Download & Install

So I'm trying to get rid of my old school account in preparation to add my new (currently unpaid) personal account. The problem is, it's been several months since I graduated from my previous school, and my account there has since been terminated. The desktop app, however, doesn't seem to know that's happened, as whenever I try to open the desktop app, it tells me that I've been signed out, and that I need to sign in again. However, when I click the button to do that, it will simply lead me back to the same window, and this repeats ad infinitum. My hypothesis is that the desktop app is attempting to automatically sign in to an account which no longer exists. Is this what's happening, and is there any way to fix/bypass the issue? 

We payed for Adobe Creative Cloud, but we lost the right login information to active the downloaded Creative Cloud software. We have an Objectnumber on the invoice with codes PHTL,ALL, MPL, ERR12,MUE,001,N/A, 1YR PRPD. Where can we find help? Best regards Harry & Jacqueline

I have downloaded the Adobe Color Printer Utility (ACPU) on my desktop  and trying to install the exe file takes me to my 'C'  drive. I should be seeing the install  menu for the ACPU. Could someone please let me know where I am going wrong.  I need the ACPU to produce an ICC Profile for my printer to ensure accurate colour reproduction via Photoshop. Thanks

I have a licenced copy of LR 6 registered to my Adobe account. There is no option to download the sofware and install it from my account. I previously had it installed on a PC but have switched to an imac and wish tom install it on there.

Im not sure what to do? I updated to big sur. Photoshop CS4 does not work. I pay a monthly that i havent been able to use. I try and uninstall and it doesnt work. Says: The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information. Then i deleted it from my folder and when i download the new photoshop, i double click on installer and it doesnt do anything? What do i need to do to get it working?

With releases of new LR and PS, for which Adobe says macOS needs to be 11.0 or more, Uninstall app doesn't work. How can older versions of LR and PS be uninstalled safely?

Can't get the two '23 or '22 Elements progs installed on new Lenova Win11 laptop.  My IT Dept knew all Adobe requirements, dealt with the vague error msgs, and can't explain failed install. They think my processor Qualcomm Snapdragon7c Gen 2 (8C, 8x Kyro 468 @2.55GHz) is compatible to the Intel/AMD that Adobe requires. Are they wrong and that's the problem? Do you think '21 or older would install?  Thanks!

I have just purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud Fotoplan to be used on my new MacBook Pro M1. The problem I have got is that PS, Lightroom Classic installs form the cloud and works fine, however Lightroom does not. It does not download any files to the computer. Then states that it installs for less than 5 seconds an then places the application on the list of installed apps. There is no error code the Lr is simply does not start.I have tried to reinstall it, however the same happens. I got my MacBook Pro M1 yesterday and have done nothing else than trying to install it on the package on the computer. It is a little difficult to find out where to direct this feedback and request solution. Hopefully there is someone in this community who can help?

Hi all,The new update for creative cloud came in today. Several error happened and now I am completely unable to uninstall my creative cloud.This is what happened:1. The creative cloud shut itself down during the first update attempt. I restarted the computer. Previously when I did this the updated creative cloud would be there. This time, creative cloud wasn't updated.2. I tried updating again. An error happened and my windows start bar and icons all disappeared. I was forced to restart my computer. Now, creative cloud is in the program, by clicking Uninstall on add and remove program show no response at all. As a last ditch attempt I try to just let the creative cloud setup operate. Apparently the installation was a success, but now when I cannot uninstall my creative cloud at all.I want to uninstall and reinstall my creative cloud just to make sure everything is okay. Except I am getting this message:Please help, I don't know why I cannot install my creative cloud at all.My system i

Just stayed on hold for 1 HOUR. A guy came on and asked me for my email-address, on hold again, then it got hung up.This is pathetic. I'm a full time editor and your software doesn't work.Your software keeps on crashing. And there is no solution. I've spent THREE DAYS looking at forums and trying different things. I finally decide to call even though phone support is painful...and this happens.And how am I supposed to complain? Via phone for one hour again while I twiddle my thumbs?Beyond annoyed.

I upgraded my operating system, and I need to reinstall Adobe Pro. Any help?

Creative cloud version 5.0.0.354, I want to launch an app but I only have the update button to click on. If I click anywhere else on the app it just takes me to the description page for the app where I still only see the option to update it, not launch it. I dont want to update the app because I have compatability issue with some hardware I need to use. 

...nor a Adobe ID. Big mistake due to misunderstanding. Please remove me from the lot of it. And for gods sake make it easier to just delete your account! Thias has taken me an hour of looping around your non-chatting support personel.

I just upgrading from previous MacOS to OS Monterey (12.6). Since doing this I am unable to to save any document created in InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop to my external HD. I am also having an issue with linked images not being recognized when they reside on the same external HD. If I copy the files to my main HD, everything works as it should. External drive is working properly.Latest version of all Adobe programs (2022) Anyone else have this issue? I spent all day on phone with Apple, no solution other than contact Adobe.Thanks for your help.

Will all of my adobe ps cc actions/brushes and lr cc presets automatically transfer to my new computer upon download/login of these cc programs on the new computer or will they need to be reloaded?

Zalezy mi najbardziej na aplikacjach Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Zainstalowalam Creative Cloud w ktorym sa wszystkie aplikacje jakie moge miec w ramach pakietu. Zainstalowalam wszystkie wymienilam wyzej. Zaznacze, ze Creative cloud isntaluje mi ta wersje 2023 r. Po zainstalowaniu kazdej alikacji, mam ją z zielonym kolkiem ze jest aktywna. Hi. I want to download the version 16.4 of Adobe InDesign. It has to be this version because  I'm using a custom plugin tha its based on that version. I have already contacted with Adobe support but they can only provide base version of Adobe. If someone could help me with this problem, i would appreciate.

I wanted to install Photoshop Elements 14 and Premiere Elements 14 on a new Windows 11 PC after my old Windows 10 PC died.  My Adobe account said Photoshop Elements was already registered to multiple devices and Premiere Elements did not appear. Adobe, I was told, has a specialized team focused on migrating software from old PCs to new.  The rep I was connected to in the chat session understood my questions instantly.  Within minutes he (I presume) reset my registration counters, registered both programs with the serial numbers from five years ago, and supplied a link to my account with signin and download instructions.  The download files, he explained, came with all applicable updates. This was an example of support the way it should be!

Não tem mais a opção de escolher a versão do photoshop no creative cloud. Recebo a mensagem que o meu sistema está desatualizado e que tenho que atualizar.Se não tiver como instalar a versão anterior a esta, estarei cancelando o serviço, pois não será maisviável para mim.Eu que devo escolher o que me atende e não  comprar um outro desktop para ter uma versão atualizada do photoshop, quando o meu sistema não tem mais como atualização.Gostaria de um link com as versões anteriores.

I frequently use a Photoshop plugin that does not work with a new version of Photoshop, and they usually drag their feet with providing an updated version of said plugin, so, from past experience, I set my Adobe Cloud Update Preferences to NOT auto-update Photoshop. In the past few days I've been getting alerts from Adobe Cloud that new updates are available for Photoshop, which I disregarded for the above mentioned reasons. However, today, when I turned on my computer, I was horrified to discover that Adobe had decided that my preference choices were irrelevant to what they wanted, so not only did they reset the toggle in cloud preferences that prevented Photoshop from auto-updating, but in advanced options, a check-box was also ticked that has deleted my previous version of Photoshop!!! I'm bloody furious! Who the hell gave you permission to override my preferences, you arrogant prix???

When launching the Photoshop CS5 app that I just installed (after Adobe tech working remotely in my computer did something to make it stop working) it giver Error message 213:5I'm on Mac High Sierra. After it stopped working, Adobe sent me a link to download CS 5 again because I not longer have original CD.

How to i revert back to bridge 2022????    2023 version won't allow me to view external HDs!!! or macs photo app on another external HD  i cant find older versions tab that people keep posting about  Any questions regarding this are way to old
