Hi there, сan I legally buy Adobe products of previous versions with a perpetual license from its official partners in my country at the moment? Some online stores today sell Adobe software with an indefinite license. Is it possible today or is it a hoax? Is it possible to legally buy such Adobe programs (with an indefinite license) at the moment in Russia?

I am trying to install Lightroom on my Mac. I had educational license from my school, which expired. I then tried to install Lightroom through a friends and family license, but cannot get past the step where it indicates that I am Signed Out.Everytime I try to Sign In, it reverts back to the "You've been signed out page"  Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Bonjour à tout le monde, Je viens de changer de configuration pour un MACSTUDIO.J'ai donc téléchargé CREATIVE CLOUD et commncé à installer PHOTOSHOP,  MEDIA ENCODER, CAMERA RAW, BRIDGE sans soucis mais impossible de mettre PREMIERE PRO.J'ai essayé 5 fois et même avec l'avant dernière version.Auriez vous une idée ?Merci d'avance

I've tried to install Character Animator on my M1 MacBook Pro and it crashes every time with error code 198. According to the error log, it is trying to install to the previous installation path for my apps and not the new one I have set in preferences. He formateado el disco duro de un ordenador y, tras la instalación con discos originales, no consigo que funcione ningún software de Adobe CS6 a pesar de tener un número de serie legal. He conseguido que funcione como prueba de 30 días pero necesito poder validar mi número de serie para trabajar de seguido con él.

Deseo descargar la versión de prueba de Photoshop Elements para Mac, pero no veo esta opción.De forma automática el sistema me desarga la opción para WindowsGracias por la ayuda que me podáis prestar. 

Bonjour je posséde un MAC Os Sierra 10.12.6,  La version est trop vielle et donc pas compbatible pour télécharger Adobe.  Comment puis-je faire pour télécharger une version plus ancienne d'Adobe pour qu'elle soit compatible avec mon Mac ?  merci pour votre aide 

I'm currently taking a introduction to digital arts class and i'm having trouble downloading the required software for the class (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator..). The application would install until about 42% and stay there until it eventually tells me the installation failed, error 305 to be exact. I've tried Ctrl + ALT + R and nothing much came out of it, neither did rebooting my computer. 

I have searched the conversations on this website but none of the offered solutions work for me! Wndows 10 Home.On both Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic I suddenly am unable to use the update function! After clicking on the (Help Menu) update button I get the message "Updates have been disabled for this machine. Please contact your administrator"! I have tried all the solutions I have found that might apply to my case but none have been successful. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you. 

i bought the photography plan but i have typed, in the email space, a wrong one (not my Adobe account email) by mistake.Now the payment is completed (i have 10 euro less on my credit card) but i can not login and use the plan because it is on another account which i don't know the password 

I just got the adobe suite through my school, I have downloaded premiere pro as well as photoshop. Premiere pro is downloaded and opens and works just fine, but creative cloud shows that it is not downloaded, and when I attempt to through it it gives an error message. Photoshop appears fine in CC

I have the same error and have tried to fix it with the guide on link you posted, but it doesn't work. I purchased an all apps subscription. But I can not install any apps from the creative cloud. It shows unable to sync. note: I took a subscription in an email for 3 days. Then I took another subscription in another email.

I used the free trial, but it is automatically debited, so even if you cancel the plan, the withdrawal continues every month. So I deleted my adobe account and the money went out today. I want to know the reason. Help me...

 i just purchased the creative cloud subscription from my university's wesbite for the education pricing. however even when i log in with my computer email on creative cloud it still is prompting me to buy the software. i already purchased the bundle, how do i get it to sync with the app??

Hello,I can't update the cc app itself.  After 1% it shows error code 198.I can't find any reference to that code either.Other apps are updating fine.  XD wasn't and was showing the same error code so I uninstalled it.  Not a priority for me anyway.Any assistance would be appreciated.Thank you.Peter

I have owned CS5 for years. Unfortunately, I need to reinstall my OS and would like to be able to reinstall and reactivate the license I paid for with Adobe. However, since Adobe has declared EOL on CS5 - their servers no longer acknowledge my product. I cannot deactivate the product - which I assume also means that were I to reinstall - their servers would not reactivate the product either. There appears to be no customer service line or email that I can address this issue. (the numbers I've called dead end me when i select enough options to indicate that its an older adobe product)Is there any solution to this?Doing a subscription is cost prohibitive to me.

Hallo, nachdem mein Laptop den Geist aufgegeben hat und ich ihn plattmachen musste, habe ich mühsam alle wichtigen Programme wieder raufgespielt. Was musst ich nun zu meinem Entsetzen feststellen? Ich kann meine damals gekauftes CS3 nicht mehr benutzen, weil offensichtlich keine Online-Aktivierung mehr möglich ist. Verstehe ich das richtig, dass ein von mir teuer erworbenes Produkt, was einwandfrei funktioniert, nicht mehr nutzbar ist, weil Adobe einfach den Support einstellt? Ich glaube, das nennt man Betrug?! Es sollte nicht mein Problem sein, dass Adobe kein Interesse an seinen Nutzern hat, ich möchte einfach nur mein Programm weiternutzen. Und nicht jeden Monat ein Programm mieten. Ich habe nämlich eines! Welche Hilfestellungen bieten Sie an? Mit besten Grüßen Anne

I have been running Adobe  photoshop on a new computer since January. That computer is now being repaired. Can I download my Adobe products  in my plan, and run them on my old comouter until the newer computer is repaired. At which time,  I'll download and install adobe products back to the new computer? Is this O.K? 

 I got Premiere Pro 2022 today and for whatever reason every time I try to install it it gets to 45 or 46% and just stops going up. please help ! 🙂

when i try to install photoshop only a white window appears after i have confirmed the administrator rights.i use windows 11.

Adobe sent me an email notice in November that my Teacher/educator subscription was going to double from $17 a month to $34 a month on December 2nd. Adobe says this was part of the contract I signed when I first agreed to the subscription. I'm sure somewhere in the fine print there was a reference to this, but it must have been very well hidden.  I'm a teacher in a parochial school and can't afford $400 a year for this software subscription.  So I was surprised to see a bill on my credit card in December for $34. I searched my sent emails only to find that the Adobe Mailbox rejected my email; reason: mailbox full.  So when I went to the Adobe site to cancel my account I was told I would have to pay $175 dollars as a penalty.   If there's anyone out there from Adobe please help.  I'm perfectly willing to continue paying $17 a month, but can't afford the $34 nor the $175 cancellation charge. I'm happy to send you the bounced email if you require it.Delivery

Hi, the online helper send me here. I have moved my CS6 design and web premium suite to another partition to have a dual boot mac. Consequently I was asked to register the copy online, but it does not work since the service is no longer active. Offline activation sends error messages too. It there a way I can still use my apps beyond the 30 days trial period?Thanking you.Kind regards,Paul

Hi, I bought a new pc a few days back and I loved working with CS6.My old pc was a medion pc with windows 7 (later upgraded to windows 10).The pc I bought is a HP with windows 10.So as me was told I installed the installer again (The one I can download from my adobe account when I look under products).In products it still says that I have the product, my serialnumber and everything.I installed the installer and I booted it up. That all worked so far.I put in my number again because the installer asks for it, log in with the same adobe account and start the download.The second my download hits 2% it stops and gives an error message.The page it links to, to solve the issues, gives a 404 error (Probably because CS6 is not supported anymore).But now im stuck. It still works on my old pc, but my new one i cant even get the download to work.I have read some posts on here that tell me to activate and deactivate (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.htm
