Buenos días, Estoy tratando de instalar photoshop en un MacBook Pro M1 en el que no tengo instalado Rosetta, y el instalador de photoshop no me permite realizar la instalación si no instalo antes Rosetta.No quiero instalar Rosetta porque quiero ejecutar solamente aplicaciones nativas Appe Silicon en este equipo. ¿Adobe Photoshop no es nativa M1? Muchas gracias y un saludo

Yesterday a Creative Cloud update notification appeared, I started the download but it stopped at 5%.Then all the network connections of the Mac stopped (MacPro 2013 / Big Sur) and it was impossible to connect with every web sites with both Safari and Firefox.The only workaround was a hard quit of Creative Cloud and a restart of the Mac.This morning I tried again, and the same thing happened, then I tried a third time but it was the same.Every time the update stopped at 5% and in that moment also the internet connection stopped working (web, mail, ftp...). The same Creative Cloud update worked without issues in a PC / Windows 10.

I have the adobe photography plan installed on an old computer, and about to trade the old computer in for a new computer. How do I terminate the adobe photography plan on the old computer, and resume the adobe photography plan on the new computer? Furthermore, the adobe photography plan includes Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Rush and Camera Raw.

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere 2022 last year. I have the installation disk and the license code. I recently purchased a new computer and tried to install them on it. However I can't log in to my Adobe account. I found an old email that said they were going to remove my account if I didn't respond in the next 90 days. Apparently I didn't. I cannot find a phone number to call Adobe about this, and I can't submit a question without signing in to my account. Any advice?

acrobat 7 can't activate as getting error code of 17.17I installed my program--all went well until I received the error code 17.17--unable to activate program. My OS, Win 10, v21H2, x-64 system.Can anyone give me a solution to this problem?

Hi.  This has definitely been asked before; however, I'm honestly not seeing any real help/guidance pertaining to this topic. Years ago, I purchased an install-version of Adobe Photoshop CS6, which ran close to $900 CAD. I used this software of my Macbook Pro 2011, which eventually died on me in 2018. I've been using a Macbook Air 2018, which did not have the processing power to run Photoshop. This week I decided, two years later, to purchase an iMac, a $1500 computer, largely with the intention of diving back into graphic design and running PS.  This is a new computer and it came pre-installed with Catalina. I purchased a disc drive to run PS. When I went to install the software, Apple informs me of the 32-bit/64-bit issue. My version of PS is 32-bit. Catalina requires 64-bit. They advise to contact Adobe.  I do this. An agent informs me of three solutions: Downgrade my Apple OS. I don't want to do this. It came pre-installed and everybody knows that

Say i am using premiere pro on my 1st computer while i am doing som Photoshop on my 2nd Laptop is that possible? Thinking of buying this but has to make sure i can use different programs at the sametime.

This is brain dead stupid.Why, for the love of me, I am NOT allowed to use the Adobe software I am subscribed to, if I my internet connection is down? WHY? Does it really have to verify every frikkin single time I load the software???? I wasted a day of work today, thanks to this stupid thing. I am really reconsidering my subscription future. I have purchased a one year Adobe CC student license twice now with email adress "1", but when I did so for the third time it was linked to a wrong email adress (let's call it email number "2"). Is it possible to transfer my purchase, that's linked to email 2, to email 1. This way I won't lose my cloud catalog. Hope someone has a sollution for me. Thanks in advance!

Hello, where can I contact adobe directly? I canceled my subscription two days before the end and it still took my money 😞 and a lot more.

My biggest issue with adobe Portfolio is the lack of flexibility for customization. Other website building sites allow you to manually edit the code--Is there really no way on Portfolio??? I am constantly trying to do seemingly simple and obvious things which are not available/permitted. It's so frustrating that I may give up and pay for Cargo, but really don't want to rebuild my site from scratch.  Specifically, my current frustration is the distinction of "collections" from other pages. Why can I not have a page which contains a bunch of links to other pages (i.e. collection) that also has an image, or a link to an external site, or embedded media? It should not be impossible to have a single page with links to both internal and external pages. SO frustrating! Also, why is the layout formatting only pixel based instead of percentage. I can't add sufficient space on the desktop version of the site because it creates WAY too much space on the mobile version. I shoul

I had problems with my computer. Now I can't activate Premiere pro. I am paying £16.18 per month, but when I click on the Creative Cloud icon it no longer shows the app I am paying for (Premiere Pro) so I can click on it and get it to load, but just shows a list of all apps saying free trial. What has changed?

I have been using the creative cloud for years, and I have the same issues as when I first started using.  Mainly that whenever it needs an update it will not complete, giving me an error message, and then I have to uninstall, restart computer, and then reinstall it.  My question is do I actually need the desktop app in order to use my programs?  Can I use it thro9ugh the site?  It is a pain to have this issue every time there is an update for the desktop app.

Just a quick post as I encountered an error with Adobe Creative Cloud not being able to update, on MacOS Monterey.  The update stalled at 1% and then throws Error 1001. I rebooted a number of times and didn't fix the issue. After searching on these forums I found some dated info of people saying they have to uninstall/reinstall CC with some not being able to uninstall.  I was able to solve the problem by running the CC Uninstaller in /Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud and choosing repair. The first time running the repair showed some errors, just click through them and wait for the repair to finish automatically. Once it has finished, run it again and choose repair again, it will then run with no errors, and once it has completed you can open CC and it will update with no problems.  Hope this can help anybody facing the same issue.

Everytime I download Photoshop.  It signs me out and I'm unable to finish downloading Photoshop.  Any suggestions?  

Trying to install Photoshop 2022 on Windows 11 21H2.Error message says "The installer you downloaded won't work on your computer. Choose 'OK' to download the installer that matches your Windows. Error Code: 717"Pressing OK directs you to install the exact same installer. It's an endless loop.The Creative Cloud installer does the same thing.The desktop meets/heavily exceeds all System Requirements.

Cannot install adobe photoshop trial due to this error. Any help is appreciated.

I keep getting this error message when I try to install the trial version of Premier Pro onto my computer. I haven't been able to find ANY reference to this error code on the site. Any help would be appreciated!

I have Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Web Premium edition for mac and Bridge started crashing, I purged the cache, reset the preferences and various other things and nothing worked. So I reinstalled the software and now the Camera Raw version is back 7.0.0.308 instead of the 9.1.1 that I had updated it to and I cannot find a way to download that version. I am using a mid 2015 MacBook Pro running Mojave OS 10.14.6 and all my CR2 photos can no longer be opened. How do I resolve this? Is there a way to update back to Camera Raw 9.1.1?

I have a lot of old programs, that have white circle with line through it. Can they just be trashed? Does anyone know the answer? I am baffled. I am migrating my old iMac to a new MacBook Pro and would love to keep it clean. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello,I've just signed up for the photography plan  (Initially it's a free seven day trial). I've downloaded the programs for the desktop and then I believe it includes a certain amount of apps for my iPad and/or phone.When I went into the Mobile tab in the creative cloud app on my desktop I found 22 apps available whereby I send links to my email and then I guess I download it onto my Device from there.I thought I only had Photoshop for the iPad and Lightroom… am I mistaken? Are there actually more apps available in this plan? The reason I am confused is under the Desktop tab it clearly marks out which ones are included in my plan and then shows others are available for me to basically add on and pay more for. Under the Mobile tab all 22 are in there together. Some look like quite big apps like illustrator which I would've thought I would've needed to paid for ... Others I'm not actually sure what they are so I'm really unclear as to whether they are freebies included for mobile

Hello, recently got a new computer and decided to pick up videoediting again, but now I'm facing one issue... I have activated my serial number already on two devices, but for some reason I can't deactivate nor even find them on account.adobe.com/activated-devices. Soooo what should I do now?
