Hello, I recently came back to use photoshop and lightroom on my mac, osx 10.11.6. This mac had been running both programs for a few years with no problems. Then I canceled my subscription for a few months. When I came back to pay for them they would not activate. I had to use them on the trial version. Now the trails have expired and I am paying for apps I cannot use. Creative cloud says not compatible on all of the apps. Is there a way to activate on these older versions that are installed on my old Mac? Or older versions I can try to reinstall?Thank you to anyone that can help.

I often need to open project files from older versions of After Effects or Premiere, whether they are my own archived projects or from a third party vendor who uses an older version. Opening these files with newer versions often causes inconsistencies or breaks projects altogether. In previous versions of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, I was able to install other versions of software and control whether or not to keep other installations with no problem; now, it seems that by default any current installations are removed, so I can only have one version at a time. Is there a way around this? I've tried Adobe's suggestion of enabling auto-update then changing preferences for removing other versions, but that seems to ONLY affect auto-update, and not manual installation.

I have a workstation system with a hot-swap SATA drive bay (connected directly to the motherboard's SATA ports, not a USB thing) and a hot-swap NVMe PCIe card installed. I hot-swap drives regularly, often using a specific drive for a specific project or for backing up files. Each time I switch drives in any of my drive bays, Adobe CC "deactivates" - as in, it detects my system as another computer and I have to deactivate the old "instance" in CC.  This is an inconvenience on the surface of course, but what I'm concerned about is that I've seen people get "banned" from CC for "suspected fraudulent activity". For me, my workflow might involve multiple drive swaps per day, so I might be "reactivating" my CC five or even ten times per day. So far this hasn't been a problem, but I'm concerned about it longer-term. I do depend on CC apps and even having them down for a day might cause a serious inconvenience to a project. As a secondary question, I'm considering upgrading the

Thsi is a complaint because Adobe is an awful company to work with, it may be deleted. Just got off the phone with Adobe CS and am crying. I purchased PE2019 in January 2019, installed and registered the product and used it for years. My computer SSD crashed last fall and I just now got to installing it again. I got an error message when I entered the serial number "Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalid" and a phone number to call for assistance. It also says to call the number if I was a victim of fraud to see if I qualify for discounts, but I don't believe I was a victim of fraud, I believe I'm a victim of a greedy and heartless software company. Why care about people who buy a small program to use and enjoy when you can cancel their serial numbers and make them pay a monthly fee. CS didn't care that I have the original receipt from the purchase and also can't explain why I was able to use the product with a serial number that they claim was deactivated the same month th

how can i download photoshop cs6 extended full version?... for free ?.

Can you show the size of the updates before I choose to install it please. I don't do automatic updates because I travel with a wifi hotspot and I need to control software updates when I'm using it. Here's a screenshot. It shows percentage of installation but I need to see the file size when it asks me to update.Thanks,  

How do I install photoshop elements, which I bought yesterday, but didn't install?  Where do I find it? How do I avoid being charged twice?  And why can I not speak with someone and get this all straightened out?

I am trying to Install Indesign to my new macbook pro (2021) but after downloading the intsaller from the link I've got from Adobe in my mailbox, nothing happens when I double click the InDesign installer. What to do now?Thank you for replying already.

I can not download and install creative cloud

I tried opening CS4 Photoshop and received and Error 6 notification stating licensing for this product has stopped working. I am running Windows 10.I am fine uninstalling CS4, but i have tried to uninstall and keep receiving the message that the installer Database is currupt, and cannot even uninstall the program. I have searched many solutions on  Adobe Community support and have found no resolution to uninstall. At this point I just want this removed from my progams. I have tried running the original file for installation, and run into the same error. I am completely out of options at this point. Please advise

Anyone else having trouble buying Lightroom? I've been trying to buy it for two days and have spent 3 hours on chats with the helpdesk and the best I can get is that they want me to give them my credit card information. I want to use paypal which it states on their website can be used but each time I go through the process all the way to the end it gives me a message to contact the sales department directly. I have been talking to them for two days and they want me to give them my card details first and then will let me use paypal. Sounds fishy to me... I was also told that paypal doesn't work in Ireland, which is wrong. I use it for everything. Anyone else fix this?

Hey I have an issue my profile shows the error message: Oh no! There's a problem with your recent payment. Update payment details for uninterrupted service. I already contacted support TWICE but they got rid of me pretty quick telling me they are going to try pull the money from PayPal again. I also contacted PayPal and they told me to put money on my PayPal account which I did a couple of days ago but the problem is still there. Any tips on how to fix this?

Hallo zusammen,ich verzweifele, seit gestern kommt plötzlich bei kommt beim Start jeder der Anwendungen/Applikationen "Kostenloses Probe-Abo beginnen", OBWOHL ich seit 2013 ohne Unterbrechung eine Creative Cloud Abo habe.Ich benötige die Anwendungen dringend und weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. How to move or install Photoshop on HD instead of SSD?

Guten Abend, irgendetwas stimmt mit der Creative cloud desktop nicht. Abonniert habe ich das Foto-Abo und Indesign (siehe mein Konto). Installiert hab ich auf meinem Rechner Photoshop, Lighgtroom Classic, Bridge, Adobe Reader, Indesign. Programme lassen sich starten und auch damit arbeiten bis auf die Übergabe von Lightroom an PS. Der eigentliche Grund ist aber wenn ich Creative Cloud Desktop aufrufe, wird mir nur angezeigt das Acrobat DC installiert ist. wie kann das sein? Hab ein eigenes Laufwerk für Adobe wo die Sachen installiert sind. Updates erhalte ich dadurch auch nicht mehr... Was kann ich da machen? Gruß Franz

Hallo ich habe die ADOBE Creative Cloud im Monatsabo. Zur Zeit gibt es die ein Jahreslizens bei Amazon für 73.99 €,Weiß jemand ob ich mein Abo kündigen kann um dann auf die Jahreslizens umzusteigen, ohne Verlust meiner Kataloge so das ich wie gewohnt weiter arbeiten kann? 

This is an existing installation, has worked for a long time. 1-Now when starting Cloud I get the message "Apps are taking longer than usual to load". 2-I have tried the listed fix steps down to and including Uninstalling the cloud.     Even tried the Cloud repair option, didn't work. 3-When uninstalling Cloud got the message there are still apps defined to the cloud.     Assuming it is LR & PS. 4-When attempting uninstall of LR or PS it calls the Cloud     and Im back to step 1 above. Basically, whenever I try to install creative cloud to get to the rest of my apps, the install just stops at 1% and gives me the error code 207. Ive tried about everything I could find online and none of them seem to work. -Disabled Firewall -Disabled AntiVirus -Tried installing on several different networks -Uninstalled everything adobe and tried again -Wiped all appdata related to adobe   Seriously stuck on this as I need it to work while I'm away from my desktop. 

I Have lightroom on my Mac and need to urgently transfer this to my HP laptop.  My Mac is about to die and so I urgently require help to transfer my adobe file to my new laptop.RegardsCherylynne
