Não consigo fazer download da creative cloud pois a pagina esta constantemente a actualizar e nao me deixa sequer colocar as credenciais

I accidentally cancelled my student plan and was charged. I did not intend to cancel the subscription and I use the software often. Is there an ability to reverse this?

Hi, i recently moved from Lightroom from the app store to adobe directly as the deal with photoshop is better. I got rid of lightroom from my desktop and went to download the creative cloud. I kept getting the standard error message so i uninstalled a tried again. This time, the app got to 22% and got stuck. So i got rid of everything and tried again. Now when i install the creative cloud it goes from 5% straight to 100, closes the installation tool and says it will open the creative cloud, however it doesnt and there is no creative cloud in my apps. Losing the will to live with it ive been at it hours please help

Hola que tal, tengo una Mac que tiene el sistema operativo Capitan, deseo adquirir el plan creative Cloud, pero veo que en los requisitos me pide minimo el sistema Sierra. A alguien le ha pasado ?

I am trying to install Illustrator onto my mac (macos Catalina 10.15.7) but with no luck.  I have been able to download the installer via the Adobe site, however, after double clicking on the icon, as prompted to do so, nothing happens.  I don't receieve any error messages and I have my mac firewall switched off and 50GB worth of space on the mac.  I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this, thanks!

Hey Everybody!I'm using the current version of AE, but the company for whom I am freelancing only uses AE 2022. Can I have both AE 2022 and 2023 installed at the same time? When I go to 'older versions' on Creative Cloud, it says that "Installing this version of After Effects will remove the version that is currently installed, along with any updates.....".Thanks for your help!BG

I bought a license on 10/19/2015 for the Master Collection CS6 product.During the installation I get a notification that the license is revoked.I got information in technical support that the product is active and I was directed here. My email is related to the product.Please activate my license.

Hello everyone,my problem may make you smile, but it should make everyone think. I bought a "lifetime" Creative suite premium license several years ago and now it's unusable because the Adobe servers for license activation have been shut down.I believe this is unacceptable and false advertising. I am in contact with other consumer associations in Italy who are evaluating this behavior according to the legislation of our country.What do you think?

I'm looking to subscribe, but given today's times I would prefer to not be tied into a commitment that I cannot afford to pay cancellation fee's of. Is there a no commitment subscription?

Hello I have Mastersuite Creative CS4 from uni as a grant to help me as part of my disability and it's running on MacBook Pro Mid 2009 as it has been running perfectly for years. Except now when i go onto Lightroom it won't let me delveop my photos. All the other software is all working except Lightroom and it asking me to active my serial number which i do have but it is NOT accepting it at all! PLEASE can someone hello me find a resolution to resolving this there's gotta be a way round this issue surely!  I have attached the file too and it won't accept the serial number either! 😞 I spoke to adobe they was NOT much help at all and telling me to write it on this community!  

HELLO I have recently updated my apple mac to the new OS Ventura. However i also have gone to reinstall my Adobe Creative Cloud suite (PS & Light room classic) and canot install them :(. Could somoone pls explain the simplest way to get an older version of CC maybe that is compatible with OS Ventura or must i downgrade my OS|?|

My Mac Studio is fresh out the box, everything up to date on latest version of Ventura. Latest version of InDesign, first time trying to open and just a spinning wheel with "InDesign not responding" in the Activity Monitor. No errors, just the wheel. Left it for 30 minutes to see if it would resolve but nothing. Tried to uninstall and reinstall through Creative Cloud, but same issue persists.

Am trying to activate CS6Had to reformat my hard drive and reinstallCS6 would not deactivate - kept saying  "Please connect to the internet and retry"But my computer was connected to the internet and workingChatted with Adobe - doe all the suggestions on all the linksReformatted, reinstalled win 7, reinstalled Adboe CS6Go to activate and get message "Please connect to the internet and retry" Also tried offline activation Request Code / Response CodeItthen bounces you to a new login page - when I enter my valid login details it says cant find an account with that email.???????   The account exists but just doesn't work for this specific login Stuck!!!!  

I have been trying to reinstall CC for Adobe for days now, after automatic updates started failing and repairing didn't resolve the issue any more. Currently I'm ubable to even get to an interactive screen of the installer application, the Adobe Installer (32 bits) process fails before any screen pops up. Nor can I find any logging. I have run all removal tools multiple times, but i cannot get it to resolve.Can anyone help me with this issue? Please don't point to AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe or creative_cloud_uninstaller.zip process, I have run those multiple times. Regards, Hans

BonjourJe suis intriguée par les offres.Mettons qu'une personne soit intéressée par Photoshop uniquement.Si elle choisit l'abonnement "1 logiciel", c'est environ 25 € / mois avec un stockage de 200 Go sur le Cloud.Si elle choisit l'abonnement "photographie", c'est environ 12 € /mois et elle a en plus Lightroom classic et Lightroom CC, et un stockage de 20 Go sur le Cloud.Je voudrais savoir si le logiciel Photoshop est le même dans les 2 abonnements, ou si celui de l'abonnement "Photographie" est une version light.Question pour les personnes qui ne sont pas intéressées par un stockage sur le Cloud, mais qui sont intéressées par les fonctionnalités de Photoshop notamment pour le dessin, la conception graphique.Merci d'avance !Claire Lauvergne.

These 2 programs suddenly fail to load.  A message appears saying "Please reinstall or contact customer care". I have tried to reinstall but the process aborts after about one minute.  I am using a PC running Windows 11.  What has gone wrong? 

The App Manager does not let me specify any installation options for the apps. It installs them on C: on a windows system.This is a HUGE design error in the era of SSD's. The Apps are very large, space on SSD's is tight. If I just manually download an Adobe app, as I have many times, I can select the target directory for installation. Unless I can do this with Cloud apps, I'm not going to remain a customer. ...one response above suggests I may be able to get around this, but I don't know - perhaps someone else does. In an earlier post here, Jeff Wright says: "If you are having problems installing the applications from the Adobe Application Manager please try downloading and installing the trial. "Is this a solution?

I have been seeing this "Please connect to the Internet and retry" issue pop up multiple times in the last few weeks with CS6. I have seen it happen even on CS6 software ensured by Adobe customer support to be valid and good for install. Anyone know whats going on here?

I am having issues installing Photoshop CS5. I initially installed it to a remote drive (Drive F) rather than the C drive. Installation went fine. Somehow, within a few days, Drive F was changed to Drive G and the program would not run due to the path not matching up. I then was able to change Drive G back to Drive F. I removed Photoshop from Drive F.The problem now is that I am unable to install Photoshop to Drive C. When I begin the install, things go fine up to the "Install Options" screen. I selected the desired installation but the Location still reads F/New Folder and I am unable to change it to Drive C. Can anyone please help me on this. Adobe would offer me any help. I did install Photoshop to desktop (copied the files from Drive F before deleting that), but I am having issues where it does not always recognize .PSD files. Thanks for any help out there.
