Sorry for my bad English.

Hi All, I have downloaded from my account the exe and 7z file however I ger an error stating 'the file archive part of Adobe CS6 Master Collection is missing. You need all parts in the same folder to extract Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Please download all files (2) to a folder in C drive program filesMy computer runs on Windows 10 64bit so I enabled 32 software. Do you have any suggestions for me? I have wasted hours on this! Thank you for your help.

I have two older products that I purchased a number of years ago: Adobe CS5 (of which I only use Photoshop) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have serial numbers for both. I bought them when I was working as a teacher. To get education pricing, I had to register them with my school email address. I have retired, so I no longer have access to that address. My PC is at the end of its life, I just bought a new machine and want to download my products to it. It seems to me that I just need to associate the download links with my new email address, so I contacted Adobe support via chat. Their final answer was “I have checked but the Acrobat Professional and Adobe Design Premium is a perpetual plan which has been discontinued and Adobe no longer supports the perpetual plan anymore. In this case, it would not be possible to transfer the license to a new system but you can still use it from the device it is activated with. Please reach out to community.adobe.com for further assistance with the perpetua

I have Photoshop 26.10 installed in the recent automatic update menu. However, I still have Photoshop 25.12.4. How can I fix it to 26.10? OS Windows 11.Thanks for the info !

I have a new macbook pro and I want to install Lightroom classic on it. I already have it on my desktop and I am paying for it. I cannot seem to find the answer anywhere on Adobe's website. 

So I tried backing some projects up to CC through Premiere Pro; however, it wouldn't let me as the options were greyed out. I went and checked and saw that the CC needed an update, but when updating it I received Error Code 192. I tried uninstalling multiple time, but it would still give me the same thing after each reinstall and repair.
