Download & Install

Here is my problem. I have Adobe Production Premium CS5.5 registered under my account, and would like to swap the platform from Mac to Windows.  After contacting Adobe helpdesk, it turns out only newest version (CS6) can be swapped. Ironically, Adobe stopped selling upgrades to CS6, so I'm stuck with CS5.5 Mac which can't be either upgraded or swapped to Windows.  Is there any solution for my case (except CC)?

Hi all. goo day.I wonder if anyone feels the same about using a software that keeps changing and being updated every single week, making you stay at times for hours behind a normal connection updating constantly what seems never to be finished.I just cannot mention how much this process stops me from doing anything productive unless I decide to stop updating which in turn at times make the software stop working.Is there a finished version of Creative Studio which do not run on the cloud or how about you guys start deducting from the cost of the subscriptuion our costs associated with huige data usage and our productive working hours ? Any formal position highly welcome...Cheers,

Malheureusement, en tapant trop vite, je n'ai pas vu que j'avais tapé deux fois la même lettre dans mon nom. Résultat, je ne peux ni accéder au lien pour essayer le produit, ni annuler la demande d'essai gratuit. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour ne pas me retrouver avec des prélèvements sur mon compte dans quelques jours pour un produit auquel je ne peux pas accéder et pour lequel si on m'envoie des messages, ils iront nulle part puisque l'adresse est fausse.C'est une erreur de débutant et c'est mon cas. Bonjour, Je suis sur PC avec 2 disques dur. Un ssd et un méca. Lorsque j'ai installé créatif cloud sur le SSD je ne sais pas pourquoi un dossier TEMP était existant sur le disque mécanique. Résultat, le disque mécanique est hs et plus rien ne fonctionne. J'ai donc essayé de désinstaller, ça n'a pas fonctionner j'ai donc utilisé creatifcloudcleaner.  Maintenant quand je souhaites réinstaller créatif cloud, adobe installer se lance dans le gestionnaire des taches mais rien ne se passe. Idem quand je souhaites installer d'autres logiciel adobe.Avez-vous une solution autres que de reinstaller mon windows ? Merci.

After having two Adobe support technicians spend 2 hours each on two different days they finally elevated me to some overseas upper tier support (who called me from a "10000000" number which my phone blocks. In any event, I am on a newer mac running 10.12.4. I have started, out of the blue, having issues with Adobe CC updating and installing. It hangs on 43% most of the time unless itis Adobe Acrobat which tells me I have a previous "higher" version installed and cannot install. Which I do not have another version. Here's a photo of the unsolved recurring, frustrating, losing money every hour this continues, problem:

A finales de 2021 tenía la ultima versión de indesign compatible pero lo desinstalé porque no lo usaba.Ahora lo necesito de nuevo y ya no encuentro esa versión de ID, estoy trabajando con CS6 pero va muy lento y falla bastante. Dónde puedo conseguir versiones de ID compatiles con mi so? Is there a difference whether I purchase the pc or mobile format? Are they both different purchases? I purchased the PDF but it's only for my iPad and my purchase doesn't transfer to the PDF I have on my PC, I'll have to purchase the desktop version. I do not want to purchase PS and Illustrator for both desktop and iPad, so which version can I get my monies worth?   [Moderator moved to Download & Install.]  

So my SSD drive is small and often gets down to under 5Gb of free space! Today I have bought an M.2 drive (hopefully it will be recognised by my motherboard)  which I want to put my current Adobe CC package on. Do I simply unistall all Adobe programmes and then just download them again and re-install? I assume simply copying everything in the Adobe folder to the new drive would cause loading problems? Wil I need a new activation code or will it recognise my CC package automatically? Thanks in adance. Paul.

2014 habe ich mir im Zuge einer Fortbildung Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium gekauft, weil diese Software in ihrer Funktion uneingeschränkt und zeitlich unbefristet nutzbar ist.Leider hat mir Adobe meinen Account gelöscht, weil ich diesen seitdem nicht mehr besucht hatte. Wozu auch - es hätte für mich dort nichts zu tun gegeben.Dieses Problem konnte mit einem Lizenztransfer auf eine andere Emailadresse gelöst werden.Aber...jetzt stellt mir Adobe in meinem Account das Programmpaket nur für ein 32-Bit-Betriebssystem statt 64-Bit zur Verfügung. So hatte ich es ursprünglich nicht gekauft!!Ich habe Windows 7 Ultimate und benötige ein 64-Bit-Betriebssystem.1) Wie komme ich an meine Software für das 64-Bit-Betriebssystem?2) Sollte ich es je bekommen - wie muss ich es installieren? Alte Software deinstallieren und neue installieren oder funktioniert das wie ein Update?Über Rückmeldungen würde ich mich sehr freuen.

My Creative Cloud wants me to download it all the time like it's not already downloaded. Why is that ? Has anyone had that issue?

Adobe Desktop Services constantly crashes in the background on my Macbook Pro 14" with macOS Monterey installed. It happens when the Macbook is in Standy Mode. I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud, but that didn't help.   

can i install photoshop on another drive than the c-drive. My C-drive/disk is full but i have a D-drive with plenty of space but when i install photoshop from creative cloud he automatically chooses for the c-drive to install ??

Creative Cloud crashed and hanged a few times, then quitting & restarting got the CC App itself to update. That took a long time. It said it failed a few times. In the end, it didn't give me a success message, but when I quit & opened it, it was up to date. Then InDesign won't start, so I started the update process. It's been an HOUR now. I've started the update process a few times, as it got stuck at 10%. Now I've been stuck on 95% for twenty minutes or more. OSX El CapitanCreative Cloud 3.7.0.272
