Download & Install

For the last year I have been on the CC Photography plan. I no longer need the subscription but when I go to cancel it tells me that I will be charged a cancellation fee.  The plan just renewed last week on the 6th.It would have been nice if there was some sort of email that notified me that this was going to happen.  Or even a link that you were required to click on to renew it.  It doesn't seem right for it to automatically lock you in every year without notification.I tried using the chat support but all they offered to do was give me three free months.  While this is generous, I would like to be out of subscription all together.Surely this can be done, being that I am only a week into the new subscription.Thank you.

Is there any progress to the applications of adobe on the Surface Pro X with the ARM Processor?When can i expect more than Photoshop and lightroom? Would it be more easy to sell the surface?

Hola, mi computador tiene una falla en la tarjeta de red que le hace determinar que no tiene conexion a internet aunque si la tiene por wifi y por ethernet.La plataforma de adobe inicia la descaraga e instalacion pero no continua porque el mismo computador le indica que no tiene conexion a internet.Y claro que tiene conexion porque puedo gestionar la cuenta adobe por navegador.Alguna solucion?

Hi,I´ve searched in the Adobe community forum but couldnt find a proper solution. I have an Adobe (free plan) account with my personal email address.And I was using adobe apps (paid plan) with my work email address and recently (due to Adobe CC issues) we replaced my work email address by my personal one on our work Adobe account plan. Now for some reason, Adobe cc app does not recongnise some of the installed apps, and missing updates. I went to this solution, but I don´t seem to have a Adobe User Info credential (windows 10), only the Dummy Adobe Credential. Any solution?

Just trying to stay one step ahead of our clients (and potential confusion) - is this release being called "October 2022", which I've seen in a number of places, or is it being called "2023" as has been the naming convention over the last few years? Thanks for the help if anyone knows out there.

How do I download an old version of InDesign?I need InDesign CC 2020 (v15) as my old Mac cannot run anything newer. InDesign started to crash so I unintalled it via the Creative Cloud app but when I went to then install it again, the only version available is the latest one which simply says 'Not Compatible'. There are no little dots to click that reveal older versions so I am stuck.The system software on my old Mac cannot be updated any further and is stuck on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Please help as I have work to get on with and deadlines to hit and I am now without my primary tool!

Hello everyone, there's something wrong with my Creative Cloud. I am constantly being prompted "You've been signed out. Please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps." screen. I have used Creative cloud before, but that was a year ago. The licence at that time was also from my school, but this year our teacher didn't sign up for it because it wasn't necessary. Now, I created my own account, and I subscribed to Creative Cloud to continue using these services, but then this happened. I tried finding solutions to it, like in previous articles. I have never deleted any of the previous versions of my creative cloud software.  I am specifically concerned with Premiere Pro becasue that is where I principally work.  also Media encoder and photo shop.  I have at least three versions of each.  My hard drive is getting full. Please advise.  thanksDiana

Hi!Adobe Creative Cloud app is taking up a lot of space on my computer storage.I am trying to update my Adobe XD app, but it requires the newest software, which is not possible to install because I don’t have enough space on my computer as the Adobe Creative Cloud app is taking 51KB from my storage. I deleted everything else from my computer that was taking up a lot of space and only the Adobe Apps and the Adobe Creative Cloud apps remained which have big sizes. I need to free up at least 18KG to update my software to the newest version. The licence will be paid on a monthly basis from a user with (say) email address finance@abc.com Now I want to create a userid (say) CC_user@abc.com 1. Can the email for the payer of the licence be different from the user of the software? 2. Will the Adobe CC logon ID for the user be an email address or something else? 3. Do I have to use a valid email address for the user? Will some sort of validation email will be sent that activates the user account? 4. Will Adobe CC hold hold some form of encrypted password for the user logon? Regards, 

                                                               installing adobe Creative Suite 6 Hi i am a high school teacher in our classroom we have old 2011 macs so i decided to install adobe cs6 on the old macs but then i try to activate it says can't activate check internet connection and there is no offine activation  but the same software works and activates fine in macOS mojave on 2012 - 2017 imacs any reason why?

I'm sure there's an answer to this question that I have just been unable to find.  I work for a church and we're trying to purchase a long-overdue license for CC.  From what I've read on Adobe so far, if the organization qualifies, it gives you access to "education pricing".  The links for those pages send you in circles with no direct link to a purchase page.  So does this mean you opt for buying the Students/Teachers license from the main page with a subsequent non-profit option?  And if that is the case, is there no difference in price for Students/Teachers and non-profit?  I just want to get a clearer idea of the non-profit option and its viability before I commit to a checkout process.  Any insight or direction would be greatly appreciated.

This might be simple to solve but I just can find out how. accidentilly removed some Creative Cloud files and then the apps page wouldnt load. I tried to unistall it but it wouldnt unistall because I had photoshop installed. After a month I forced it to uninstall, when I reinstalled it the apps still wouldnt load. I tried the repair option in the installer and even when it says that Creative Cloud is repaired, it still wont work. I dont understand how to fix this. I have unistalled and reinstalled at least 10 times and i really dont want to have to wipe my computer just to use Creative Cloud. Please if anyone knows a solustion to this please help.

Creative cloud was not installing correctly so I went around deleting everything that said Adobe because i'm a genius and now any app that used what used to be in that folder is giving me an error. Any suggestions on how to restore or reinstall the files in that folder? Trash has been emptied.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello,I was doing some computer organizing and accidentally deleted all of my adobe files, including installer, applications, etc. Unknowingly, I also emptied out my trash so when I went to check the trash bin, it was not there. I am trying to redownload any adobe apps/ creative cloud again but it still says that I already downloaded the applications and I just have to open them. How do I go about getting back all my adobe folders?

Hi guys, I'm new to the Creative Cloud and Adobe platform. Whenever I try to download the CC and/or Adobe Setup, this (see attached photo) pops up but disappears. Nothing else shows up afterwards. I've already made changes to my firewall and anti-virus settings, but when I try to download it the same thing happens. Can anybody help me? Thank you so much in advance!

I have a disc for installing InDesign, but my new computer doesn't have a cd drive. Can I use the serial number and download the software from the web?

Have the same problem, this app I'm forced to use acts like malware on my PC, every minute it'd open again, with no way to opt out of 5-10 processes running constantly in the background, even when I "exit" the app, doesn't even seem like a bug.It can be "fixed" by changing the main "Creative Cloud.exe" file that you use to run the app to "read only" in the file properties, you'll still be able to open it fine, but it won't open itself.Doesn't stop the unessecary background processes, but prevents it from constantly opening for no reason.
