Bonjour,La Suite Adobe a plusieurs fait planter mon ordinateur au point d'être obligée de le reboot et de faire un fresh start. Cela est arrivé environ 6-8 fois. Ça a duré quelques mois. Après un reboot, sans aucune explication, ça avait refonctionné pendant un certain temps. Jusqu'à hier, où j'ai eu le même message d'erreur "Crash de la suite Adobe, réparer ou réinstaller", et à chaque fois que ça arrive, mon ordinateur met littéralement 2-3h avant de redémarrer, et quand il redémarre, il mouline à chaque clic de souris, un véritable enfer. Est-ce que certains ont ce problème ? Mon mac a tout juste 2 ans et a coûté trop cher pour que je m'en sépare, mais là, je ne sais plus quoi faire.  Avez-vous une solution ?

I always keep Adobe updates strictly off because we all know updates mid-project are a complete pain in the ass.  How in god's name did creative cloud manage to turn on auto-updates by itself and update all my software?!?! 

Hello.I try to update my version of Premiere Pro CC 2019, and for an unknow reason it was stuck at 5%. So I decide to remove the previous version of my Premiere Pro and to reinstall it form scratch. I have fiber, so it's okay. But then it block at 5% too. I decide to reinstall Creative Cloud, but then the problem really start... My internet is 56k. Only on my computer. My phone connected to the house wifi is okay.So seeing the forum, I downloaded painfully the Creative Cloud Cleaner. Clean everything multiple time (cause why not). Restart my computer a thousand time (I may exagerate, but it's a frustrating experience), and still no solution. I wipe all Adobe product from my computer, cause apparently Adobe is a big issue for my computer. But now, when I try to download the Creative Cloud app, I simply can't. My internet crash. It become 56k.To conclude : I litteraly can't use my internet when I'm trying to do anything with Adobe, either on the app or the website. Which make me impossib

I've have bought the Photoshop + Lightroom applications via the creative cloud. I can download the installion file for Crative Cloud app for desktop and I can start the installation process but it is interrupted halfway through with a message saying "The following problem have encountered: Creative Cloud for desktop could not be installed". There are no hints for any solution. I've tried to use Opera instead of Safari but the same thing happens. Is there anyone that knows what the solution for this problem is? Sincerely Lars

Hi Community, I had to buy a new notebook because my old one is very underpowered for Adobe XD (among many other things). I managed to install Adobe Creative Cloud Express, and logged in properly.I logged off on my old notebook but the XD is still installed. I am trying to install XD on the new notebook, and just continue with my 10 months left of my Starter Plan but I either click "Buy" and provide my credit card or click "Try" and provide my credit card. Since I do not see XD in my applications (despite being installed earlier), I don't seem to have any other options. I was also unable to figure out how to connect Adobe Customer Service on any channels.If you have any suggestions please help me fix this issue.Thank you.~Tunde  

If I install Lightroom on my current computer can I move the license to the new computer later?

Like many of you I wanted to put my second installation of Adobe onto a smaller, lighter tablet that I could carry with me when I wasn't planning on working but wanted to be prepared in case of emergencies. The device I singled out was an HP X2 10", which has 64GB of EMMC storage but supports SD cards. I've used the C:\SD method in the past but it's hit or miss and Animate seems to have issues with it and templates. The following method worked for me to get EVERYTHING installed onto a 128GB microSD card with room to spare. This works for Windows 10 Home and Pro. Pop a big micro sd card into your tablet/laptop. Right click on the Windows Start icon and select "Disk Management".  Select "Action > Create VHD".  Create a suitably large VHD on your micro sd card. 24GB should be enough but it would probably benefit you to make it larger. Browse to your SD card and create a VHD (example given, D:\VirtualDrive.vhd, Virtual hard disk size: 86GB). After clicking "OK",

Ich habe eine alte Video Kamera bekommen um damit noch Videos zu „retten“. Dafür nutze ich eine IEEE1394 Schnittstelle und das „alte“ Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. Weil dieses Programm noch die Kamera erkennt. Jetz muss ich die Software binnen 30 Tagen aktivieren. Das geht aber nicht mehr ! Frage: Kann ich die Software immer wieder installieren und habe ich dann jedes Mal 30 Tage Zeit oder gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit ? Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe.

My computer no longer works with Windows 10, it constantly freezees, however it still runs Windows 7 without an issue.  I have a project I need to complete in Lightroom for a class, and need to download the old version I used to use on Windows 7, but cannot find it anywhere on the adobe website.

I expected I'd purchased Lr together with LrC and PS for £10 per month but as I try to use them it's trying to get me to buy Lr £10 pm and Ps £10 pm seperatley. Whats going on?

Sto provando da ore a scarica Creative cloud sul mio mac, l'installazione arriva al massimo al venti percento e poi esce il messaggio che ci metterà più tempo e per ore non va più avanti. Bonjour.Cela fait des années que je me casse la tête avec les mises à jour de Destop, a chaque mise à jour du logiciel après mille manipulations je dois tout désinstaller avec leur logiciel de desinstallation et reinstaller adobe cloud destop, on perd un temps fou avec ces bêtises et ce sur les deux ordinateurs.Je trouve que c'est pas correct, jamais ça ne fonctionne leur mise a jour. Hi, I have a installation problem and hope to find help. Please excuse my poor english, because I am from Germany.I run the complete Adobe CC abo as a freelancer an my iMac in the second year now.Last week I bought a used MacPro and wanted to install it on this Mac too as a second installation.I downloaded the creative cloud installer, logged in and downloaded/installed the programs.When I now want to start the programs I only have two choices. First, to start the test (is this the 30day trial??). Second to activate it with a serial number.I cannot remember to have entered a serial number when I first activated my original copy on the iMac...or should I have one....??!!Please help.

Hallo, durch einen PC(Windows)-Reinigungsvorgang mit PC-Cleaner wurde versehentlich Photoshop gelöscht. In meinem Konto wird Photoshop aufgeführt. Beim Versuch über den Button 'Öffnen' bzw. Klick auf Photoshop erhalte ich die Meldung "Durch Auswahl des Programmsymbols oder des Produktnamens wird das Programm geöffnet, sofern es installiert ist." Logischerweise, denn es ist ja nicht installiert. Was muss ich tun, um Photoshop neu zu installieren?

Just re-downloaded Creative Suite 6 Design Standard to install on same iMac I had it on previously (had to erase the HD and reinstall Mac OS so I have to now reinstall my Adobe software). I opened Photoshop and am being asked connect to the internet for 'Serial Number Validation'. I AM connected to the internet but it keeps giving me the message: 'Please connect to the internet and retry. BUT I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!! I'm stumped as to how to get around this!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Since November 2016, i have installed on my Win10 laptop, two CC 2017 trials: Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. I haven't used them for a long time and now i can't uninstall them. When i go to Programs & Features menu and select Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 to uninstall, an error appears, saying: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\HD Core\Uninstaller.exe'". So, i can't uninstall it.Inside Programs & Features menu, i see only Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017. Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 isn't listed there. On the other hand, both programs are listed inside Start menu.I downloaded the CC desktop app and it didn't recognize any installed CC apps. Then, i uninstalled it.I used Adobe CC Cleaner Tool, selecting the 4th option (CC Apps), but CC Cleaner tool didn't give me Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 and Adobe Media Encoder CC 2017 in the list of apps to clean up. Also, inside C:\Program Files\Ado
