Download & Install

The installer has been downloaded many times. I still get this error message:The installation connot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again (which I did). My internet acsess is good. Thank you for helping me.

I updated illustrator and lightroom to the 2019 version and I want they 2018 version back how can I get the older versions?

It almost like a monthly practice now... Adobe creative log me out several time within few mins.Few times, I successfully open my PS app but they ask me to log in again +_+ Once, opened my PS file but after 1 min, it logged out again...What kind of tortures are you giving me Adobe??? @@   ***PS***tried uninstall and reinstall Adobe creative cloud twice in past 2 months alreadytired uninstall particular app (e.g. PS, AI,id) and reinstall it once in past 2 months already restarted WMI service already restarted Credential Manager alreadyalready prevent any other app from disturbing the loading   New issues after I restarted the WMI services 

Everytime I go to launch the creative cloud desktop app on my mac, I am prompted to "please sign in again to continue using adobe apps". When I click "sign in" which is the only thing clickable on the screen, it just disappears for a second and then asks the same prompt. No solutions that I have tried have helped and I have even tried deleting EVERY adobe item on my mac and reinstalling the app fresh. But it still does it. Here is the other thing, I was originally using my Highschool email account with adobe because it included the suite of products for free. Well now the google account is disabled because I graduated and they just recently disabled the account. SO I created a new adobe account with my apple email and thats leads to now where I cannot get to the creative cloud app.   

Hello. I purchased an online download of Elements 2022 for my Apple iMac. The download included Elements and Organizer. I went to install on a second Apple device (Macbook Pro) and was only able to download Elements. I understand my license allows me to download on 2 devices. Does that apply to the Elements program only? How do I download Organizer on the Macbook?Thanks.

I have an annual plan for After Effects that was last paid on December 4th, and I have had no issues since then. Late last month while going to export a project to Media Encoder, I got a pop up saying that my trial has expired.When I click my account overview, it has all the details of my plan there. However the only things under the "Available in your plan" section on All Apps | Adobe Creative Cloud are bridge, photoshop express, and the creative cloud desktop app. After effects and Media Encoder only display as the trial versions. If i try going through 'buy now' the pop up says 'you already own this program', so I'm stuck in a loop where I'm able to use what I'm paying for.A few things to note:- I have done all the fixes in this Troubleshooting FAQ: What should I do if I have a ... - Adobe Support Community - 7601068 post, and none have solved the issue.- No matter what device I sign in on the same error appears, so it's definitely an issue with my account rather

Hi guys, Just putting this out there to see if anyone else is in a similar position..I am a self employed guitarist and music teacher. I teach in multiple schools during the week as well as contributing to a couple of well known guitar tuition sites both in the uk and us. This involves the use of creative programs which at the moment for myself are on mac, Final cut mainly, as well as using dslr cameras to shoot tuition videos and send to finished article to the mentioned sites.  I have just built a PC and I was looking forward to getting into after effects and taking on premiere and Photoshop. I was recently informed that because i don't have an in house institutionalized email I do not qualify for the creative cloud teachers eligibility which i find strange as I am as much of a teacher as anyone else and I;also involved in a number of creative projects that the package would benefit from. I had to wipe my computer and reinstall OS, and now I can no longer use the apps I used yesterday? The same OS as yesterday, but access has been revoked? Yes, my "older" OS is High Sierra, but everything was fine. I was using older versions of cc apps that were uploading my images to CC Cloud, and I could share them with my customers. This situation is very upsetting.

Yesterday a Creative Cloud update notification appeared, I started the download but it stopped at 5%.Then all the network connections of the Mac stopped (MacPro 2013 / Big Sur) and it was impossible to connect with every web sites with both Safari and Firefox.The only workaround was a hard quit of Creative Cloud and a restart of the Mac.This morning I tried again, and the same thing happened, then I tried a third time but it was the same.Every time the update stopped at 5% and in that moment also the internet connection stopped working (web, mail, ftp...). The same Creative Cloud update worked without issues in a PC / Windows 10.

I have the adobe photography plan installed on an old computer, and about to trade the old computer in for a new computer. How do I terminate the adobe photography plan on the old computer, and resume the adobe photography plan on the new computer? Furthermore, the adobe photography plan includes Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Rush and Camera Raw.

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere 2022 last year. I have the installation disk and the license code. I recently purchased a new computer and tried to install them on it. However I can't log in to my Adobe account. I found an old email that said they were going to remove my account if I didn't respond in the next 90 days. Apparently I didn't. I cannot find a phone number to call Adobe about this, and I can't submit a question without signing in to my account. Any advice?

Hi.  This has definitely been asked before; however, I'm honestly not seeing any real help/guidance pertaining to this topic. Years ago, I purchased an install-version of Adobe Photoshop CS6, which ran close to $900 CAD. I used this software of my Macbook Pro 2011, which eventually died on me in 2018. I've been using a Macbook Air 2018, which did not have the processing power to run Photoshop. This week I decided, two years later, to purchase an iMac, a $1500 computer, largely with the intention of diving back into graphic design and running PS.  This is a new computer and it came pre-installed with Catalina. I purchased a disc drive to run PS. When I went to install the software, Apple informs me of the 32-bit/64-bit issue. My version of PS is 32-bit. Catalina requires 64-bit. They advise to contact Adobe.  I do this. An agent informs me of three solutions: Downgrade my Apple OS. I don't want to do this. It came pre-installed and everybody knows that

Say i am using premiere pro on my 1st computer while i am doing som Photoshop on my 2nd Laptop is that possible? Thinking of buying this but has to make sure i can use different programs at the sametime.

This is brain dead stupid.Why, for the love of me, I am NOT allowed to use the Adobe software I am subscribed to, if I my internet connection is down? WHY? Does it really have to verify every frikkin single time I load the software???? I wasted a day of work today, thanks to this stupid thing. I am really reconsidering my subscription future. I have purchased a one year Adobe CC student license twice now with email adress "1", but when I did so for the third time it was linked to a wrong email adress (let's call it email number "2"). Is it possible to transfer my purchase, that's linked to email 2, to email 1. This way I won't lose my cloud catalog. Hope someone has a sollution for me. Thanks in advance!

My biggest issue with adobe Portfolio is the lack of flexibility for customization. Other website building sites allow you to manually edit the code--Is there really no way on Portfolio??? I am constantly trying to do seemingly simple and obvious things which are not available/permitted. It's so frustrating that I may give up and pay for Cargo, but really don't want to rebuild my site from scratch.  Specifically, my current frustration is the distinction of "collections" from other pages. Why can I not have a page which contains a bunch of links to other pages (i.e. collection) that also has an image, or a link to an external site, or embedded media? It should not be impossible to have a single page with links to both internal and external pages. SO frustrating! Also, why is the layout formatting only pixel based instead of percentage. I can't add sufficient space on the desktop version of the site because it creates WAY too much space on the mobile version. I shoul
