Download & Install

According to Creative Cloud, Lightroom is installed on my mac, but the app is not in the Apps folder. Therefore nothing happens when I try to open Lightroom via Creative Cloud. I get no error messages and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom several times - deleting all settings and plugins when uninstalling - but with no sucsess.When installing the prosess takes about 2 seconds in Creative Cloud - which can not be right.Can someone help?

Hi all,Apologies if the answer is plain to see but I have just subscribed to Creative Cloud Photography plan for £9.98 per month which includes Lightroom and Photoshop. I never used Creative cloud desktop before and might be missing something but it says that my plan includes Bridge, Photoshop Express and UXP developer tools. Where can I find my Photoshop and Lightroom? |There are more apps if I scroll down but the links are to Try and Buy. Thank you for your help in advance

Hi, I bought an upgrade of PS Elements 2023 that won't work on my old Mac running MacOS 10.14 (Mojave).... This Mac is too old to run a newer MacOS... so I am stuck.   Is there a way to cancel this buy ?   (I know I should have downloaded the trial version before ;( ) Thanks -- Joseph

ok this is really annoiyng! I have no problems with changing the language of the apps, but I can't change the language of the creative cloud desktop app. why is it so complicated??

Hello, I urgently need an older version of Photoshop. Unfortunately I can only get up to 23.0 but not under it. But I need a 22.X version so that I can use 3D again. Thanks

Hallo  Weiß jemand was ich mache wenn ich vor Jahren mal Lightroom gekauft habe. Leider musste ich meinen Laptop komplett neu aufsetzen weil etwas kaputt war was ich durch einen Kumpel habe ersetzen lassen. Daher habe ich natürlich das Problem dass jetzt mein Lightroom nicht mehr installiert ist ich finde zwar noch die Höhle der CD und auch die Seriennummer allerdings finde ich die CD nicht mehr die ich damals gekauft habe falls ich es noch mal installieren muss.   Ich habe überhaupt keine Ahnung was ich machen kann, da das ja eine relativ alte Version von Lightroom ist. muss ich das jetzt eh noch mal kaufen da ich die CD zum neuinstallieren dieser Version ja nicht mehr finden kann? Oder muss ich mich da irgendwie an einen Support wenden und kriegt dann Hilfe? 🤔 🤔

Na opnieuw win10 installeren wil ik ook Photoshop elements13 installeren, maar nu geeft hij aan dat het nummer tevaak gebruikt is. Ik heb twee PC's maar waar kan ik ergens zien dat dit serienummer op welke pc gebruikt is?

Hi, I'm trying to install Adobe XD using Creative Coud but it says that there has been a problem and the product can't be installed. The error code is 198 and I can't find this code anywhere, help please! 

I can't use creative cloud because i have to login the app but when i press the login option it reloads the page and doesnt let me login. The app is tuck in a loop, uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt work.

This is long and I didn't know where to put it but I'm still feeling very uneasy about this Bomgar full access with Adobe help centers. Here goes:My last week was spent trying to solve the problem of getting Creative Cloud to download and install on my system.  This seems to be a recurrent problem with this app but it was the first time I'd experienced it.  After spending 2 days trying different solutions found online, I decided to try calling Adobe's help center.  I think my first misstep was using an 800 number found on GetHuman.  Can anybody confirm if that is actually a legitimate Adobe help center number? Anyway, frustrated and tired I called the number and explained what the problem was with Creative Cloud.  Without asking if I'd tried any of the solutions online, the tech immediately suggested a screen share.  In my anxiety to find a solution, I agreed.  That's where my unease began. Bought Lightroom 5 online from Best Buy.  When I enter the redemption code, I get an error stating "Oops! This code doesn't seem to be active.  Please contact the retailer or enter a different code."  I contacted Best Buy; they indicate the code has been validated.
