I needed to reinstall Design Suite CS 5.5 so I downloaded it but the installation halts wanting the installation CD! Help!

Terriblecustomer support. Impossible to locate a phone number to get much needed help from  human!!. Yet I continue to get billed!!!

I have purchased the Teacher edition of Creative Cloud from Amazon. I have been sent a product code to enter in order to activate it but it keeps saying that the code is invalid. I have contacted Amazon and they said I need to contact Adobe. I have been through the Adobe support pages and have checked the code is correct and I keep getting the same message about the code being invalid. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm not sure is this on right place at this forum but for some reason I can't install Creative Cloud at all on my computer.My computer is MacBook Air M1 with newest OS.When I download installer here:https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/download/creative-cloud?locale=en But when I click to stat it it doesn't do anything. I can see it on activity monitori but it just stayes there and nothing happens. Sometimes it get "Not responding" and sometimes doesn't.I have tried to run at creativecloud cleaning app but it doesn't do anything and only tells me that there is something to fix on my hosts file but it can't do anything and when I check my hosts file it looks normal.I have rebooted my computer few times and I tried to run cleaning with OnyX too but nothing has changed. I have tried to delete files from cache and library etc. but no change. 

Hello sir If we buy Adobe Creative Cloud Monthly version then whether it will work in windows 10 un genuine OS or not....?         

Esto afecta mi trabajo el cual estoy haciendo inutilmente, que puedo hacer para arreglar esto ya que mi trabajo ya es muy lento y aveces tengo que reiniciar la lap para proseguir igualmente econ photoshopy lightroom , cuando no se activa la aplicación todo se vuelve interminable

Le disque dur principal ( C: ) est un SSD de faible capacité.J'aimerai pouvoir installer Adobe CC, Lightroom et Photoshop sur mon autre disque dur mais malheureusement je n'y arrive pas.J'ai lu plusieurs topic de solutions proposées mais aucune ne fonctionne.Etant donne que ce que je veux installer me prends trop de place, je me retrouve avec un PC qui ne me sert à rien car je ne peux pas l'utiliser.J'espère que vous pourrez me proposer des solutions viables pour pouvoir installer ce que je dois ailleurs que sur C:par avance merci.

Hello, I have had to install Windows 11 anew to make my computer compatible with the TPM 2.00 standard. Fortunately, all my personal files are stored in a separate drive so I have no problem with loss of data. I have, however, to reinstall all my programs on the system drive. Photoshop Elements is giving me trouble. I installed it afresh into C:\ProgramFiles from my copy of the 2021 installation file in Drive D. There is no entry in Control panel>Programs and features for Photoshop, so no program to remove. I have checked in both drives and deleted any remaining files connected to Photoshop. Yet when I install Photoshop Elements 2021 again I receive the message that a previous copy has been found ! In case my installation file: PhotoshopElements_2021_LS30_win64.exe may have been corrupted, I downloaded the file again from my Adobe Products page. And attempted to install with the new file. No success with the same error message. Control panel shows no program inst

For reasons complex enough that I won't go into them here, I have need to continue using CS6 alongside the newer Creative Cloud applications. This has worked fine up until now, despite it limiting me to Mojave, until in the last month the application manager kept requiring me to log in every time one of the applications was launched – no problem until suddenly I was told that my 'trial' period was up.  The application manager simply loops around prompts (see attached screen image file).I took instruction via email with Adobe to uninstall and re-install both CS6 (in trial mode) completely and the Application Manager, suggesting that I then launch a CS6 application in trial mode and re-enter serial number, assuring me this should work – unfortunately it doesn't, and I still am unable to access the software, and without any options to re-enter serial numbers.Does any one recognise what is going wrong here, and have any solutions?Cheers, Bruce

When I try to update on my C Drive (with app installed on my D Drive except windows I get errors that I do not have enough disk space to update. I have clean all files remove everythng excepting the OS and Adobe Products. I ahve 5GB of space and that appears to not be enough to run a simplae update. Is there a way to tell CC tp use a different drive  

I'm from Brazil and I going to do a trip to Europe. I have an annual subscription, and I'm going to install some programs on a 2nd machine (macbook).Am I going to have some trouble to use the programs there? Something like a license restriction or something?Thanks in a advance!

What happens when you’re on the student discount and graduate in the middle of that 1 year? (eg get student discount in January then graduate that same June) Also saw that the subscription automatically renews itself. What happens when the university email goes away/gets deleted? Will the subscription keep charging me, or will it know to stop? Will there be a way to log in and make it stop if the email has been deleted from the school system?

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this...   I have a retail copy of CS3 master collection, bought some 4 or 5 years ago. It is installed and activated on my main PC, and has also been installed and used on a now-deceased laptop.   I'm building a new laptop now, and have installed the bits of the suite that I need - but I can't activate them. When I try internet activation, I get told that the software has reached it's activation limit. There is no option in the installed copy on my desktop to deactivate, and the previous laptop is dead.   I've just spent 45 completely fruitless minutes on a "help" chat, and gone round in a loop of "your serial number is invalid", "talk to the reseller you purchased from", "your serial number is invalid"...   I apparently have two adobe accounts (business and personal), and can log in to both of them, but the CS3 software doesn't appear in either, and I can't add it. I got a refurb MacBook Pro about a month ago & installed High Sierra. Installed Adobe Creative Cloud on Feb 18. Since then, Adobe folders have been magically created in several locations, and they have been multiplying into totally random areas: In a /Users/Shared/xxx/xxx/ folder containing some business documents, there is now an Adobe folder with two subfolders: SLCache and SLStore. The SLCache folder is empty; the SLStore folder has an Adobe01.bmp file. Under /Applications/Adobe Bridge 2018 there is an Adobe folder with 4 subfolders: Adobe PCD, AdobeGCClient, SLCache, & SLStore. Seems normal. But there is an identical folder structure under /Users/donna/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Donovan. These files are dated March 8, 2018, so they're a fairly new addition. There is another Adobe folder like #2 under Users/donna/Dropbox. At the root of my internal drive there are three folders: /Adobe (with an AdobeGCClient subfolder), /AdobeGCClient (empty), and /SLStore (with Adobe01.bmp).

When I wanna install CS6 Matster Coll. I'm asked to verify my lisence no., but when doing so I'm met with a statement that the computer is not connected to the internet and all I get access to is a 7 day trial period - why? And how do I get around this silly situation? Does anybody know? Thanks in advance. 🙂 

I got a yearly plan recently (already fully paid for the next 12 months) and it's been fine on all my devices (iPad and macbook air).Today I can't do any editing on my iPad because it says I need to upgrade to premium but it continues to work fine on the macbook.I've signed out of my creative cloud and signed back in, same thing. I only use one account so there's no chance of a mix-up anyway.The adobe apps are all up to date.I'm not sure what to try next to be honest , are there any issues with Adobe servers ?My plan :Creative Cloud All Apps 100GBGet 20+ creative apps including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro with 100GB of storage
