I have been on the site for over 30 minutes trying to cancel and there is Nothing for me to actually CANCEL! I have had been Paying for this for 5 months and haven't used it successfully yet. This is ridiculous! I have been paying 14.99 monthly for NOTHING and haven't been able to cancel. I Have followed all of the prompts and directions. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ASAP!!!

Hello.  A decade ago, a non-profit I was volunteering for bought CS4 Web from TechSoup (I think) for me.  It still works just fine for what I do with it.  I just use Photoshop and Acrobat, mostly.  But it's getting hard to find support when I can't remember how to do something, which is more and more often these days.  Note that I had trouble finding an appropriate forum to post this question in!  So I thought I'd try to find out if I can upgrade.  Is there a way to purchase an old version of CS that is available without taking a chance on some used version from EBay?!  I am retired now and on a fixed income.  I used these products now and then:  Trying to fix up old photos for my church or my fellow veterans, cleaning up a document for the church website, or just brightening up a photo for my FB page.  I don't want a monthly subscription  bill for something I don't even use monthly.  Is Adobe no longer viable for casual

Good day! On August 1, 2017, I bought a Creative Cloud plan for photographers for the year, now I want to cancel the subscription, because I do not use your program. But nowhere in my account do not see the possibility to cancel the subscription. There is no way to contact your technical support, there are no contacts where I could send my request. Hello. Will be great to leave to your customers  access to old app version. Since a few monthes, you have removed access to these versions. By example, used to work with Premiere 2017 and needed to reinstall it. Going to Creative Cloud desktop, surprise, these version was not  longer available. More, it was not available through community website. So the last version was installed (2022 or 2023) but there were some compatibility problems with title. After that spent another hours to find the closest to 2017 which was 2018. So Understand, you don't assist people with old versions but if they are very stable on your system you don't need an assit.

I accidentally bought the student version of photoshop instead of the individual version which was cheaper any way. when I went back to the store they refuse to swap it what do I do. As I am not a student I don't have any student id or proof

I don't use creative cloud (to be honest, I don tknow what it is). I do have lightroom classic and photoshop subscription.the creative cloud app consumes considerable CPU (around 5-10% constantly), and racks up tens of CPU hours.So I need to get rid of it, but not get rid of photoshop nor lightroom. And I need to be able to update photoshop and lightroom without the creative cloud app.How does one remove the creative cloud app on mac?  Windows is easy, you just go to add/remove programs and remove it, which will remove it, and all its data.

I recently purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 & Premiere Elements 2018 DTE [Mac Download] from Amazon. The software downloader installed without a problem, however when I go to download the programs I get stuck on a screen that says "Retrieving information..." I saw after making the purchase that other amazon customers also experienced this problem. I sent a complaint to Amazon but they said the issue is not on their part and suggested I check with adobe. I know its not my computer because I bought this iMac less than a week ago and it has all the newest systems. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am a CC member and EVERY TIME Adobe pushes out an update, I have to sit through fifteen minutes or more of A) waiting for the Verifying... dialog to appear and then B) that Verifying dialog to actually complete. What the actual fudge?Adobe is saying this is Apple's fault, but surely there is enough blame to go around.I'm running MacOS Ventura and am actively seeking Adobe alternatives given how frustrating this is.

Hi, I've been using the student adobe discount for a couple years now, and I needed to renew it/reverify my student status recently. It autofills in the forms that I'm a student and my first and last name, and I can use drop-down menus to select my area of study anf graduation month/year, but it won't let me type in my school. When I go to type in my school name the box just turns red (as if I tried to submit the form without completing) and no text appears in the box now matter what I try to type.  I've been losing my mind over this for an hour now and don't know what to do. I've tried opening it in multiple browsers and the same error occurred. What can I do to get this box to let me type in it???

I has just gotten adobe creative cloud and i check the website on this issue only for them to tell me to wait an hour for the apps process. But it has now been over an hour. Can I please have some help. I had tried signing in and signing out. Deleting and reinstalling but nothing seems to be working.

I know I wasn't very smart, and I also fell for the scam of the "authorized" and "official" Adobe reseller selling used licenses at very low prices.Now the reseller has sent a notice that he has been banned by Adobe for illegal activity and sent an email inviting everyone to download the final version from a link. Obviously pirated software, with crack.The installed software, meanwhile, stopped working from Adobe Creative Cloud with the notice "Trial Period Expired".That's the background story so far.Now the problem:I now purchased a regular subscription license for the two software I use (Photoshop and Lightroom) directly on the Adobe site.
