Hallo ich habe die ADOBE Creative Cloud im Monatsabo. Zur Zeit gibt es die ein Jahreslizens bei Amazon für 73.99 €,Weiß jemand ob ich mein Abo kündigen kann um dann auf die Jahreslizens umzusteigen, ohne Verlust meiner Kataloge so das ich wie gewohnt weiter arbeiten kann? 

This is an existing installation, has worked for a long time. 1-Now when starting Cloud I get the message "Apps are taking longer than usual to load". 2-I have tried the listed fix steps down to and including Uninstalling the cloud.     Even tried the Cloud repair option, didn't work. 3-When uninstalling Cloud got the message there are still apps defined to the cloud.     Assuming it is LR & PS. 4-When attempting uninstall of LR or PS it calls the Cloud     and Im back to step 1 above. Basically, whenever I try to install creative cloud to get to the rest of my apps, the install just stops at 1% and gives me the error code 207. Ive tried about everything I could find online and none of them seem to work. -Disabled Firewall -Disabled AntiVirus -Tried installing on several different networks -Uninstalled everything adobe and tried again -Wiped all appdata related to adobe   Seriously stuck on this as I need it to work while I'm away from my desktop. 

I Have lightroom on my Mac and need to urgently transfer this to my HP laptop.  My Mac is about to die and so I urgently require help to transfer my adobe file to my new laptop.RegardsCherylynne

I am wanting to transfer access to Adobe Design Standard CS6 to my new computer. Do I need to add the serial number to my Adobe ID? How will this affect the use of the program on a different computer (the license I purchased includes two instances). 

Everytime I hit the download button for the desktop version of PP, I get the prompt on the bottom of my screen to install. When I hit the prompt, it redirects me to my Creative Cloud, and gives me no further options to install. I've restarted, troubleshooted, and even canceled the subscription, and tried again from step 1 but still nothing

I buy photoshop lightroom everything was fine but I uninstalled and reinstalled later now ligthroom works but photoshop the license don't work .only demo

I currently use Adobe Ilustrator regularly. I have subscribed to a trial of Photoshop but can't get it to install. It gets to 10% installed and comes up with a red dot and the words 'Installation failed'. It gives me the option to Retry but once again it gets to about 10% and says installtion failed. I'm using a HP Pavilion x360 Desktop - ABINAEF. Processor - Intel (R) Core GM i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50 GHz 2.71 GHz. Installed RAM - 8G.B 64 bit operating system, X64 based processor. Windows 10 Home 21H1

I have recently resubscribed to adobe creative cloud. I was previously getting having an account through my organisation (in this case school).  When I try to load Photoshop, lightroom classic etc... it closes after a few seconds. No error message shown.  I have uninstalled the creative cloud app using the application found hereI have uninstalled the apps. Interestingly now it wont let me reinstall the apps. It will let me install apps I have not had on the computer before. I have removed/renamed common files etc. Any ideas on how I might fix this one?

I have updated all my adobe apps to CC (2018), All apps are up to date in my creative cloud app. But in my applications folder I see all apps in both 2017 and 2018 versions. This takes up a lot of space on my computer. Old files default to 2017, and new files default to 2018 (indesign 2018 files wont open in 2017 etc) How can I uninstall the old versions (2017) when they are not listed in my creative cloud app?

Hi! Whenever I try to install Photoshop cc17, error code 16 is displayed. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it won't work, neither did the solution Adobe Support offers (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error.html this one).I don't know what else to try.

HiI've just bought Photoshop but I'm unable to install on my laptop. I use Windows 10. I have Creative Cloud installed on there already but I only subscribe to Adobe Illustrator (under a different email)

I currently have: Ps (version 23.4.1), Lr (5.4), Lr Classic (11.4.1), Ps Express (3.6), Camera Raw (14.4.1)  and of course Bridge, installed on my WIN 10 desktop computer. I want to install Adobe Id and Ai CS5.  My question is will they interfer or compromise my current Adobe apps in any way?  I remember when I had Ps CS5 it did compromise my Ps CC, so I had to uninstall CS5.     I'd appreciate any assistance you may give.  Rochelle M.

Hello, ran into a frustrating issue trying to help a student install inDesign from a CC account on her computer. We tried installing the downloader for inDesign (and the Creative Cloud desktop app) to both the Downloads folder and the desktop, each time we'd run the installer a dialogue box asking to grant access to the Downloads/Desktop folder would pop up and would not go away regardless of whether we clicked "Allow" or "Deny Access". It just hangs out on the screen. We tried manually granting access through settings, but because the program hasn't actually been installed we can't adjust the settings for it yet. It's like it's frozen and we can't get past that point of the install. Firewall is off, we are operating on a Macbook, and even force quitting the installer through the Activity Monitor doesn't impact the "Allow Access" dialogue box. I've installed this software tens of times on all kinds of computers and this is the first time I'm seeing this. Hi ya'll,  i just bought a new macbook pro 2020 - M1 chip - and am trying to get creative cloud to work. basically I allready installed and unistalled everything 10 times. Everytime i open the creative cloud app i get the start screen or the dashboard screen but i can't click on anything and it is not responding. I am aware that to run photoshop on my new macbook I need to download Rosetta 2 and the beta version of the non native photoshop version however, i was never asked to downloac Rosetta 2... can't seem to find a way to instal this manually and, i can't click on the beta version of photoshop because creative cloud is non responsive. Please help me, i have been looking for a solution for hours, i'm going crazy 🙂  

I have had a student plan for a while now. I just went to install another app included in the plan onto my computer but upon logging in, it says I only have the free trials plan. I checked my bank account and the subscription has come out so I am definitely paying for it, it's just not showing up. It won't let me contact support as, because it is linked to a university email and it's saying there is no paid subscription, it says I should contact the person in charge within my group or organization for help. I thought cancelling the subscription and restarting it may work but I'm not sure how I would do that as the subscription isn't showing up so I can't cancel it. How can I get access to the products I have paid for?

I've been trying to install adobe CC all evening but to no avail. I purchased Acrobat Pro with a perpetual license from Adobe back around 1998 for my main computer. After a computer crash caused by installation of Windows 10 around 2015-2016. Adobe techs installed a newer version (XI). everything was fine for years and Adobe installed updates online. That worked fine, so I threw out the older version disc since it was useless. I never received a serial number for the program that Adobe techs installed. Earlier this month Windows glitched and would not install updates, so after 3 days of their techs taking control they finally ended up doing a complete reinstall, but all programs were lost. While reinstalling Acrobat, it would not accept the serial number that the Microsoft tech had recovered. An Adobe tech told me the serial number belonged to someone in Africa. Hello,I tried to use online chat support but the supporter directed me to this place. I can't install updates for Adobe CS6 Design & Web Prem Pack. I have downloaded updates from Adobe official site - other download. I have the license. I run on Mac OS Sierra. When I try to install an update (doesnt matter if for illustrator or photoshop or other component) I constantly get the information that Install is Failure and it cant use this update. I expect prompt and reliable help from your support.

why can't I  download photoshop on this computer

I have two versions of Photoshop installed on my Macbook Pro. Version 22.5.8 and Version 23.4.1.Can I delete Version 22.5.8? 

So today I was editing a batch of photos that I took yesterday, when lightroom classic started to freeze up and didn't allow me to export photos. From there I shut down the app and tried to boot it back up. Then it wouldn't start back up saying that I had the catalog open already (which I didn't). So I decided to uninstall lightroom classic and reinstall it. Now when I try to install or uninstall anything (I.E. Premiere Rush, Photoshop) I get error 116. The solution I keep getting is to turn off any antivirus software. I don't have any antivirus running and no mattter what I cannot get lightroom back.
