Hello! I subscribed to Adobe yesterday. However i am encountering a lot of problems with the installation. At the moment, photoshop and illustrator won't open because of a "problem of connection" (code 102). However I do have an access to wifi and it works perfectly when I go on google. Any ideas of what could be in the way ?Losing a lot of time on my work ta the moment because of this.

Hi,the "message in blue" – new version of creative cloud is available – does not mean a new version / an update of "Creative Cloud Desktop", just that there are one or more updates for a programs, or? It's always irritating ...Thanks! mycc   ew versi

I have a project that is on Abode Illrustator and it is due by midnight. I sent the file by email to myself, and started a Free Trial. But after I started it, it said "Trial Ended". I don't know how this happened. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hello, when I tried to download premiere and after effects, the adobe creative cloud showed, "Installation Failed Retry" when trying to download. them. I then saw that the apps downloaded and can be used and opened, but on the creative cloud app, it shows that they are not installed. I would love to know what is the problem and how to fix this what if there is an update and I wouldn't be able to update it since it is not shown as installed? Thanks.

Hi AllI have recently upgraded my printer to one with a Fiery, and every couple of files I print seems to crash Adobe Reader Pro or InDesign.  It will let me select all the options on print driver and then just before I can press the print button Reader will crash or InDesign will freezeI am using a C165 printer and windows 11 desktop PC, is there something I can change to fix the issue?Thanks

Olá, instalei um SSD novo na minha máquina e quando fui instalar o app de desktop da CC houve um erro que não encontro solução. Já tentei reinstalar, limpar todos os arquivos com o Cleaner e mesmo assim o mesmo erro ocorre. Hello there, I have an old 2010 macbook pro which recently had to be fixed and the shop mistakenly wiped my software. I have the disks for microsoft office but noticed I was never given these for CS5 suite but rather a serial number. I checked my adobe account and I registered the software but it was the windows version... how can I rectify this mistake and then redownload my old CS5 suite? I really hope someone can advise me - look forward to hearing from someone. Chloe 

How do I contact support? My creative cloud is saying I cant download Lightroom because it is not compatible. The requirements it says I need to have - I have. I have verified this and yet it won't let me download it. I am paying for the software and would like to use it.

Just check My credit card balance and I have been paying for creative cloud for two months, which I have no idea how it happend, I go into my account and it tells me that I have the free membership so I can't find the payment to cancel my subscription. I really can't find a way to cancel this service that I don't even have. How do I solve this!!!??

I need Adobe Creative Cloud off of my computer!  I had bought Adobe Illustrator CS6 and it was working fine.  I like, was on the creative cloud checking it out and, I guess, connected Illustrator with the creative cloud.  And now it won't even run, work or nothing.  I want to take Creative Cloud off my computer.  Maybe I'll be able to get my Illustrator back so I can use it.  Can anyone help?[Moved out of the Forum comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a product support forum - moderator]

I have canceled this membership 3 months in a row and it still takes the money.. .and now that the money isn't there to take theres no cancel button available for me to cancel it a 4th time ...there is no live support anywhere ...Can someone please help me !!!.

For some reason Adobe decided to charge double the price wich was in our original agreement for 1-year subscription with monthly payment of Adobe Creative cloud. Current subscription will expire next month, on october 21. I have been trying to reach customer service for a few days and it appears there are some webpages with instructions and nothing else, no real human being is there to help. Since it's near impossible to reach Afobe customer support would you get a lawyer and report such case? 

I try to install the adobe creative cloud desktop software and photoshop and all simialar software and it says I am missing the CRClient.dll file and I have no idea what the even is or how to fix it

I have an issue where my laptop can't download the current version of my adobe creative cloud apps. I tried downloading the 2018 version of them but it's saying I don't have them purchased even though it is. Is it saying that because I don't have the 2018 versions purchased? 

I found this[link removed]is this a legal alternative (OEM?) or should adobe come down on these people like a ton of bricks?

why does CreativeCloud show incompatible updates? just show the compatible ones
