Hi Adobe I have Acrobat X Standard with a valid license for two PCs. I can see my product on my Adobe account, but I cannot manage my active devices. My old PC and laptop are broken, so I have no way to uninstall Adobe from them. Can you help me gain access to the active devices so I can remove them and install the software on my new laptop? I am attempting to install the Creative Cloud Desktop add I signed up for today on a MacBook Air. The installer launches, then pops up a window that says it's opening a new window in my browser to log in. Once logged in, it returns to the creative cloud screen, where it tells me again, it's opening a new browser window for me to log in. That new window pops up to tell me I'm all signed in, and then returns to the Creative Cloud window to start that loop for 3+ cycles until the Creative Cloud window tells me about a problem contacting the Adobe servers. Tech support didn't solve me issue, they just told me to turn off my firewall, which I did, and I'm still here. On my 4th try downloading the Creative Cloud installer, even repaired, and uninstalled it. My MacBook Air is an M1, so I don't know if that helps. I'm not an IT genius, so just need someone to help me get this working.

I am running LR v14.2 and do not see any way to update to the newest version even though v15.0 has been out for nearly a week. Any help would be appreciated. J. Smithe

My account is based in South Korea but I would like the language of the marketing and account emails to be English. I raised this issue with support but was simply told that it's not possible and cutoff from the chat. Is this really the answer?

I have installed Creative Cloud (Windows 10) for half a year and never got a problem in updating Apps. Today was the first time I had an update error, and this did drive me crazy.I have 4 Apps installed, Photoshop CC (2017), Illustrator CC (2017), Acrobat DC and Camera Raw CC.No problem in updating Acrobat DC and Camera Raw CC, but an error message popped up when updating Photoshop and Illustrator.The error messages were as follows (same in Photoshop and Illustrator):Exit Code: 145-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 1 warnings(s) FATAL: Error (Code = 145) executing in command 'MoveDirectoryCommand' for package: 'AdobeIllustrator21-Core', version:21.1.0.327FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobeIllustrator21-Core Version: 21.1.0.327). I had to cancel my plan just because of it was still taking money from the plan I had and now I dont even have the 2 free months from NVIDIA.When i try to redeem it again it said it has exceeded the limit of redeeming.

Had to get a new PC since my current PC would not support Win-11... Am re-installing all my 'old' applications that I was using on the prior PC. My Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended seems to start the installtion but when it gets to the final stages of popping up a link to log into my Adobe account, the page just stays stuck in a spinning blue circle and the installtion never completes (screen-snip attached). I have no issues logging into my Adobe account by opening a new browser window, but that does nothing to help complete the installtion.  😞 

i never registered my cs5 for windows 7 15+ years ago, my laptop died, i lost two of the 3 disks, but i have the serial number. how do i find a copy of cs5 and can i install it with this serial number?

My memory is that when I signed up for the cloud service(at it's origin) I was guarenteed my price forever. Did I miss some fine print? I appreciate your holding to your promice years ago now stick to it. Why have you gone back on your word? 

My laptop’s C drive shows that Photoshop and Illustrator have both been updated to the 2026 versions, but the Adobe folders in my hard drive still contain Photoshop 2023 and 2024, and both of them can open and run normally. Why is that? Can anyone tell me?

I'm trying to install Photoshop 2026, but it's incompatible. It says a processor with Advanced Vector Extensions X (AVX2) support is required.

When I press the Photoshop icon, this gets opened and it is stuck on this.

Installed a new printer/scanner Canon TR4660 and tried to scan with Adobe XI Pro. However I received an error message (dialog box) saying that Adobe couldn't communicate with the scanner - Error code: 156.The scanner was turned on and I checked that the cable was connected properly. The PC uses Windows 10 however the scanner is supposedly compatible with that version. Is the problem with Windows 10 or could it be my version of Adobe XI Pro (11.0.23)? Is there a simple way to fix this?

I purchased Photoshop 2026 from Staples and was given a 24 alphabet redemption code. How do I activate this on Adobe. 

Hi - I hope someone here can help, because this is doing my head in.CS6 worked fine on my old laptop. However, I have now bought a new one and transferred the licence by deactivating it on my old laptop and activating it on the new one. All was well for a few days - until I then tried to open up PhotoShop, when I got the "already in use by maximum allowed number of computers" again. So I fired up my old laptop - and got exactly the same message!So I can now no longer open up my programs on either computer. Would really appreciate some help. 🙂

I have Photoshop 2019 on my laptop. I realize there is no way to download a version from Adobe to my main computer. So, I'm wondering how I can move Photoshop 2019 from my laptop to my main computer. My main computer is silicon-based. And I know I will have to download Rosetta 2 to use it.  How can I move it and know which additional files (if any) I should move along with it? I do have a Creative Cloud account if that matters.  Thanks, Jeff

Od 2018 r. używam Adobe Premier Elements i Adobe Photoshop Elements. Kilka dni temu musiałem wymienić dysk w laptopie i ponownie zainstalować te programy. Niestety utraciłem klucz do Adobe Photo Elements, do Premier mam. Nie mam klucza w mailu ponieważ zakup był w 2018 r. i tak starych wiadomości nie mam na poczcie. Jak odzyskać ten klucz?

How do i speak to an Adobe person in Australia

When installing it says that my serial number is already in use by the maximum number of  computers and that I need to deactivate the other computer within 30 days to use this product.  However, when logging into my account it says ou can install Adobe applications on more than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time.  BUT,  I have no devices registered. Please help. I have signed out of all sessions on my old computer. Help please as I only have 30 days to resolve it and have had no success in actually speaking anyone from adobe,  Thanks 

Buenas tardes, solicito apoyo para 3 de los 11 codigos de activacion que se pagaron en inicio de año exactamente el 10 de enero del presente año, todos los otros codigos nos funcionaron, pero 3 de ellos ahora al momento de intentar ingresarlos no funcionan, dice que ya estan reclamados, entonces necesito una solucion para saber que es lo que paso con esos codigos o en su defecto que me den una solucion/explicacion.
