So, I recently factory reset my computer for it to work smoother and I have installed the Adobe products purchased, I have inputed the code on the sleeve but it has not worked. This is not a limited subscription. I was wondering what to do next.

I bought a new computer, Before I downloaded CS2023, I uninsatalled CS5. Huge mistake!! How do I reinstall CS5? I don't discs, CS5 was an upgrade to CS4, I do have the registratiob number. Asking Adobe directly about this is an exercise in futility. Can someone help. Please!

I bought PS4, then upgraded to PS5. I just got a new computer and I want to install the PS5 I own on it. How do I do this? And I have an Epson 7600 printer that only works with XP. Since I also have PS5 on my laptop, do I need to get another license so I will have PS5 on all three computers? Any help where to go from here will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I cannot install most creative cloud apps because creative cloud is running in compatibility mode for some reason. This affects about 2/3rds of apps, including Lightroom, Premiere Pro and After Effects. When I click on the "Not Compatible" button of any of these apps, I get the following message: "Please update your operating system to: Windows 10 (version 1803 or later). I am currently running Windows 10 build 1909. My computer is less than a year old and I meet all system requirements for these apps. I followed the troubleshooting steps that I found here:https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/all-apps-displayed-aam.htmlBut none of the files mentioned in the article are running in compatibility mode, so this did not do anything for me. This is a freshly re-installed version of creative cloud. My old laptop had Windows 10 and Elements 15 installed. I upgraded to Windows 11 and now Elements 15 won't open. Any suggestions?

I have several Adobe products that I used to use still taking up space on my computer despite no longer being installed and every method I've used to try and get them removed have resulted in it not being found on the computer. So why is it still taking up so much space? I've looked online and there seems to be no clear answer for what's going on.

I am trying to reinstall Lightroom 6 and am told my serial number is valid but no qualifying product. Yet the list to specify only goes up to version 5. So I cannot reinstall. 

I've got a desktop and a laptop with CC. I'm thinking of purchasing an ultra compact laptop (GPD Win Max 2) for ultralight travel but can't because I can't add a third computer to my CC account.  Would anyone else like Adobe to increase the number of installed CC licences to 3?

Hello, I just subscribed to the CC bundle of apps. I will be able to download all on my new Mac Studio (in OS 13). Already downloaded PS and LR. But I also want to download some of the apps on my 2015 Mac Pro laptop which I want to keep in OS 10.11 which is not compatible with current versions of the apps. I saw Adobe's instructions for downloading earlier versions of an app when you already have the current version on your computer. But I can't find any info about downloading an earlier version if the app is not on the computer already. Thank you for any advice. 

I just started to download creative cloud desktop and it's going so slow.. Any ideas as to how long it'll take to download? Overnight? Or a few hours? Thanks.

I was using Adobe Creative Cloud using their free at-home access until it expired, so I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud for Students to continue my course under lockdown.  I bought Creative Cloud and received a confirmation email on July 23 (subject: "Thanks for your purchase") which contained a link to confirm my account and create a password. I did both and received another email on July 24 (subject: "Welcome to your Creative Cloud membership"). I had already installed Illustrator, Acrobat DC, Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic during the period of free at-home access, and after I purchased Creative Cloud for Students on July 23, I had access to those apps until about a week later (I don't know the exact date), when access suddenly stopped. When I attempted to access the apps, I instead received a prompt to buy the app or start a 7 day free trial. I checked my bank statement, and it records a payment of $21.99 to Adobe Systems Pty Ltd Sydney AU AUS on&

I have design and web premium cs6 and shows on my Adobe account as Windows platform, it can be loaded and used on two computers. Is it possible to use the same Windows license to load on a MAC laptop? therefore one loaded on a Windows PC and second used on a MAC laptop? Also if possible, the DVD disks are Windows format, is there a link for MAC format?Thanks in advance

I have already purchased photoshop elements 9 and can see it in my account when I log on to Adobe.  There is a link to download it onto my new Windows 11 desktop PC, but when I open the .exe file I receive an error message saying ---------------------------Adobe---------------------------The file archive part of Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. Please download all parts.---------------------------I'm not sure to which file(s) this error message refers or why the download does not work?  Please help.

Hi Community, I know this has been asked before but I have CS6 installed on my laptop and it is close to dying. I have the original software and the serial number, but when I try to activate it tells me it is registered to another email address. I bought the software new and have only ever had this email address. Is there anything I can do to see what email address my serial number is registered to?!Thank you!!!
