Download & Install

hello, i bought lightroom/photoshop. With the installation I had to do an update on my computer because otherwise it wouldn't work properly. My computer crashed due to the update.I had installed the program on my computer + mobile phone and on my husband's computer, so that I can already edit photos of my customers in the meantime.My new computer arrives tomorrow, could I still install it on it? For example, if I delete the program on my old laptop? (I can use it, but keyboard doesn't work and a few other things.)

I just loaded my adobe photo shop elements 12... I provided the SN in the package to load to my PC... now it states that my SN is not right?

Assistenza in italia completamente assente, inoltre in automatico mi avete associato il piano più alto, senza mandarmi nessun avviso della fine dell'abbonamento. Vorrei sapere come ridiscutere l'abbonamento di creative cloud, considerando che sono un professionista a p.iva, mi sembra ingiusto far pagare il massimo o considerarmi come un grande studio di grafica.Vorrei sapere chi poter contattare.Grazie

Nell'ultima versione di Photoshop, quando si sta usando il timbro clone spesso si apre accanto al puntatore un cerchio rosso di assegnazione dei parametri del tutto inutile e fastidioso. Come è possibile disattivare tale "intrusione" nel proprio lavoro?

"Localized files could not be loaded. Please reinstall this application to solve the problem." Error 11OS X Yosemite 10.10.5Our work computer has an issue with Adobe 2015 programs no longer opening and can't find a way to just get them off. We've tried to install CC apps since on the the MAC and it won't allow it because of the old programs on there, which aren't even working and we just get that error message.  Is it because the programs were installed with a disk? The original disks can't be located at this time. I've already tried the cleaner tool and a former worker resorted to throwing the icons in the trash but they are still in launchpad. I decided to bring them back to the desktop. All this happened before I had access to this computer so I'm not sure of all that was done and why it's like this.

Creative Cloud apps not there. Tried reinstall and message is taking too long, repair or reinstall creative cloud.  Tried many times and unsuccessful.  Is CC only compatible with Big Sur 11 or 10.  My iMac is not allowing reinstall ofcatalina either.

I get to the prompt and it pops up with the button to install it and I push it and is just slightly grays out and then nothing. I paid what gives. Photoshop does the same thing.

Hi, I'm looking for the link to download Lightroom 5 (bought a few yers ago). I was looking into the forum, and someone seems to have the same problem as me in 2019 (https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/link-to-lightroom-5-download-is-missing/m-p/10521752), but the link doesn't work anymore.I tried to deal with the official support but, as Lightroom 5 is no longer support by Adobe, they don't have any solution (exept of course paying a new licence ...)  Thanks for your help !Best, 

Ich würde gern mein bestehendes Abo in ein Creative Cloud Studierenden-Abo ändern, welches aber beim Ändern des Abs nicht zur Verfügung steht. Leider gibt es keinerlei Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu Adobe, um das Problem anzusprechen und Hilfe bei der Änderung zu bekommen.Wie kann ich Adobe kontaktieren und wie kann ich mein Abo in ein Studenten-Abo ändern?

I have a retail version of Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Pro for Windows and activation of the installation from the CD is no longer possible.  The links to download a special version that purportedly will work are no longer valid because it has been so many years ago.  How can I find a download of this program so that I may use my current serial number to get a working version on my ancient computer?

Bonjour,J'ai un soucis avec AE et PP, j'ai essayé de télécharger ces deux logiciels sur mon Mac mini M1 depuis Creative cloud mais à chaque fois cela me met un code d'erreur 183. J'ai ce problème seulement avec ces deux logiciel par contre une fois que je me rends dans le finder et dans application je peux démarrer et utiliser sans aucun soucis les deux logiciels en question. J'aimerais quand même pouvoir rêgler se problème notemment pour pouvoir garder à jour ces logiciels. Voilà j'espère que je me suis bien exprimé, j'attends donc de vos nouvelles si vous pouvez m'aider. Bonne soirée

In the CC app, I made sure to change my download location to a drive with a more than sufficient amount of storage. However, whenever I try to download any app it doesnt go through due to Error 133. But nothing I've tried everything so I was wondering if anyone can help?

Hi everyone, I'm running a macmini late 2012 on mac os high sierra 10.13.6, and by researching here on the foruns the latest version I can run is the 13.1.5 . I've tried de version 14, the oldest suported by adobe, but my lumetri scopes don't work. I could find a link to version 13 and it's running fine, but I would like to install 13.1.5 to avoid any bugs. Does anyone has a link where I can find it?
