HalloVor einiger Zeit habe ich in Photoshop CC eine Aktion für meinen regulären Workflow aufgezeichnet, und mit einer Funktionstaste (F12) belegt. Das hat auch ziemlich lange völlig problemlos funktioniert - aber seit gestern nicht mehr. Völlig unerwartet, von einem Foto zum nächsten, startete die Aktion ohne mein Zutun, und ließ sich auch durch nichts stoppen. Inzwischen habe ich die Aktion sogar gelöscht, und trotzdem kommt bei jedem Öffnen eines Bildes immer noch diese Meldung:Hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegen könnte, und vor allem wie ich das Problem beheben kann?Ich verwende Photoshop CC Version 19.0 auf einem 64bit Win10 Rechner.Bis dahin Leon

I only use Indesign, Photoshop and Acrobat from my CC, Can I get rid of all the other apps and pay less?

For some reason the automatic update wont progress and is stuck at 0%. Because of this, i am unable to install any applications due to the update needing to be finished first. It's really frustrating, i have already unistalled it and installed it twice and it still is on the same thing. does anyone have a solution for this?????

I purchased a plan, I got a confirmation email, I clicked on the link and download the Creative Cloud, but when I download the suites, justs takes me to free trial. On my account it states i have no plan. The plan has been charged to my account so I know I purchased it. Anyone have a solution? I tried logging out and back in and tried it on different monitors and updating.  When i try to contact support, it says for me to contact my system administrator which i cannot find who that is to be able to contact them. Where do I find who that is?

Dear Adobe. I would like to get my money back for the last month of prepaid subscription. Reason? The newest version of Adobe Premiere crashes a lot, crashes every second time I run it, Creative Cloud needs to be repared every time I run the PC!!!! It is really annoying as I have to pay so much money for something what does not work properly!!! This month is the worst one in your history I guess. Please do not get back to me with questions like "what PC specs do you have" etc. I am very long in this industry so do not try that. Please understand, that we work for big clients and we rely on your software but your newest update is pure *****. Me and my friends will probably revert to other video editing software as your is not usable last weeks. I am not willing to work with it in these conditions. Thank you, Martin.

Hello,I'm Adrian from the NetherlandsI have an account for Acrobat DC and decided to go for CCloud. I took an subscription for CCloud (on a new emailaddress) and stopped the Acrobat account (other emailaddress).Till now I cann't use the CCLoud because this is constantly redericted to my Acorbat DC account (so stopping that one doesn't work) Everytime I can use only trial version and be pushed to buy a licence I already did.Perhaps I'm a stupid Dutchman, but paying $70 a moth and not be able to use my subscription is not acceptable.ThanksAdrian

I am having issues trying to log into my account while installing Acobat on my Mac.  I have Mac OS 12.5, the password on the adobe website works, but not when I am trying to install the software the password magically doesn't work. How can I get this fixed. I tried chatting with customer service but they ended my chat.   

I get a message that I have software to install, so I go to the control panel and it asks for my password. I use the same one that I use when I go to adobe.com (that one works fine online). On my control panel it shakes back and forth . . . no no. . . I've also tried using the password for my computer. Still doesn't work. What else can I do? I really don't want to call tech support - I need help from someone who speaks American! Lynn

Hi Adobe ! I have so many very old versions of Adobe (all the way down to CS3) - and it takes up so much space on my computer that my computer is full. So thought to know if I can delete something the old programs.Thank you so much!! 

I was logged out of Adobe and logged on through Google with the wrong email address.  I am now in trial version mode with the wrong email and I can't sign in with the correct email address for the paid version.  How can I correct this.

I am running windows 10 64bit and creative cloud 5.7.1.1At least once a week i get notifications in the creative cloud app that there is an update for the creative cloud app. I click it and it updates. Then i go check the version number and it is still the same 5.7.1.1. I also go check the release note to see if there is a new version and there is no new version Why does the creative cloud app keeps saying there is an update for the app but no update really exsists? The next time i see the blue update box i will screenshot it.

I really don't have much to say other than we have been duped by colleges who say access to Adobe CC is included in tuition. 

My C: drive is  a very small (but fast). I know I can't install Adobe Creative Cloud on anything other than the C: drive, but is it possible to force the temp files to a different drive. I have found a folder on the C: drive labeled "adobeTemp" which is apparently being used to update the various Creative Cloud apps. The updates are failing because of "Insufficient Space" on the drive. I can update one (barely), but if two attempt to update at the same time, I run out of space (and also run into issues with other apps).  I have migrated most read/write elements (including Windows temp files) to my 😧 drive which has lots of space, but Adobe seems to be insistent on using the C: drive.

Hi, I'm using Lightroom Classic CC and Photoshop CC on a Mac OS 10.13.6 and I have installed Creative Cloud 4.6.0.384. Due to my limited system capacity (i5 8GB RAM) I'm very concerned with system resources and I would like to have as less processes running as possible so I can save RAM while I'm using Lightroom or, at least, until I open it and I'm using other programs.Within the Preferences tab of the Creative Cloud I have disabled everything, including Launch at Login, Show Notifications, Keep CC updated.I disabled also Creative Cloud Sync and Typekit Fonts. I also went to the "Extensions" panel of Mac preferences and disabled Core Sync. I went to the Startup elements on the Users preferences and checked that there is nothing there related to Adobe.Now, when I start my computer the Creative Cloud app icon does not show up on the menu bar of the Mac but if I open my Activity Monitor app there are at least 5 processes that are always running, like Adobe Desktop Service, CC Library, CC

So, I worked on a video and exported it as an mp4 file and uploaded it to creative cloud to send it to a client.But I noticed that the videos files I uploaded are getting corruputed and are showing 0 kb, when i download them from the creative cloud. Is there any fix for this issue or should we use a different cloud service?

I just wanted to express my disappointment and frustration with the way Adobe is set up.  Earlier in February I needed to take up a plan for school in order to edit for my photography class at school, but now I no longer need the program and can no longer afford this. I do not even use it. Therefore I decided to cancel the plan but I have been hit with both a cancellation fee plus the usual fee for the month. I spoke to customer care and they could not help me. It is frustrating because this is not explained properly when getting these programs, and I have browsed through the forum and saw that others have been through this as well and the lack of transparency has also costed them loads in cancellation fees as well. Would not use this ever again or recommend these "plans." Pay the fee or continue to pay for a full year for something you don't use. Great options.

In my plan it included Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Fresco, Premiere Rush, and Photoshop/Photoshop Express. All the apps are installed to my iPad and I haven't been able to install Photoshop or Illustrator.

Hey There!I'm facing the following problem and I hope you can help me:  In brief, whenever I install the creative cloud app on my laptop (Acer, Windows 10), it crashes the wifi network for any device (e.g. mobile phone, another laptop, and even for the laptop that has the CC installed) that wants to connect to the network.  What I could find out so far:The only 2 solutions so far to get the WIFI network working again: Switching off the WIFI on the laptop that has the CC app installed or deleting the CC app from the system.The issue appears independently from the device. I installed the CC app on a brand new laptop (Asus, Windows 10) and the problem is the same.The issue seems to appear independently from other programs. The problem appears even after fromatting the laptop. Deleting the antivirus (Norton) doesn't work.The device that has the CC app will get internet only for around 5 seconds. Hello together I have a problem regarding the registration. When I start Creative Cloud, this window comes up. It tells me: "Logged out. Sign in again to continue using Adobe apps. - Sign in."When I click "sign in", it loads briefly, and then crashes again, landing me back on this screen (photo). When I go to "help" and click "sign in using your browser", exactly nothing happens.How can I fix this?We have already been able (with a lot of effort) to delete the applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.We have also reinstalled the Creative Cloud a few times.This has been going on for months.On my laptop it works without any problems, only on my computer it has problems. I hope someone can help me. Love greetings 

The fact that it is impossible to activate a legitimate license for CS3 in 2022 is more than unfortunate - it reflects badly on a company that has always made it more difficult than it should be to simply install (and then finally use) its software.   QUESTION:Why is this? Why does Adobe cut off its nose to spite its face?   By spending a few bucks to continue to maintain activation servers -- or even better, by continuing to offer activation-free older software -- the long-term good will the company would engender would be significant.   But long-term use/long-term loyalty is obviously not a concept with which Adobe is familiar, even if it is one that many users such as myself *value* immensely.   I still have the ability to 'make' ancient software such as PS CS3 operate succesfully; CS3 will still work on macOS Mojave, at least.   On Mojave (macOS 10.14.6) I could boot from an old system image to run working versions of CS3 PS and Acrobat, on a specific compu
