I've downloaded and used the program recently. In my Adobe Account it shows that nothing in activated.Help>Activate is not listed or available for some reason.1. How to tell if I am indeed activated2. How to, if I'm not (I bought it over a year ago and never used it then-and don't recall if I activated it then) Mac os 10.9.5

Con cualquier programa, no puedo sobreescribir el nombre de un archivo cuando estoy en la ventana de "Guardar"/"Guardar como". Automáticamente se cierra la ventana. Pasa con cualquier tipo de archivo, una copia o uno nuevo.Lo único que me deja hacer es guardar, pero con el nombre por defecto. 

I have purchased Adobe CS6 4 years ago. All programs worked great until 3 days ago. Indesign would launch, and get stuck at the 'start up service registry' and crash. If the program would open, it would freeze and I would have to force quit it. I am working on a Windows computer. I uninstalled the program, and have tried to reinstall it. The .exe will run, it will say that all the files have been extracted and it'll ask me to open the folder where it has put Indesign....but nothing is there. No Indesign.

HiI am trying to install Creative Suite 5 Design Premium to a new imac, after entering the serial number, i got this error message.  the dropped down box doesn't show CS5 so i cannot select the product.I have the original disc and product serial number, however, the new imac doesn't have a DVD drive, so i have create ISO files of the disc and install it via USB.Does any one encounter this issue before, please help. I've tried adobe support but got a message saying there is no phone support for this softwareThanks & RegardMan

Hi folks, I can't go beyond the installation of Creative Cloud. Once the installation is completed, I got the message in a pop-up window, saying "You were disconnected". Every single time I hit the button "Connect" button, window just disappear and pop-up again with the same message "You were disconnected". I tried the Creative Cloud uninstaller and reinstalled it back, but same issue. I have a Macbook Air. Anybody has the same issue ?

Hi All I'm having a serious issue with CC. I'm unable to access the CC desktop app on windows 11.  IT appears to start, but when I mouse over the system tray icon, it disappears. I ave uninstalled all Adobe apps, run the CC cleaner, and tried to reinstall, but no improvement. I disabled all security whilst installing and tried to run the program with security off also. Any ideas would help!!

I get the error that all Adobe programs are not compatible. I am using the latest version of Windows 10.

and there is no place to get help...so I guess I have to cancel my "FREE" membership...that costs me $120.00/year

Hi, I have a stand alone licence of Lightroom 5 that I never used on CD. I now have the new 2021 16" MacBook Pro M1 Max and would like to know if it's compatible? I do have an external CD/DVD reader/writer for my MacBook. Appreciate any help. Thank you.

I can not keep up with adobe's pace of updates and have not installed any in months. My computer nags me daily that I have over a dozen to install. This includes multiple version of the same program such as PhotoShop 23.5.3 and PhotoShop 24.0.1 along with several others. Is it necessary to install them all in sequence or can I simply do the one with the highest number? Thank you

Due to a fan and disk failure replaced under warranty I now have Ventura on my Mac (previously Big Sur). I imported everything from timemachine but... "Adobe Creative Cloud" application starts but does nothing. I uninstalled it (that worked) however the installer does not work. It simply loads, does nothing (no messages or icon appearing in the dock) then goes into an "unresponsive state" and I have to force quit it. Both Lightroom Classic and Photoshop hang on start up. Not sure where to go from here.

Hi,I downloaded Adobe creative cloud but whenever I open it my laptop screen flashes off(black) repeatedly, it appears to crash my laptop. The crashing got much worse when I attempted to use photoshop and the screen kept jumping around. My acer laptop is trying to fix the download from the looks of it(programme is 'being changed'). Has anyone had a similar issue?Thanks

As of yesterday (2/20/2018) I have been unable to open any Adobe programs as I have been getting a message about my membership has expired. It says "you no longer have access to Creative Cloud. Please contact your Administrator to renew your membership and continue using Creative Cloud".Well, this is a single user subscription that I own. I also checked my account payment history and last payment was on Feb 5, 2018. Next one is March 5, 2018. All looks good from my perspective.I have tried all solutions I have been able to find online and none have worked. I have signed out and in. Restarted my PC. None have worked and I need a resolution ASAP as I have work pending. Appreciate the help.

My laptop died and the old laptop had lightroom on it. Can I get the same account on a new laptop? I've not seen if it's possible or even how to do it. 

I have Elements 15 and the computer I had it on HD crashed. I have reinstalled the 15 software and now cannot activate because it says i am still using the software on the crashed computer. When i enter my activation i get an activation failed because uf the crashed computer. How do I signout on the crashed computer so it will let me reactivate?

I'm looking into updating my computer tonight for a black friday sale at Micro Center. The price is right but I'm wondering if I'll be able to keep my old version of Premiere Pro CC 2018. I have it installed on my device currently. But the update will require a motherboard change and therefore a loss of my Microsoft Home license since it's OEM. The device is Windows 10 so I'll have to reinstall windows in order for it to work and if I wanted to upgrade I'd have to wipe the C drive including my old version of Premiere Pro CC 2018.My question is, is there any way for me to keep this version of Premiere Pro (so I can still access my old files as well as edit .mkv files) or will I just have to give up on this version of Premiere Pro CC in order to beef up my machine? IDK if this makes enough sense so let me know if you have any questions about it and I'll try to answer them. I'm still new to custom PCs and such. 

Hi,suddenly my mouse and keybord are getting frozen. I found out at the AdobeCloud connection is the problem. Without the Internet my PC is working normaly. Just connection to AdobeService with the single AcrobatReader App closes my PC (protected by Norton). I installed the new Windows 10 and installed only the Office and AdobeCloud. The same result, PC is working without the Internet, connection to AdobeService freezes my moue and kebord after to, three minutes.I am not a begynner, I was AdobeCloud user in many years, it is the first time I "got a problem". Sincerely, Paul 

ネットで検索したら全く同じ問題に直面しましたが解決方法が私には理解できず先に進めません。わかる方がいらっしゃったら教えてください↓Creative Cloud を購入してダウンロードしたのですが、「Creative Cloud Installerが変更を加えようとしています。許可するにはパスワードを入力してください。」と出て、ユーザ名とパスワードの入力欄が出てきます。Adoveのアカウント設定のところで設定したパスワードを入れても前に進めない状況です。どのように対処すればよろしいでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします。
