I have been having a lot of problems with my Adobe program.  I would like to reinstall it but I don't see where the original file is.  I purchased online, and don't see the link in my email receipt or in my account here.  Am I looking in the wrong place? Is this not the way to go about doing it?

How compatible is the newly announced Macbook M1 Max chip with Adobe programs?I am a design expert and I need to work by opening several Adobe programs at the same time. I'm using a 2019 model intel chip Macbook Pro. I must say that my Macbook device, which I bought with big dreams, was a complete disappointment for me in terms of Adobe programs. I ran into problems that I never expected, such as freezes, crashes, slow render times. There is no problem with my computer, other devices of the same model that we bought to the company have the same problem.For these reasons, although the new M1 chip is said to be fast, if there is a problem with compatibility with Adobe programs, it will still be a waste of investment and I am worried about it. If someone who actively uses the M1 Max chip with Adobe programs can write a detailed comment about the performance, I would be very happy.I especially need information about Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator programs.Thanks

I bought my photography camera in 2016 and it came with Lightroom software. It is still installed on my old laptop which is destroyed due to a cat urinating on it. I was wondering if it could be possible to get the software back for my new computer. Thank you in advance. 

Hi all. Does anyone know a way to download the older version of Adobe Software so I can run it on my older MAC? Doesn't seem possible or it's not too straight forward.On the other hand does anyone know a way to overide the Apple system to get the newer Mac operating system when it's not showing up?

I bought Photoshop Elements 15 in 2016, tried to install on my computer with disc but was unable to use due to insufficient memory.  I finally got a new computer and am trying to install.  I entered serial # from disc sleeve and got message that serial # already in use.  Trying to figure out how to install on this new machine.  Would appreciate help. 

Everytime it try to uninstall Photoshop. This appers, but if i click on login the same thing happens.

My Dad purchased me a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 in 12/2013. Before I could install it, I moved and lost it. I recently found it again. It has never been opened and has the receipt taped to the box.  I am trying to install it on a 2013 Imac. It gets to the screen to validate the serial number, but refuses to connect to the internet and advises me to do the off line registration. So I try that. It takes me through some steps where I exchange my Redemption Code for a Serial Number, then to a screen to enter a "REQUEST CODE" and my serial number that I just obtained. The "REQUEST CODE" line is blank. There is nothing in the documentation about a "REQUEST CODE" and when I push the "Generate Response Code" button. It simply says 'REQUEST CODE INVALID" Most likely because it is BLANK!! I have been all over thse forums and keep seeing the same advice, which does not work at all. Where do I get a "REQUEST CODE"?????????? Thank you.

HAve Adobe Acrobat 11 pro on CD  with Key. after PC reset and unable to reacivate my product .Please help as i try to use it as it is it shuts down when connected to the internet. 

I have searched the internet and have not found a solution. I just bought CC and now I cannot do ANYTHING on my computer. Adobe hogs up so much resources my computer freezes and I have a pretty damn good computer.I turned off start, I turned of the cloud settings. But no matter what I do, when I start an abobe product I will have to restart my computer in 5 minutes becasue it HOGS EVERYTHING.Who the hell does Abobe thing they are? Are they the all mighty and so priveledge they thing they can just takeover all computer resources.Well, they aint. THere are other softwares out there. And right now it take me over an hour to do five minutes of editing because my computer freezes. I have to restart my router and my computer just to get ABODE TO STOP USING ALL MY RESOURCES. I don't think there is a fix for this. I plan to just uninstall and use something else, unless someone out there know how to stop this insanity. I am just fed up!

I know the license says that only one person can use the account but can does that include my immediate family? My little brother likes to play with Photoshop and my mother wants to learn the programs too.

Im trying to install elements 11 onto a macbook pro i just bought and the disk wont let me install it? How do i need to install it?

Is this standard when allowing remote access from Adobe support? "we have not anything to black out your screen. Its get black when you are on remote support with Adobe. Once the remote is finished, the screen will come back to the normal again." The session was visible through most of the time he was connected, but I disconnected once the screen went black. If this is normal, I've never been involved in a remote support session (when giving or receiving support) where the screen went black for a prolonged period. Thanks.

I've had CS5.1 installed for a couple of years, today I tried to start Photoshop and I got "Configuration Error Please uninstall and reinstall the product" along with advice to contact Adobe Support if the problem re-occurs. Since contacting Adobe Support is sort of like getting tickets to the Super Bowl I decided not to start there.Does anyone know the cause of this? Is there anything less time consuming than uninstalling and re-installing that can fix it? My machine has crashed a few times recently, I'm running MacOS 10.6.8 and there seems to be a Flash or Java exploit Firefox is susceptible to that I've fixed with NoScript and a Flash Disabler that may be related, I'm not certain. Photoshop wasn't running during any of the crashes.I do have a backup of my Applications folder that still works fine (on a different machine), would a restore fix this?

As i try to contact you i'm getting the error below, chat is currently closed / phone is available only on work days. My membership renewal date is today. Please help me!

CREATIVE SUITE 2, 3, AND 4You can no longer reinstall Creative Suite 2, 3 or 4 even if you have the original installation disks. The aging activation servers for those apps had to be retired.  

Hello all...My old laptop died. I am trying to download Acrobat DC 2015 onto a newish laptop (Windows 10). I have gone to the redeem license site, entered my redeem code, my license number appears (it is correct) and it tells me....3. You're all set.I click the download link but nothing happens. I cannot download the programme.Can anyone advise how to download and activate please?Thank youMark 

I have had the subscription for 10 days. If I can cancel it within these days, can I get all the refund? Also, if I cancel the subscription now, can I use the same account to resubscribe and pay for it again in the future if necessary (not included free trial)?

How to change the default install location for installing Creative Cloud apps? I have a new PC (Windows 11) and want to install apps on D drive (not C). Installing CC itself was a surpise (no options, just install and it's on default C drive in Progam Files), but at least I want to put my apps on the other drive.
